Description

【0001】

本発明の生理用ナプキンは、使用面がわから裏面側にかけて;

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sanitary napkin having a gather flap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In sanitary napkins, it is extremely important to prevent side leakage of body fluids. For this reason, Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-71570 discloses a gather flap formed on both sides to prevent side leakage of body fluid with the gather flap.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this prior example, due to the shrinkage of the gather flap, the longitudinal direction of the absorber is deformed into a boat shape, but almost no deformation force acts in the width direction. Accordingly, there is no side leakage prevention function on both sides of the absorbent body, and body fluid side leakage is prevented only by the gather flap.
[0004]
However, in this case, although the gather flap is in contact with the skin, the absorbent body may be separated from the skin, and as a result, the absorbability of body fluid is not sufficient. In particular, when the wing is provided to prevent the lateral displacement of the napkin itself, the tendency is remarkable because the position of the napkin is restrained on the clothing side.
[0005]
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to lift both sides of the absorbent element from the back side to the use side, so that at least both sides of the absorbent element are always fitted to the body, preventing side leakage and absorbing inside the absorbent element. If side leakage occurs from both sides, the side flap is finally prevented by a gather flap, and thus a double side leakage prevention function is provided.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of Claim 1>
An absorbent element that receives body fluid from the use surface side and holds it inside,
A gather flap that is on the back side of the absorbent element and extends in the width direction from both side edges of the absorbent element, at least in the middle in the longitudinal direction;
A leak prevention sheet on the back side from the gather flap to prevent body fluid leakage to the clothing side,
The gather flap has a standing erection line and a free erection line inward from the side edge of the absorbent element, and the outer part of the rising erection line is a folded region that is not in a fixed relationship with the leakage prevention sheet; The outer portion from the free standing line has a width direction outer portion that is not in a fixed relationship with the absorbent element,
The outer elastic stretchable member and the inner elastic stretchable member are configured to stand the gather flap and the absorbent element on the use surface side with respect to the rising line, and in use, on the side of the absorbent element A pocket is formed between the part of the free standing line from the edge and the use surface of the gather flap ,
A gather flap sheet constituting the gather flap is fixed in an overlapping state on the leakage prevention sheet, and is folded back through the upright line on the center side of the product, and the folded portion is not fixed to the leakage prevention sheet. And extends outward from the side edge of the absorbent element to form a folded region, and then folded toward the center side and extends to the center side of the free standing line inside the side edge of the absorbent element. The sanitary napkin is characterized in that an outer portion from the free standing line forms a width direction outer portion that is not in a fixed relationship with the absorbent element .
[0007]
(Function and effect)
The effects produced by the invention according to claim 1 are as follows.
A. The absorbent element receives the body fluid from the use surface side and holds it inside, but does not penetrate the back surface side due to the leakage prevention sheet.
B. Since the gather flap has the outer elastic elastic member at a portion extending outward from the side edge of the absorbent element, the gather flap stands on the use surface side by the contraction force. This gather flap constitutes the final barrier cuff for preventing side leakage.
C. Since the outer portion in the width direction from the standing rising line is not in a fixed relationship with the leakage preventing sheet, the gather flap and the absorbing element stand without being restricted by the leakage preventing sheet. However, even if the gather flap and the absorbent element are curved in the front-rear direction along the crotch part and their both side edges stand up, they are not restrained by the leakage prevention sheet. Accordingly, side leakage can be effectively prevented regardless of the movement of the user.
D. The lateral side of the absorbent element is always fitted to the body by the inner elastic elastic member located on the back surface of the absorbent element at the outer side in the width direction from the rising line, and the side of the absorbent element is always fitted to the body while preventing side leakage. Increases the absorbency. Even if a side leak occurs from both sides of the absorbent element, it is formed outward of the absorbent element by the outer elastic elastic member in a portion extending outward from the absorbent element side edge of the gather flap. Lateral leakage is prevented by the gather flap.
E. By setting the position of the inner elastic elastic member as the part located on the back surface of the absorbent element, the side edge of the absorbent element and the side edge of the gather flaps stand independently, each independently Fits the skin and increases the side leakage prevention effect.
