It was a small one. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, when the return spring 3 is compressed, a force acts in a direction orthogonal to both end directions of the return spring 3, which causes a problem that the return spring 3 easily comes off. Had a problem that the return spring 3 buckled.

In the rail mounting device, a rail mounting recess is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the device, in which both the surface facing the rail and both sides in the longitudinal direction of the rail are open and a part of the rail is fitted. In the direction of the rail mounting recess, one inner side surface of the rail mounting recess is provided with a locking projection that holds the tip of one of the rail mounting pieces between the rail mounting recess and the inner bottom surface of the rail mounting recess. A guide groove in which a slider that is movable in the rail width direction is fitted is formed on the same outer peripheral surface as the recess, and one end of the slider advances and retreats from the other inner surface of the rail mounting recess in the rail width direction. Rail when protruding The tip of the other mounting piece of the rail is held between the inner bottom surface of the mounting recess and the center of the slider is composed of a coil spring and is biased in such a direction that the slider projects into the mounting recess of the rail. A return spring is attached to the spring mounting opening window, and a spring receiving projection that is inserted into the spring mounting opening window and has a spring receiver on one end side of the return spring is provided on the inner bottom surface of the guide groove. A spring insertion protrusion that is inserted into the other end of the return spring and holds the return spring is provided on a surface of the inner peripheral surface of the spring mounting opening window facing the spring receiver provided on the spring reception protrusion. The receiving protrusion is formed with a groove into which the spring insertion protrusion is slidably inserted when the slider is moved.

The spring inserting projection is passed through the groove portion when the slider is moved. Therefore, even if the protrusion size of the spring insertion protrusion is increased, the spring insertion protrusion does not collide with the spring receiving protrusion due to the movement of the slider. In other words, the protrusion size of the spring insertion protrusion can be set large without hindering the movement of the slider, and the deformation of the return spring due to the action of the force orthogonal to the direction connecting the both ends of the return spring composed of the coil spring is prevented. Can be stopped by. As a result, the return spring is prevented from coming off the buckle or buckling.

As shown in FIG. 2, the spring bearing projection 15 is provided with a spring bearing 16 which is a recess on the surface on the rail mounting recess 11 side, and a surface of the spring mounting opening window 23 facing the spring bearing 16 and The return spring 3 composed of a coil spring is inserted and attached between the spring receiver 16 and the spring receiver 16. The return spring 3 biases the slider 2 so that one end thereof projects into the rail mounting recess 11. By the way, a spring insertion protrusion 24 to be inserted into one end of the return spring 3 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the spring mounting opening window 23 and the surface facing the spring receiver 16. The spring insertion projection 24 and the spring receiving projection 1 are located at a position where the surface of the inner surface of the spring mounting opening window 23 opposite to the rail mounting recess 11 contacts the spring receiving projection 15.
The protrusion size is set so that a slight gap is formed between the protrusion and the protrusion 5. On the other hand, the spring receiving projection 15 is formed with a groove portion 17 into which the spring insertion projection 24 is slidably inserted when the slider 2 moves. Such a groove 17
By forming the above, it becomes possible to move to the position where the surface of the inner surface of the slider 2 near the rail mounting recess 11 contacts the spring receiving projection 15. Further, since the protrusion size of the spring insertion protrusion 24 can be set large while increasing the moving distance of the slider 2, even if a force in a direction orthogonal to the direction connecting both ends acts on the return spring 3, The spring insertion protrusion 24 can prevent the position of the return spring 3 from being displaced, and as a result, the return spring 3 can be prevented from coming off the slider 2 and the return spring 3 from buckling. On the both sides of the end of the slider 2 opposite to the rail mounting recess 11, protrusions 26 are provided so as to project, and one end of the slider 2 projects into the rail mounting recess 11 at the guide groove 13. By preventing the steady rest projections 26 from fitting in the steady rest recesses 19 (see FIG. 5), the rattling of the slider 2 when the device 1 is mounted on the rail 4 is suppressed. Therefore, the device 1 can be attached to the rail 4 without rattling.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the slider 2 is fitted in the guide groove 13 in such a manner that the spring insertion protrusion 24 is fitted in the groove portion 17. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the slider 2 is moved so that the sliding projection 21 overlaps the holding projection 14, and a gap is formed between the tip of the spring insertion projection 24 and the spring receiving projection 15. To do. In this state, as shown in FIG. 5, by inserting the spring insertion protrusion 24 into one end of the return spring 3 and inserting the other end of the return spring 3 into the spring receiver 16, the return spring 3 is moved to the spring of the slider 2. It may be attached to the opening window 23 for attachment.

The device 1 can be attached to the rail 4 by sandwiching between the inner bottom surface of the rail mounting recess 11 and one end of the slider 2. At the position where one end of the slider 2 projects into the rail mounting recess 11,
The size is set so that the other end of the slider 2 projects from the side surface of the device 1, and the projecting portion has a removal hole 25 into which the tip of the driver or the like can be inserted. Therefore, when the device 1 is removed from the rail 4, the tip of the driver or the like is inserted into the removal hole 25 so that the slider 2 can be pulled.
Can be removed from the rail mounting recess 11. The device 1 is provided with four mounting holes 18 for directly mounting the device 1 on the mounting surface by inserting the mounting screws. One of the mounting holes 18 is one of the spring receiving protrusions 15.
Is formed so as to pass through.

A rail mounting device provided on a device so as to detachably couple the device to rails provided with a pair of mounting pieces on both sides in the width direction, and a surface facing the rail and a longitudinal direction of the rail. The rail mounting recess is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the device, and the rail mounting recess is open on both sides in the direction of the rail, and the rail mounting recess is mounted on one inner surface of the rail mounting recess in the rail width direction. A locking projection that holds the tip of one of the rail's mounting pieces is projected between the inner bottom surface of the mounting recess and the same outer peripheral surface as the rail mounting recess in the equipment, and is movable in the rail width direction. A guide groove into which the slider is fitted is formed, and the slider is railed between the inner bottom surface of the rail mounting recess when one end advances and retracts from the other inner side surface of the rail mounting recess in the rail width direction. Of the other mounting piece A spring mounting opening window is formed in the center of the slider for mounting a return spring, which is composed of a coil spring and biases the slider in the recess for mounting the rail. Spring receiving protrusion that is inserted into the opening window for spring and has a spring bearing on one end side of the return spring is projectingly provided on the inner bottom surface of the guide groove, and the spring bearing is provided on the spring receiving protrusion on the inner peripheral surface of the opening window for spring attachment. A spring insertion protrusion that is inserted into the other end of the return spring to hold the return spring is provided on the surface facing the and, and the spring receiving protrusion has a groove portion through which the spring insertion protrusion is slidably inserted when the slider moves. A device for mounting on a rail, characterized by being formed.
