この種の注出キャップの従来例として、実用新案登録第2596699号公報記載のものが知られている。

この公報記載の注出キャップは、壜体口筒の外周に嵌着するキャップ本体の組付き筒に、ヒンジの一側端近傍の上端から下端に亘って縦方向の弱化線を設けると共に、キャップ本体の頂板に、弱化線の上部に連続した周方向の弱化ラインを設けて構成され、廃棄時には、ヒンジを介して連結されている蓋体を引っ張ることにより、弱化線と弱化ラインを破断して、キャップ全体を壜体口筒から取り外し、分別するようになっている。

上記した従来技術にあっては、キャップを壜体口筒に固定するために、壜体口筒外周に設けた係合突条と、組付き筒内周に設けた係合突条とを打栓により乗り越えさせてアンダーカット結合させるが、この打栓による乗り越え時に、組付き筒が強制的に拡径するため、弱化線が破断してしまう恐れがある、と云う問題があった。

この公報記載の注出キャップは、壜体口筒にアンダーカット結合する、弱化線を設けないキャップ本体と、このキャップ本体に外嵌する、弱化線を設けた外筒体(環状側壁)との2ピースで構成され、これにより、壜体口筒への打栓時に、弱化線に直接、力が加わらないようにして、弱化線が破断することを防止したものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この特開平8−151063号記載の従来技術にあっては、分別廃棄時には、まず外筒体の弱化線を破断してこの外筒体を取り外し、次いでキャップ本体を壜体口筒から取り外すが、このキャップ本体は壜体口筒に強固にアンダーカット結合しているため、その取り外しに大きな操作力を必要とし、キャップ本体の取り外しを迅速、円滑に行なうことが困難である、と云う問題があった。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、弱化線を設けないキャップ本体と、このキャップ本体に外嵌するリング体との2ピース構造の注出キャップにあって、分別廃棄時に、壜体口筒からのキャップ本体の取り外しを容易にすることを技術的課題とし、もって注出キャップの分別を容易にかつ迅速、円滑に達成できるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の手段は、
頂部に注出口を設けた組付き筒の下端部分に、壜体口筒の外周にアンダーカット結合する、容易に弾性変形可能な複数の係合片を垂下設すると共に、組付き筒の後面上端部にヒンジを介して上蓋を連結したキャップ本体を有すること、
キャップ本体の各係合片に外嵌する筒壁の上端に把手を連設すると共に、この把手の下端部の少なくとも一方の側端近傍に、筒壁の上端から下端に亘って肉薄の弱化線を形成したリング体を有すること、

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上記した構成となっているので、以下に示す効果を奏する。
廃棄時における注出キャップの分別取り外しは、リング体の把手の外方への引っ張りと、キャップ本体の引き上げと云う、単純で大きな力を要さない操作で達成することができ、もって注出キャップの分別取り出しを容易にかつ迅速、円滑に達成することができる。

また、壜体口筒に直接外嵌するキャップ本体には弱化線は設けられておらず、壜体口筒にキャップ本体を介して外嵌するリング体に弱化線を設けたので、壜体口筒に対する打栓組付け時に、弱化線が不正に破断することがなく、もって注出キャップの壜体口筒に対する打栓組付けを安全に達成することができる。更に組付き筒とリング体の外径をほぼ同一に形成し、かつ、把手が収納凹部に、組付き筒の外周面と面一に収納されることから、使用時に把手が邪魔になることがなく、使い勝手のよい注出キャップを提供できる。また把手の上端部と収納凹部の間に隙間が形成してあることから、把手を容易に把持してリング体を破断することができる。
