Hereinafter, the present invention will be described by taking as an example an asphalt heat insulation storage configured to be freely mounted on a transport vehicle. Hereinafter, the asphalt heat insulation storage is also simply referred to as “storage”.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a storage as viewed from the rear of the truck as it is mounted on a truck as a transport vehicle, FIG. 2 is a left side view of a state in which the outer door of the storage is opened and a hopper is formed, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a state in which the outer door of the storage is closed, and FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a state in which the hopper constituent member in a state in which the outer door is removed is housed. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB showing the arrangement of the sorting member of the storage in which the hopper is formed, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG. 9 and 9 are plan views of the oil heater disposed on the floor surface.

The asphalt heat insulation storage 10 (hereinafter also simply referred to as storage) shown in FIG. 1 is separated from the loading platform 2 so that it can be freely loaded (loaded) on the loading platform 2 of the transport vehicle, for example, the truck 1 as required. It is configured and mounted with the front facing the rear gate of the loading platform 2. In addition, the housing | casing of the storage 10 is made into the heat insulation structure naturally (not shown).

The crane 10 etc. which are not illustrated are used for the loading / unloading of the storage 10 to the loading platform 2. Reference numeral 5 in FIGS. 2 to 5 denotes a receiving tool to which a hook or wire of a crane is locked.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, in order to fix the storage 10 loaded on the loading platform 2 to the loading platform 2, it is engaged and fixed so as to be detachably engaged with the lift plates 3, 3 standing on both sides of the loading platform 2 Means 14 and 14 are provided on the left and right side surfaces of the storage 10, respectively.

When the storage 10 is configured to be freely mounted on the transport vehicle 1 as described above, the asphalt generated in the asphalt generation factory can be transported to the construction site in a heated state relatively freely like raw concrete. Since the storage 10 can be lowered at the site, there is no need to reheat the asphalt as before, and the desired timing can be selected according to the progress of the construction at the site. Asphalt construction can be performed at.

In this example, the storage 10 is configured so as to be freely mounted on the loading platform 2 of the transport vehicle. However, the storage vehicle 10 is configured integrally with the vehicle and the loading platform 2 so as not to be separated (not shown), and the transport vehicle is kept in an asphalt insulated storage cabinet. It may be a dedicated car for use.

1 to 4, the storage 10 includes an insertion port 12 having an outer door 11 that can be opened and closed at the top, and a door that can be opened and closed on the floor side of the side of the storage 10 (front shown in FIG. 1). 13 and outlet 15 having a has a box-shaped et al was provided with, inside, includes a reservoir 16 for insulation poured asphalt from inlet 12.

8 and 9, the oil heater means 20 as the heat retaining and heating means is disposed on the bottom surface of the storage tank 16. The illustrated oil heater means 20 includes an oil conduit 21 disposed below the bottom surface of the storage tank 16, a heating means 22 for heating the oil sealed in the oil conduit 21, and the heating means 22. A temperature sensor 23 as oil temperature detecting means for keeping the enclosed oil at a predetermined temperature, and a temperature control means for controlling the heating means 22 based on temperature information from the temperature sensor 23 are provided. .

The temperature control means is incorporated in an external box 6 shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 5, 6, and 8. As described above, this temperature control means is means for adjusting (temperature adjustment) so as to maintain the temperature of the oil sealed in the oil pipe 21 of the oil heater means 20 at a desired temperature, and the temperature sensor 23 (in the embodiment). Since the heating means 22 is appropriately turned ON / OFF based on the temperature information from the thermocouple, it is attached outside the storage 10 in order to avoid unnecessary heat and electrical adverse effects.

Then, 8 and 9, that explains a hopper which is formed into the slot 12.
The storage tank 16 inside the input port 12 of the storage 10 is drawn out from the inner side of the input port 12 opened by opening the outer door 11, and surrounds the input port 12 on the outer peripheral side of the input port 12. Hopper components 31 to 34 that are deployed to form the hopper 30 are provided.

These hopper constituent members 31 to 34 are plate-like doors (31, 32, 33, 34) that are pivotally mounted one by one on each of the four sides of the insertion port 12 formed in a square shape. ), Each of the sides of the square is attached so as to be able to be opened outward.
In addition, 31a, 32a, 33a, 34a in a figure is a handle of each door, and 31b, 32b, 33b, 34b is a rotating shaft part of each door.

Further, as described above, these hopper constituent members 31 to 34 are stored in the storage tank 16 inside the inlet 12 when not in use, and door-like hopper constituent members 31 to 34 are inserted into the inlet 12 when necessary. As the asphalt is charged, the hopper can be quickly and easily prepared at the charging port, and asphalt spills from the charging port 12. Can be prevented, and the charging operation can be performed efficiently.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the illustrated hopper constituting members 31 to 34 have two sets of doors (one set of doors 31 and 32 and one set of doors 33 and 34) in the direction of the insertion port 12. 31 and 32) and the kannon doors (33 and 34) are provided so that their rotation axes overlap each other by 90 degrees, and one door is sized to cover half of the opening surface of the inlet, The entrance door 12 is double-closed inside by the kannon door (31, 32) and another set of kannon doors (33, 34). 12 is a structure for closing 12.

In this way, the input port 12 is configured to cover the input port 12 double from the inside in the storage state in the input port 12 or to have a structure in which the outer door 11 and the outer door 11 are closed in a triple manner. The heat insulation effect of 12 can be improved, and the conveyance to the distant place over a long time or a long distance is enabled.

Next, the distribution means will be described with reference to FIGS.
The distribution means is constituted by a distribution member disposed in the storage tank 16 space below the input port 12, and the asphalt input from the input port 12 falls as it is and the floor surface of the storage tank 16. In addition, it is possible to exert the function of preventing the material from being deposited by being struck with the momentum of falling, and gently depositing it over the entire floor surface.

The distribution means 40 shown in the drawing distributes the asphalt to be fed in at least two directions and drops it, and further distributes at least two asphalts distributed by the first-stage distribution member 41. The asphalt thrown from the inlet 12 is evenly distributed with respect to the bottom surface of the storage tank 16 so that the second-stage sorting member 42 that is sorted and dropped in the direction is arranged so as to be stepped in the vertical direction. It is supposed to be arranged.

The distribution members 41 to 43 shown in the figure are storage tanks provided with a step in the first step and the second step so that a long material having an L-shaped cross section is stretched in the horizontal direction so as to form an umbrella shape in the cross section. Although not necessarily L-shaped in section, a square or a round pipe may be used, or a shape such as a cone, a triangular pyramid, or a quadrangular pyramid may be used instead of a long material.

By arranging the distribution means 40 in this way, it is possible to prevent the charged asphalt from concentrating on the falling point and accumulating in a conical shape to become a condensed mass, and to the floor surface of the storage tank 16. Since it can be evenly dispersed, it is possible to store and provide a high-quality asphalt having a uniform density as it is.
Further, by uniformly dispersing and storing on the floor surface of the storage layer 16, it is possible to provide high-quality asphalt having a uniform heat distribution, and to improve the heat retention efficiency of the stored asphalt.

All of the sorting members 41 to 43 constituting the sorting means 40 are detachably arranged, and it is easy for workers to enter and exit the storage tank 16 during cleaning. It is configured to improve the cleaning work efficiency by eliminating the obstacle.
Therefore, it is not always necessary to make all the sorting members 41 to 43 detachable, and only a part of the sorting members may be detachably arranged as necessary (not shown).

The present invention is not limited to being used for in-vehicle use, but can be temporarily used at an asphalt construction site for asphalt storage.
