Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stirring blade for a washing machine that is rotatably disposed in a washing tub and stirs laundry clothes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in Japan, a so-called spiral washing machine, in which a stirring blade is provided at the bottom of a washing tub and a swirl stirring water flow is generated by this rotation, has been put into practical use.
[0003]
Generally, as shown in FIGS. 24 to 26, this type of agitating blade includes a substantially disk-shaped base 40 having an outer dimension of approximately 70 to 90% of the inner diameter of the washing tub, and a central portion of the base 40. In general, a plurality of blades 41 are provided substantially radially from the vicinity to the vicinity of the outer periphery.
[0004]
With the configuration as described above, the operation will be described. The stirring blade is reversed to the right rotation-pause-left rotation..., The rotation speed is set to about 120 rotations per minute, and the rotation is performed at a relatively low speed. . At this time, the washing effect is given to the washing clothes by the effect of the water flow generated by the stirring blades and the effect of moving the clothes by the resistance force generated between the clothes and the stirring blades by the rotation of the blades 41 of the stirring blades. It is roughly divided into two.
[0005]
Therefore, the effects of these two elements will be described. If the elements that are moved in the water flow are strong, the clothes will not be damaged, and there will be little kinking and entanglement, but the cleaning power will be weak. On the other hand, if the element that moves the clothes due to the resistance generated between the clothes and the stirring blade is strong, the unevenness of washing and the damage of the clothes become large, and the kinking and entanglement become large, while the cleaning effect becomes large.
[0006]
Usually, these two factors are balanced to ensure detergency.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional configuration, the movement between the garment and the stirring blade varies depending on the resistance force generated between the clothing and the stirring blade, as shown in FIG. In FIG. 26, the solid line a indicates the movement of the stirring blade, and the dotted line b indicates the movement of the clothing with respect to the movement of the stirring blade.
[0008]
The movement of the clothing will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 26. Since the clothing near the stirring blade has little resistance between the stirring blade and the clothing when the stirring blade is activated, only the stirring blade rotates and the clothing does not move. After the resistance between the garment and the clothes increases, the garment starts to follow the rotation of the stirring blade, and is almost synchronized in the steady state of the stirring blade. And even if the rotation of the stirring blade enters a pause, the clothes rotate more than the inertial rotation of the rotating blade.
[0009]
For this reason, there has been a problem that the kinking of the clothes is large, and the labor for unraveling becomes large when the clothes are taken out after washing or dehydration.
[0010]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem, by reducing the rotational phase difference between the stirring blade and the clothing that occurs when stirring is started and when the stirring is stopped, thereby suppressing the kinking and damage of the fabric while maintaining the cleaning performance. It is aimed.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a substantially disc-shaped stirring blade that is rotatably disposed in a washing tub for stirring laundry clothes so that a substantially concave curved surface is formed between a central portion and an outer peripheral portion. to constitute an upper base surface of the base, in the outer peripheral portion side from the midpoint of the central portion and the outer peripheral portion of the base surface and circumferentially spaced to form a plurality of protrusions, the protrusions Between each other, there is a wing that is lower than the protrusion and spans from the center to the outer periphery .
[0012]
As a result, the water flow effect by the blades between the protrusions can be obtained, and the rotational phase difference between the stirring blades and the clothes generated when stirring is started and when the stirring is stopped can be reduced, and the kinking and damage of the cloth can be suppressed. , Cleaning performance can be improved.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a substantially disk-shaped stirring blade that is rotatably disposed in a washing tub for stirring laundry clothes so that a substantially concave curved surface is formed between the inner and outer peripheral portions. to constitute an upper base surface of the base, the outer peripheral than the radial midpoint of the base surface, and are those circumferential direction at intervals to form a plurality of projections, wings between the projecting portions mutually As a result, the rotational phase difference between the stirring blade and the garment that occurs when stirring is started and when the stirring is stopped can be reduced, and the washing performance can be improved while suppressing the kinking and damage of the cloth.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 2 is the invention according to claim 1, wherein the projecting portion has a substantially flat portion having a ridge line facing and parallel to the rotation center axis. Since the agitation is performed while approaching the rotation center axis side, the dispersion of force from the agitating blade toward the outer peripheral direction is reduced, and the power consumption can be reduced.