F. In particular, in the case of the present invention in which the elastic elastic member is arranged on the absorbent element itself, the position of the elastic elastic member is not the side edge of the absorbent element, but the back surface portion of the absorbent element in the width direction outward from the standing rising line, It stands up so that the side edge of an absorption element is pushed up from the lower part. However, the side edge of the absorbent element is not completely constrained by the elastic elastic member and has a certain degree of freedom, so that the feeling of wearing is excellent. In addition, the site | part located in the back surface of an absorption element said to this invention means a part which is a part of an absorption element, and is 1 mm or more inward from the at least the both-sides edge of the back surface side.
G. The gather flap uses a hydrophobic or water-repellent nonwoven fabric to improve the skin feel. On the other hand, it is desirable to use a plastic sheet such as polyethylene as the leakage prevention sheet to reliably prevent liquid leakage, but the plastic sheet has a poor skin feel. Then, the deterioration of the touch by a plastic sheet can be improved by fixing the gather flap sheet | seat which uses a nonwoven fabric sheet on a leak prevention sheet in the overlapping state.
H. The outer part in the width direction from the standing rising line in the return region is not fixed to the gather flap sheet to be overlapped. Therefore, when the wing portion is formed on the leakage prevention sheet and the wing portion is folded back to the outer surface of the garment, the gather flap and the absorbing element can be freely raised without being related to the folding.
I. The gather flap has a free standing line at a position inside the side edge of the absorbent element, and the outer portion in the width direction from the free standing line is not fixed to the absorbent element, and the side part of the absorbent element is restrained by the gather flap sheet. As a result, the side portions of the absorbent element can stand up and deform independently. In the state where each stands, either the side of the absorbent element or the gather flap comes into contact with the skin, and the side leakage prevention effect is high.
J. et al. Furthermore, on the back surface of the absorbent element, the portion from the side edge of the absorbent element to the free upright line is formed as a pocket between the gathering flap and the use surface side, so that the body fluid temporarily exceeds the side edge of the absorbent element. However, since the body fluid is temporarily absorbed in the pocket and is absorbed by the absorbent element, it hardly reaches the rising edge of the gather flap.
K. The outer portion in the width direction from the free standing line of the folded region is not fixed to the absorbent element, and the outer portion in the width direction from the standing line in the returning region is also not fixed to the gathered flap sheet. Therefore, when the wing portion is formed on the leakage prevention sheet and the wing portion is folded back to the outer surface of the garment, the gather flap and the side portions of the absorbent element can stand up independently independently of the folding back. .

<Invention of Claim 2 >
The leakage preventing sheet is a sanitary napkin according to claim 1 Symbol mounting extends outwardly in the widthwise direction from both side edges located in the gather the flap.
[0011]
(Function and effect)
The invention according to claim 2 has the following effects in addition to the effects A to K.
L. Since the leakage prevention sheet extends outward in the width direction from the both side edge positions of the gather flap, even if body fluid leaks outward beyond the side edge of the gather flap, Stops bodily fluids and prevents stains on shorts and clothing.
M.M. Furthermore, in the final process of the product, at the stage where each material is finally laminated, it is necessary to cut both sides to define the outer shape, but it is possible to cut the leakage prevention sheet in alignment with the both side edge positions of the gather flap. When it is difficult, commercialization is facilitated by extending the leakage prevention sheet outward in the width direction from both side edge positions of the gather flap and cutting at the extended position.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
<First Embodiment>
1st Embodiment is shown in FIGS. 1-6, and the upper side of FIG. 1 is the front.
The sanitary napkin of the present invention is used from the side to the back side;
An absorbent element 10 for receiving body fluid from the use surface side and holding it inside,
At least in the middle of the longitudinal direction, it is on the back surface side of the absorbent element 10 and extends outward in the width direction from both side edges of the absorbent element 10, and has outer elastic elastic members 21A and 21A at the extended portions. And the gather flap 20 which has the inner side elastic elastic members 21B and 21B in the part located in the back of the absorption element,
A leakage preventing sheet 30 made of, for example, a polyethylene sheet, which prevents body fluid from leaking from the absorbent element 10 to the back surface, and extends outward in the width direction from both side edge positions of the absorbent element 10;
Is provided.
