Field of the Invention The present invention relates to, for example, when a waterproof material layer applied to the upper surface of a concrete flat roof deteriorates with age, instead of replacing it with a new waterproof material, the upper surface of the waterproof material is durable. The present invention relates to a mounting bracket used for fixing a channel material, which serves as a mounting base for the roofing material, on a flat roof when a method of stacking excellent roofing materials is adopted.

Description of the Related Art In order to repair a flat roof with an aged waterproof material layer, conventionally, a method of peeling a waterproof material layer such as a damaged waterproof sheet and replacing it with a new waterproof sheet has been generally adopted. . Alternatively, a method has been adopted in which the effort to remove the old waterproof sheet is omitted and a new waterproof sheet is laminated on it. However, the durability of the conventional waterproof construction layer is much shorter than the life of the building, so the repair work is
I had to repeat it quite often. Also, when a new waterproof sheet is provided over the old waterproof sheet, there is a problem that both are difficult to fit together.

By stacking roofing materials with excellent durability in the same manner as in the case of the above factories, the number of repairs for flat roofs can be greatly reduced. Alternatively, in the case of a newly built building, it is possible to use the above-mentioned roofing material as a roof lining method instead of the conventional waterproof construction as the rain proofing method for a flat roof.

However, it is also conceivable to use concrete nails or special stud bolts for embedding in existing concrete structures. However, in consideration of a typhoon, existing concrete nails and stud bolts are extremely insufficient in pull-out resistance.

The nut 17 and the press fitting 16 are in a protruding state. Therefore, as can be understood from FIG. 4 as an embodiment diagram of the present invention, these protrusions hinder the work of attaching the mounting member (tight frame) F of the roofing material to the upper surface of the channel material B. become.

On the other hand, the above-mentioned invention of the prior application does not provide sufficient measures to easily attach the channel material B horizontally. Furthermore, if it rains during the roofing work, measures against leakage of water from the bolt holes will be a major problem because the location is the roof of an existing building.

A roofing material such as the above is used for a construction method such as mounting via a channel material, and has a receiving groove portion 1 into which a channel material B is fitted by forming a shape like a metal strip bent upward. , A bolt 2 having a rectangular tube-shaped leg portion 2 which is integrally provided on the bottom surface 1a, and the receiving groove portion 1 allows the mounting stud bolt E planted on the mounting base C to pass through the bottom surface 1a. A hole 3 is provided, and both side walls 1b and 1b are
A plurality of sets of insertion holes 7, 7 for erection of the metal wire K supporting the channel material B are provided at different height positions, and when the mounting base C has irregularities, this The channel material B whose curved state has been corrected is welded and fixed to the receiving groove portion 1 by appropriately selecting the erection height position of the metal wire rod K with respect to the mounting brackets arranged at the points. And Then, the mounting bracket is made by bending a single metal plate cut into a predetermined shape.

る。As is apparent from the above description, the use of the fitting for mounting a channel material on a flat roof or the like according to the present invention provides the following excellent practical effects. (A) On the upper surface of the channel material that serves as a mounting base for the roofing material, unlike the prior art, a bolt for fixing the
The nuts and metal fittings do not protrude and are completely flat.
(B) Therefore, the work of attaching the tight frame to the upper surface of the channel material can be performed quickly and accurately. (C) Before welding the channel material to the receiving groove,
Since it can be moved up and down in the groove, even if there is local unevenness on the upper surface of the flat roof, the work of mounting in a straight state without sagging can be performed extremely easily and quickly. (D) To temporarily fix this straight state when the channel material is welded and fixed to the receiving groove portion, simply select one of the plurality of insertion holes and insert the metal wire. Is enough. (E) Since the bolt hole provided on the flat roof is surrounded by the receiving groove portion of the receiving metal fitting and the rectangular tube-shaped leg portion, even if it rains during the construction, there is no need to worry about the rain. (F) The mounting bracket can be efficiently mass-produced from a single metal plate.