[0015]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the protrusion has a substantially flat portion having a ridge line that faces the rotation center axis and is not parallel to the rotation center axis. Since stirring is performed while approaching the center side of the washing tub, dispersion of force from the stirring blade to the outer peripheral direction is reduced, so that power consumption can be reduced, and movement of clothing becomes complicated and washing unevenness can be reduced. .
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first to third aspects of the present invention, the protrusion has a substantially inclined surface facing the rotation direction. Unevenness of washing can be reduced by moving toward the upper part of the washing tub.
[0017]
The invention according to claim 5 is the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the protruding portion has a side surface on the outer peripheral side thereof as an inclined surface inclined toward the rotation center axis side, and is stirred. When the wing rotates, the garment has a gap between the protruding portion and the washing tub, so that the garment is caught and does not become resistance, the resistance to the protruding portion is reduced, and the power consumption can be reduced.
[0018]
The invention according to claim 6 is the invention according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the projecting portion is formed by forming a substantially vertical surface at a connection portion with the base, and the stirring blade rotates. When the water flow is caused and the amount of clothing is small, the washing effect by the water flow can be ensured even when the protruding portion is difficult to function on the clothing .
[0019]

【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0020]
Example 1
As shown in FIG. 3, the washing and dehydrating tub (washing tub) 1 has a stirring blade 2 rotatably disposed at the center bottom. The water tank 3 contains the washing / dehydration tank 1, and a substrate 4 is fixed to the outer bottom of the water tank 3, and a motor 5, a drain valve device 6, a washing / dehydration switching mechanism 7, etc. are provided. The outer edge of the outer frame 10 is supported by hanging from the upper corners of the outer frame 10 via the vibration isolator 8 and the suspension rod 9. An upper cover 11 is provided on the upper portion of the outer frame 10, and a water supply valve 12, a power switch 13, a control device 14 and the like are disposed.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the stirring blade 2 has a hemispherical portion in which the central portion of the upper surface 15 is raised on a spherical surface, and the base surface 16 is lowered toward the outer peripheral direction, and is lowered by a certain distance. Thus, the base surface 16 becomes a horizontal surface 17, and a base 20 is formed with a curved surface that rises in the outer peripheral direction from approximately the middle point between the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion 19, and the central portion 18 is formed on the base 20. A substantially rectangular parallelepiped protruding portion 21 is formed on the outer periphery of the outer peripheral portion 19 in the vicinity of a substantially intermediate point.
[0022]
The number n, the height h, and the width w of the protrusions 21 vary depending on the radius r of the base 20 of the stirring blade 2 and the washing capacity of the washing machine, but when the number n = 3, the height h is 20 of the radius r. Good results were obtained when it was in the range of -30%. As for the width w, the larger the distance between the protrusions 21 is, the more effective it is to catch clothes.
[0023]
In the above configuration, the operation will be described with reference to FIGS. The agitating blade 2 is reversed to right rotation-pause-left rotation... And rotated at a low speed of about 120 rotations per minute.
[0024]
The washing effect on the clothes is roughly divided into two effects, that is, the effect of the water flow generated by the rotation of the stirring blades 2 and the effect of moving the clothes by the resistance force generated between the clothes and the stirring blades 2.
[0025]
When the stirring blade 2 configured as described above is rotated, the portion between the central portion 18 of the central portion of the base 20 of the stirring blade 2 and the substantially middle point of the outer peripheral portion 19 is formed only by the base surface 16. Because there is no resistance against the clothing, the clothing is not moved by being caught.