[0023]
The absorbent element 10 is located on the use surface side and allows the body fluid to pass therethrough, and the top sheet 11 using a non-woven fabric or preferably a polyethylene sheet having a small hole for passing the body fluid from the outer surface to the inner surface direction but preventing reversal. And an absorbent core 12 having absorbent paper that wraps the upper and lower surfaces or the entire surface thereof as necessary. Of course, a polymer-absorbing polymer can be contained. In the embodiment, the top sheet 11 wraps around the use surface and both side surfaces of the absorbent core 12 and extends from the free standing line 40 on the lower surface to the center side (so-called forehead winding).
[0024]
The gather flap 20 is preferably made of a non-woven material such as hydrophobic or water repellent, and is made of a body fluid-inhibiting sheet 22 that can also be used as a body fluid-impermeable plastic sheet. The gather flap sheet 22 forming the gather flap 20 is fixed on both sides of the leakage prevention sheet 30 in a superposed state by, for example, a hot melt adhesive (the fixing portion is indicated by *). ), Folded back at the center side of the product, directed outward in the width direction with the fold line 22B as a boundary, and folded back toward the center side outside the side edge of the absorbent element 10 at least on the side of the absorbent element 10 It extends to the center side from the free standing line 40 inside the edge. Of the folded region 22C between the inner folded end and the outer folded end of the gather flap sheet 22 from the side edge of the absorbent element 10, the gather flap sheet 22 is free inside the side edge of the absorbent element 10. The absorbent element 10 and the hot melt adhesive are fixed in the vicinity of the upright line 40. At this time, at least the width direction outer portion 22C2 from the free standing line 40 is not fixed to the absorbent element 10. Further, the gather flap sheet 22 forms a bag-like gather flap 20 by bonding the folded portion on the absorbent element 10 side with a hot melt adhesive or the like in the inner portion 22C1 from the free standing line 40.
[0025]
In the example shown in the figure, the gather flap 20 is folded back toward the center outside the side edge of the absorbent element 10 to form a bag shape, but is cut outside the side edge of the absorbent element 10. You may do it.
[0026]
Further, as shown in the figure, the folded region 22C located outward in the width direction from the fold line 22B has a non-fixed folded portion on the leakage prevention sheet 30 side of the gather flap sheet 22, so the gather flap The entire 20 folded regions 22C stand freely on the use surface side. That is, the fold line 22 </ b> B serves as a rising line of the gather flap 20.
[0027]
On the other hand, folding embosses 51 and 51 are formed from the use surface side along the longitudinal direction at positions inside the both side edges at least in the middle in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent element 10. The folding embosses 51, 51 are arcs having an arc center on the side outward of the napkin or substantially arcuate curves. Further, connecting embosses 52, 52 are formed by connecting arcs or substantially arc-shaped curves in the direction connecting the front and rear folding embosses 51, 51. In the region closed by these embosses 51, 51, 52, 52, the absorbent core 12 is set to a medium height. Therefore, it is set as the structure which aims at absorption intensively to the mid-high part of the absorption core 12 in the embossing 51,51,52,52 area | region.
[0028]
FIG. 2 shows the relationship between the fixed part and the non-fixed part of the sheet hot melt adhesive. As the front and rear end fixing portions, the top sheet 11 and the leakage prevention sheet 30 are fixed, the leakage prevention sheet 30 and the gather flap sheet 22 are fixed to each other, and the folded portions of the gather flap sheet 22 are fixed. The fixing parts other than the front and rear end parts are as shown in FIGS.
[0029]
3 and 4, the non-fixed portion is a region in which the hatched area Z1 of the solid line in FIG. 2 does not fix the folded portions of the gather flap sheet 22 on the leakage prevention sheet 30 side. Yes, the portion indicated by the broken hatching area Z2 is an area where the absorbent element 10 and the gather flap sheet 22 are not fixed.
