Claims (2)
- 複数の膨張可能なプロテーゼを人体管腔の中に送達するためのカテーテルであって、
近位端部と遠位端部とを有するカテーテル本体と、
カテーテル本体の上を覆って同軸に配置されたシースと、
シース内部においてカテーテルの遠位部分すべてを覆って配置された半径方向に膨張可能な複数のプロテーゼと、そして
プロテーゼの近くにカテーテル本体を覆って同軸に配置されたプッシャ・チューブであって、シースが近位方向に引っ込められたときに、個別プロテーゼまたはプロテーゼのグループを露出させることができるように、最近位プロテーゼの近位端部に係合されているプッシャ・チューブと
を含み、
シースとプッシャ・チューブが、複数の近位のプロテーゼを複数の遠位のプロテーゼから分離するために、近接して一緒に引き込められるように、シースが、プロテーゼの1つの遠位端部を係合するためのバルブ部材をシースの遠位端部にさらに含み、
カテーテル本体とプロテーゼとに対するシースの引っ込みが、半径方向への同時の膨張を可能にするように、シースの遠位端部の先で複数のプロテーゼを露出させ、
少なくとも1つのプロテーゼが、膨張しないでかつ前記露出されたプロテーゼに結合しないで、前記シースにより押し込められたまま残る、
カテーテル。 - カテーテル本体がその遠位端部の近くに膨張エレメントを含み、その膨張エレメントは引っ込み可能なシースに対して遠位に位置決め可能であり、プロテーゼの1つまたは複数を半径方向に膨張させる請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