[0026]
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the clothing 23 immersed in the water 22 enters between the protrusions 21 at the outer peripheral portion 19 from the substantially middle point between the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion 19 of the base 20 of the stirring blade 2. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the clothing can be moved with almost no rotational phase difference between the stirring blade 2 and the clothing 23. In FIG. 5, the solid line a indicates the movement of the stirring blade, and the dotted line b indicates the movement of the clothing 23 with respect to the movement of the stirring blade.
[0027]
Thus, the stirring blade 2 is formed only by the base surface 16 between the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion 19 at the central portion of the base 20, and is substantially at the intermediate point between the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion 19. Since the substantially rectangular parallelepiped protrusion 21 is formed on the outer periphery rather than the vicinity, there is no rotational phase difference between the clothing and the stirring blade 2 from the start, and the clothing is stirred even after the stirring blade 2 stops rotating. It becomes easy to follow the rotation of the blade 2. For this reason, the excess cloth circumference can be reduced, and the damage to the cloth and the tangling of the cloth can be reduced.
[0028]
As for the cleaning performance, since there is no mechanical force transmission loss due to the rotation phase with the clothes in the conventional stirring blade 2, the water flow is infinitely reversed (for example, 1.0 sec on-0.6 sec off), low rotation Equivalent performance is obtained with a number (eg, 90 revolutions per minute).
[0029]
In this embodiment, the stirring blade 2 of the fully automatic washing machine disposed at the bottom of the washing and dewatering tub 1 is described as an example. The same effect can be obtained even if it is added to the tank.
[0030]
Further, in the present embodiment, the stirring blade 2 forms the substantially rectangular parallelepiped protruding portion 21 on the base 20 from the outer periphery rather than near the middle point between the center portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion 19. In addition to the substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, the portion 21 can obtain the same effects even if it has a substantially polyhedral shape, a substantially polygonal pyramid shape, a substantially cylindrical shape, a substantially conical shape, or the like.
[0031]
(Example 2)
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the stirring blade 2 a is formed by only the base surface 16 between the central portion 18 of the center portion of the base 20 and the substantially intermediate point of the outer peripheral portion 19, and the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion. A projecting portion 27 having a substantially flat portion 26 having a ridge line 25 opposite to the rotation shaft 24 and parallel to the rotation shaft 24 is formed on the outer periphery rather than near the middle point of 19. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0032]
In the above configuration, when the stirring blade 2a is rotated, the center portion 18 of the central portion of the base 20 of the stirring blade 2a and the outer peripheral portion 19 are formed only by the base surface 16; Since there is no resistance against the clothing at the portion, the clothing is not caught and moved, and the clothing is placed between the protruding portions 21 at the outer peripheral portion 19 from approximately the middle point between the center portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion 19 of the base 20. Therefore, the clothes can be moved with almost no rotational phase difference between the stirring blade 2a and the clothes.
[0033]
Accordingly, there is no rotational phase difference between the clothing and the stirring blade 2a from the time of activation, and the clothing can easily follow the rotation of the stirring blade 2a even after the stirring blade 2a stops rotating. For this reason, the excess cloth circumference can be reduced, and the damage to the cloth and the tangling of the cloth can be reduced.
[0034]
Furthermore, since the protrusion 27 has a substantially flat portion 26 inclined with respect to the rotation direction, when the stirring blade 2a is rotated in the direction of arrow A in FIG. The force to move in the outer peripheral direction does not work, but the force to move in the central axis direction works. Therefore, the clothes are liable to move closer to the stirring blade 2a, the resistance between the washing and dewatering tank 1 and the clothes is reduced, and the power consumption can be reduced.