[0030]
On the other hand, the gather flap 20 is provided with an outer elastic stretch member 21A and an inner elastic stretch member 21B that bend the gather flap 20 and the absorbent element 10 toward the use surface and raise their side portions toward the use surface. ing. As shown in the figure, the elastic elastic members are preferably in the bag-shaped gather flap 20 so as not to directly contact the skin. The outer elastic elastic member 21A is arranged at a portion extending outward from the side edge of the absorbent element 10 of the gather flap 20, and the inner elastic elastic member 21B is located outward in the width direction from the upright line 22B. , Disposed on the back surface of the absorbent element 10. In the present embodiment, the portion located on the back surface of the absorbent element 10 refers to a part of the gather flap 20 that is on the back surface side of the absorbent element 10 and whose width direction is inward from the side edge of the absorbent element 10. To tell.
[0031]
Due to the contraction of the outer elastic elastic member 21A in the extended portion, the gather flap 20 rises outward from the side edge of the absorbent element 10, and finally forms a barrier cuff that prevents side leakage. Further, by the interaction with the contraction of the inner elastic elastic member 21B, the absorbent element 10 and the gather flap 20 are bent in the front-rear direction on the use surface side, and the side portion of the absorbent element 10 is lifted from the lower side to the use surface side. Stand up. At this time, since the inner elastic elastic member 21B is always located at the lower side of the absorbent element 10, even when the user exercises violently, the standing shape of the side part of the absorbent element 10 is maintained. Therefore, in any state, the body fluid is effectively guided inward of the absorbent element 10 to prevent side leakage. Furthermore, even if it exceeds the standing side part of the absorption element 10, since the barrier cuff by the gather flap 20 is formed in the outer side, it does not leak sideways.
[0032]
Here, any of the elastic elastic members 21A and 21B can adopt elastic elastic foam (for example, urethane foam) in addition to the thread rubber. An example in which two outer elastic members 21A and one inner elastic member 21B are arranged is a suitable example.
[0033]
On the other hand, the adhesive length between the elastic elastic members 21A and 21B and the gather flap sheet 22 is preferably 50 to 150 mm, particularly 70 to 110 mm. Further, the stretch ratio is preferably 100 to 300%, preferably 100 to 200%, particularly preferably 150%. Furthermore, the stress at 150% elongation is preferably 10 to 50 gf / mm 2 . At this time, it is preferable that the shrinkage of the outer elastic stretch member 21A is the same as or longer than the shrinkage of the inner elastic stretch member 21B.
[0034]
The width W1 extending from the side edge of the absorbent element 10 of the gather flap 20 is desirably 2 to 20 mm, particularly 10 mm. The pocket width W2 is desirably 2 to 20 mm, and the width of 22C is desirably 20 to 40 mm. The length is preferably 50 to 120 mm. The width of 22C2 is preferably 10 to 30 mm.
[0035]
Under such a configuration, when the napkin of the present invention is mounted, an adhesive (not shown) provided on the back surface (front surface) of the leakage prevention sheet 30 is temporarily applied to the inner surface of the shorts and the wing portion 31 is attached. Is wound around the outer surface of the shorts and temporarily fixed with an adhesive (not shown).
[0036]
The wearing state is conceptually shown in FIGS. The napkin is curved along the crotch portion in the front-rear direction. At this time, the side part of the gather flap 20 stands up by the contraction force of the outer elastic members 21A and 21A. Since this gather flap has the elastic elastic member 21A in the extending portion extending outward in the width direction from the side edge of the absorbent element 10, the gather flap comes to stand on the use surface side by the contraction force. Therefore, the gather flap 20 constitutes the final barrier cuff for preventing side leakage. In addition, both sides of the absorbent element 10 are lifted from the back surface side to the use surface side by the standing of the gather flap 20 and the contraction of the inner elastic elastic member 21B located on the back surface of the absorbent element 10. As a result, at least both sides thereof are always fitted to the body, and the absorbability into the absorbent element 20 is enhanced while preventing side leakage. If a side leak occurs from both sides, the side flap is finally prevented by the gather flap 20.