[0035]
(Example 3)
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the stirring blade 2 b is formed by only the base surface 16 between the central portion 18 of the center portion of the base 20 and the substantially intermediate point of the outer peripheral portion 19, and the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion. A projecting portion 30 having a substantially flat portion 29 having a ridge line 28 that is opposed to and is not parallel to the rotating shaft 24 is formed on the outer periphery rather than in the vicinity of the substantially middle point 19. The angle of the ridge line 28 is about 50 to 70 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0036]
In the above configuration, when the stirring blade 2b is rotated, the center portion 18 of the central portion of the base 20 of the stirring blade 2b and the outer peripheral portion 19 are formed only by the base surface 16; Since there is no resistance against the garment at the part, the garment is not caught and moved, and the garment is placed between the protrusions 30 at the outer peripheral part 19 from the middle point between the center part 18 and the outer peripheral part 19 of the base 20 Therefore, the clothes can be moved with almost no rotational phase difference between the stirring blade 2b and the clothes.
[0037]
Accordingly, there is no rotational phase difference between the clothing and the stirring blade 2b from the start, and the clothing can easily follow the rotation of the stirring blade 2b even after the stirring blade 2b stops rotating. For this reason, the excess cloth circumference can be reduced, and the damage to the cloth and the tangling of the cloth can be reduced.
[0038]
Further, since the protruding portion 30 has a substantially flat portion 29 inclined with respect to the rotation direction, when the stirring blade 2 b is rotated in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 9, the clothing is indicated by arrow B in FIGS. 9 and 10. Thus, the force that moves toward the outer peripheral direction does not work, and the force that moves toward the center of the washing and dewatering tub 1 works.
[0039]
Accordingly, the clothes are liable to move closer to the stirring blade 2b, the resistance between the washing and dewatering tank 1 and the clothes is reduced, and the power consumption can be reduced. Moreover, washing | cleaning nonuniformity can be reduced because clothing is going to move to the center direction of the washing and dewatering tank 1.
[0040]
Example 4
As shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, the stirring blade 2 c is formed by only the base surface 16 between the central portion 18 of the center portion of the base 20 and the substantially middle point of the outer peripheral portion 19, and the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion. A protrusion 32 having a substantially inclined surface 31 opposed to the rotation direction is formed on the outer periphery rather than near the middle point of 19. The angle of the substantially inclined surface 28 is about 70 degrees. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0041]
In the above configuration, when the stirring blade 2c is rotated, the center portion 18 of the central portion of the base 20 of the stirring blade 2c and the outer peripheral portion 19 are formed only by the base surface 16; Since there is no resistance against the garment at the part, the garment is not caught and moved. Therefore, the clothes can be moved with almost no rotational phase difference between the stirring blade 2c and the clothes.
[0042]
Therefore, there is no rotational phase difference between the clothing and the stirring blade 2c from the start, and the clothing can easily follow the rotation of the stirring blade 2c even after the stirring blade 2c stops rotating. For this reason, the excess cloth circumference can be reduced, and the damage to the cloth and the tangling of the cloth can be reduced.
[0043]
Furthermore, since the protrusion 32 has a substantially inclined surface 31 that is inclined with respect to the rotational direction, when the stirring blade 2c is rotated in the direction of arrow A in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, a force that moves toward the upper portion of the washing and dewatering tub 1 works. Therefore, the resistance to the protrusion part 32 of clothing decreases and power consumption can also be reduced. Moreover, washing | cleaning unevenness can be reduced because clothing is going to move to the upper direction of the washing and dewatering tank 1.
[0044]
(Example 5)
As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the stirring blade 2 d is formed by only the base surface 16 between the central portion 18 of the center portion of the base 20 and the substantially intermediate point of the outer peripheral portion 19, and the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion. A protrusion 34 having a substantially inclined surface 33 that inclines the side surface on the outer peripheral side toward the rotation center axis side from the outer periphery rather than near the middle point of 19 is formed. The angle of the substantially inclined surface 33 is determined by the shape of the bottom of the washing and dewatering tub 1 and the torque of the motor 5, but is about 80 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0045]
In the above configuration, when the stirring blade 2d is rotated, the center portion 18 of the central portion of the base 20 of the stirring blade 2d and the outer peripheral portion 19 are formed only by the base surface 16; Since there is no resistance against the garment at the part, the garment is not caught and moved. Therefore, the clothes can be moved with almost no rotational phase difference between the stirring blade 2d and the clothes.
[0046]
Accordingly, there is no rotational phase difference between the clothing and the stirring blade 2d from the start, and the clothing can easily follow the rotation of the stirring blade 2d even after the stirring blade 2d stops rotating. For this reason, the excess cloth circumference can be reduced, and the damage to the cloth and the tangling of the cloth can be reduced.
[0047]
Further, since the protruding portion 34 has a substantially inclined surface 33 inclined toward the rotation center axis side on the outer peripheral side surface, when the agitating blade 2d rotates, the clothes are separated by a gap between the protruding portion 34 and the washing / dehydrating tub 1. Therefore, clothing is not caught and resistance does not occur, resistance to the protrusion 34 is reduced, and power consumption can be reduced.
[0048]
(Example 6)
As shown in FIGS. 17 to 19, the stirring blade 2 e is formed by only the base surface 16 between the central portion 18 of the center portion of the base 20 and the substantially middle point of the outer peripheral portion 19, and the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion. A projecting portion 36 having a substantially vertical surface 35 is formed at the connection portion with the base 20 from the outer periphery rather than near the middle point of 19. If the height of the substantially vertical surface 35 is about 20% with respect to the height of the protrusion 36, the effect of the protrusion 36 is not greatly impaired. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0049]
In the above configuration, when the stirring blade 2e is rotated, the space between the center portion 18 of the central portion of the base 20 of the stirring blade 2e and the substantially middle point of the outer peripheral portion 19 is formed only by the base surface 16, so this Since there is no resistance against the garment at the part, the garment is not caught and moved. Therefore, the clothes can be moved with almost no rotational phase difference between the stirring blade 2e and the clothes.
[0050]
Accordingly, there is no rotational phase difference between the clothing and the stirring blade 2e from the start, and the clothing can easily follow the rotation of the stirring blade 2e even after the stirring blade 2e stops rotating. For this reason, the excess cloth circumference can be reduced, and the damage to the cloth and the tangling of the cloth can be reduced.
[0051]
Further, since the protruding portion 36 has a substantially vertical surface 35 at the connection portion with the base 20, when the stirring blade 2 e rotates, a water flow occurs, and when the clothing is small, the protruding portion 36 functions as clothing. Even when it is difficult, a cleaning effect by a water flow can be obtained.
[0052]
(Example 7)
As shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the stirring blade 2 f is formed by only the base surface 16 between the central portion 18 of the center portion of the base 20 and the substantially intermediate point of the outer peripheral portion 19, and the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion. 19 has a protrusion 37 on the outer periphery rather than near the middle point of the wing 19, the height of the protrusion 37 is lower between the protrusions 37, and the wing 38 that extends from the center 18 of the base 20 to the outer periphery 19. have.
[0053]
The highest point of the wing portion 38 is near the middle point between the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion 19 of the base 20 and is lowered near the protruding portion 37 so that the effect of the protruding portion 37 is not impaired. Results are coming out. Further, the shape of the wing portion 38 varies depending on the intended clothing. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0054]
In the above configuration, when the stirring blade 2f is rotated, clothing enters between the protruding portions 34 from the substantially middle point between the center portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion 19 of the base 20 to the outer peripheral portion 19. The clothes can be moved with almost no rotational phase difference.
[0055]
Accordingly, there is no rotational phase difference between the clothing and the stirring blade 2f from the start, and the clothing can easily follow the rotation of the stirring blade 2f even after the stirring blade 2f stops rotating. For this reason, the excess cloth circumference can be reduced, and the damage to the cloth and the tangling of the cloth can be reduced.
[0056]
Furthermore, the water flow effect by the blades 38 between the protrusions 37 is obtained, and the rotational phase difference between the stirring blades 2f and the clothing that occurs when stirring is started and when the stirring is stopped is reduced, thereby preventing the fabric from being twisted or damaged. The cleaning performance can be further improved.