[0037]
The gather flap 20 has a free standing line 40 at a position inside the side edge of the absorbent element 10, and the widthwise outer portion of the free standing line 40 is not fixed to the absorbent element 10. However, when the absorbent element 10 is bent in the front-rear direction along the crotch portion when the napkin is mounted, the side portion of the absorbent element 10 is not completely restrained by the component sheet 22 of the gather flap 20. The side portion of the absorbing element 10 rises and deforms independently to the use surface side along with the curved deformation of the absorbent element 10, and the gather flap 20 also stands and deforms independently. Therefore, either the side part of the absorption element 10 or the gather flap 20 comes in contact with the skin, and the side leakage prevention effect is high. Furthermore, since the inner elastic elastic member 21B is located at the lower side of the absorbent element 10, even if the side of the absorbent element is twisted, it returns to the standing shape again.
[0038]
Furthermore, since the part from the side edge of the absorption element 10 to the free standing line 40 is formed as a pocket P between the use surface of the gather flap 20 on the back surface of the absorption element 10, the side edge of the absorption element 10 is temporarily assumed. Even when the body fluid exceeds, it is absorbed by the absorbent element 10 in the process in which the body fluid stays temporarily in the pocket P, so that the rising edge of the gather flap 20 is rarely reached.
[0039]
Furthermore, the width direction outer portion 22C2 from the free standing line 40 of the gather flap 20 is not fixed to the absorbent element 10, and the folded portion 22C on the leakage prevention sheet 30 side of the gather flap sheet 22 is not fixed. Therefore, since it is unrelated to the leakage prevention sheet 30, the side portions of the gather flap 20 and the absorbent element 10 can stand up freely without being related to the folding of the leakage prevention sheet 30 to the outer surface of the clothing, for example. Can do.
[0040]
<Embodiment of Reference Example 1 >
In the said 1st Embodiment, the inner side elastic elastic member 21B exists in the bag-shaped gather flap 20. As shown in FIG. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the inner elastic elastic member 21 </ b> B may be located on the back surface portion of the absorbent element 10 on the outer side in the width direction from the upright line 22 </ b> B. In this Embodiment, the site | part located in the back surface of the absorption element 10 means a part which is a part of the absorption element 10, and is 1 mm or more inward from the both-sides edge of the back surface side. The inner elastic elastic member 21 </ b> B is particularly preferably bonded to the top sheet 11 constituting the absorbent element 10.
[0041]
Thus, when the inner elastic elastic member 21B is provided not on the gather flap 20 but on the absorbent element 10 itself, the rising edge of the side edge of the absorbent element 10 is raised on the gather flap 20, that is, on the outer elastic elastic member 21A. Not completely restrained by contraction. However, the side portions of the absorbent element 10 stand up to some extent independently, and the shape of the absorbent element 10 itself can be maintained without being affected by the movement of the gather flap 20. In particular, in the present invention, the inner elastic elastic member 21B is arranged at a portion located on the back surface instead of the side edge of the absorbent element 10, so that the side edge of the absorbent element 10 moves freely without being constrained. Excellent.
[0042]
<Embodiment of Reference Example 2 >
In the present invention, in the first and second embodiments, the position of the inner elastic elastic member 21B can be set as the inner portion of the free standing line 40. In the second embodiment, an example in which the position of the inner elastic elastic member 21B is the inner portion of the free standing line 40 is shown in FIG.
[0043]
<Embodiment of Reference Example 3 >
In any of the other embodiments, the object of the present invention can be achieved even if the gather flap is fixed to the side edge of the absorbent element without providing a free standing line. For example, in the second embodiment, an example in which a free standing line is not provided and the gather flap is fixed to the side edge of the absorbent element is shown in FIG.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the two elastic elastic members effectively arranged on both sides of the absorbent element are lifted from the back side to the use side, so that at least the both sides are always fitted to the body, Furthermore, it can hold | maintain in the fitted state and can improve the absorptivity to the inside of an absorption element, preventing a side leak. And if a side leak occurs from both sides, the side leak can be finally prevented by the gather flap, thus providing a double side leak prevention function.