[0057]
(Example 8)
As shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, the stirring blade 2g is formed by only the base surface 16 between the central portion 18 of the center portion of the base 20 and the substantially middle point of the outer peripheral portion 19, and the central portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion. 19 has a projecting portion 39 on the outer periphery rather than near the middle point, and has an inner projecting portion 40 that is lower in height than the projecting portion 39 and located inside the projecting portion 39 between the projecting portions 39. is doing.
[0058]
It is desirable that the inner projecting portion 40 has a shape that does not impair the effect of the outer peripheral side projecting portion 39 and that it is easy to enter clothing that does not function on the outer peripheral side projecting portion 39. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0059]
In the above configuration, when the stirring blade 2g is rotated, clothing enters between the protrusions 34 at the outer peripheral portion 19 from approximately the middle point between the center portion 18 and the outer peripheral portion 19 of the base 20, so that the stirring blade 2g and the clothing are separated. The clothes can be moved with almost no rotational phase difference.
[0060]
Accordingly, there is no rotational phase difference between the clothing and the stirring blade 2g from the time of startup, and the clothing can easily follow the rotation of the stirring blade 2g even after the stirring blade 2g stops rotating. For this reason, the excess cloth circumference can be reduced, and the damage to the cloth and the tangling of the cloth can be reduced.
[0061]
Further, the inner protrusion 40 between the protrusions 39 amplifies the effect of reducing the rotational phase difference between the stirring blade 2g and the clothes generated at the time of starting stirring and stopping stirring, and further suppressing the kinking and damage of the cloth, Cleaning performance can be improved.
[0062]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a substantially disc-shaped agitating blade rotatably disposed in the washing tub for agitating the laundry clothes , between the central portion and the outer peripheral portion. The upper base surface of the base is configured so as to be a substantially concave curved surface, and a plurality of protrusions are provided on the outer peripheral portion side of the intermediate portion between the central portion and the outer peripheral portion of the base surface and at intervals in the circumferential direction. Formed and having wings that are lower than the protrusions and span from the center to the outer periphery between the protrusions, so that the water flow effect by the wings between the protrusions can be obtained and stirring The rotational phase difference between the stirring blade and the clothing generated at the time of start-up and suspension of stirring can be reduced, and the cleaning performance can be improved while suppressing the kinking and damage of the cloth.
[0063]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the projecting portion has a substantially flat portion having a ridge line facing and parallel to the rotation center axis, stirring is performed while bringing the garment toward the rotation center axis. Therefore, the dispersion of force from the stirring blade to the outer circumferential direction is reduced, and the power consumption can be reduced.
[0064]
According to the invention described in claim 3, since the protrusion has the substantially flat portion having the ridge line that faces the rotation center axis and is not parallel to the rotation center axis, the clothing is brought closer to the center side of the washing tub. Since the agitation is performed, the dispersion of force from the agitating blade to the outer circumferential direction is reduced, so that power consumption can be reduced, and the movement of the clothes becomes complicated, and washing unevenness can be reduced.
[0065]
According to the invention described in claim 4, since the projecting portion has a substantially inclined surface that opposes the rotation direction, when the stirring blade rotates, the clothes try to move upward in the washing tub. By doing so, washing unevenness can be reduced.
[0066]
According to the invention described in claim 5, since the protrusion has an inclined surface inclined toward the rotation center axis side on the outer peripheral side, when the stirring blade rotates, the garment protrudes. Since the clearance between the tub and the washing tub is secured, clothing is caught and resistance does not occur, resistance to the protruding portion is reduced, and power consumption can be reduced.
[0067]
Further, according to the invention described in claim 6, since the projecting portion forms a substantially vertical surface at the connection portion with the base, when the stirring blade rotates, a water flow occurs, and when there is little clothing, Even when the protruding portion is difficult to function on clothes, the cleaning effect by the water flow can be secured .
