Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably connect a positive electrode line and a negative electrode line to respective connection parts while polarities are adapted by making shapes of terminals of the positive electrode line and the negative electrode line connected to a positive electrode line connection part and a negative electrode line connection part of a terminal block device different from each other, and preventing flat plane parts from being properly located and screwed, when the terminal is connected to a connection part on a different polarity side.SOLUTION: A large diameter part is provided on any one of a pair of a positive electrode line 3 and a negative electrode line 4 at a portion near a terminal mounting part 23. Among a positive electrode connection part 5 and a negative electrode line connection part 6, an obstacle body 25 is provided at a connection part with other polarity different from one polarity. The large diameter part is located on the obstacle body to separate the connection part of the other polarity from the terminal with one polarity, so that the connection part of the other polarity cannot be connected to the terminal with one polarity.

Description

The present invention relates to a terminal block device for preventing a polarity connection between a positive electrode line and a negative electrode line of an electric cable for DC power, and an electric apparatus including the terminal block device.

The DC output (renewable energy) of the solar cell is supplied to an electric device that converts DC power into AC power through a connection box having an open / close switch. As shown in FIG. 10, the junction box has an open / close switch b in the case a that is operated during maintenance and inspection. A power line from a solar cell is connected to the open / close switch b. The DC power passing through the switch b is output from the terminal block device 1.

A power line (cable) for outputting DC power is connected to the terminal block device 1 incorporated in the connection box. As shown in FIG. 11, in this terminal block device 1, a positive line connecting part 5 and a negative line connecting part 6 for connecting the positive line 3 and the negative line 4 that are paired with the cable 2 are arranged side by side. In addition, a conductive plate 9 electrically connected to the positive electrode input portion 7 of the electric circuit is disposed on the positive electrode line connecting portion 5, and a conductive plate 10 electrically connected to the negative electrode input portion 8 of the electric circuit is disposed on the negative electrode wire connecting portion 6. Has been.

Standing walls 12 integral with the pedestal portion 11 are raised on both sides of the positive electrode line connecting portion 5 and the negative electrode wire connecting portion 6 arranged in parallel, and between the positive electrode wire connecting portion 5 and the negative electrode wire connecting portion 6. The standing wall 12 partitions both connecting portions as a common wall. And as each said standing wall 12 is shown in figure, so that the part of the front end side of the positive electrode line 3 and the negative electrode line 4 connected to this positive electrode line connection part 5 and the negative electrode line connection part 6 can also be partitioned off, The positive electrode line connecting part 5 and the negative electrode line connecting part 6 are formed in a long direction in a direction orthogonal to the juxtaposed direction.

The connection of the cable 2 to the positive line connecting part 5 and the negative line connecting part 6 is performed using terminal terminals 13 having the same shape which are caulked and fixed to the positive line 3 and the negative line 4, respectively. As shown, the terminal terminal 13 has a caulking portion 16 at an end portion of the flat plate portion 15 in which the screw hole 14 is opened, and is opened in each of the conductive plates 9 and 10 of the positive electrode connection portion 5 and the negative electrode connection portion 6. The terminal terminal 13 is superposed on the positive line connecting part 5 and the negative line connecting part 6 so that the screw hole 14 on the terminal terminal 13 side is aligned with the positive terminal line 13 and the positive line connected to the positive line connecting part 5 by screwing. 3, and the negative electrode wire 4 was connected to the negative electrode wire connecting portion 6.

To connect the positive electrode wire and the negative electrode wire to the terminal block device, terminal terminals of the same shape are attached to the positive electrode wire and the negative electrode wire as shown in the figure, and the terminal terminals are connected to the positive electrode wire connection portion and the negative electrode wire. Although it is screwed to the connecting portion, it is necessary to prevent the positive electrode wire and the negative electrode wire from being inserted incorrectly.

In the work of connecting the positive electrode wire and the negative electrode wire drawn from the side receiving the supply of DC power to the power source side of the DC power, as a device for connecting the positive electrode wire and the negative electrode wire so as not to be mistaken, for example, As shown in Patent Document 1, in a storage battery, one storage battery terminal itself has a shape having a concave portion, the other storage battery terminal itself has a shape having a convex portion, and is further attached to one lead line. A device has been proposed in which a convex piece that fits into the concave portion is provided, and a lead-out terminal that is attached to the other lead wire is provided with a concave notch portion that fits into the convex portion. When the other lead wire is made to correspond, or when one lead wire is made to correspond to the other storage battery terminal, the storage battery terminal and the lead wire terminal are not fitted.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-038974

For example, in a system using a solar cell, it is necessary to construct the DC power output from the solar cell using a power line (cable) or the like. At that time, it is necessary to correctly connect the polarity (positive electrode and negative electrode) of the power line. is there. However, in this wiring work, cable terminal processing is performed to attach terminal terminals to cables procured on-site, but terminal terminals of the same shape are formed on both the positive electrode wire which is one electric wire and the negative electrode wire which is the other electric wire. Since the positive and negative wires are fixed to the adjacent positive and negative electrode connection portions of the terminal block device, the positive and negative terminal terminals are connected to the wrong polarity side. There was a possibility of causing incorrect connection that screwed the terminal terminal.

As a countermeasure against this, the one shown in Patent Document 1 has been considered. However, the conductive plates arranged in each of the positive line connecting part and the negative line connecting part may be deformed when the terminal terminal is screwed. Since it is made of a conductive metal plate having a thickness so that there is no gap, there is a problem that it becomes costly to form a concave portion that is recessed in the plate thickness direction or a convex portion that is raised in the plate thickness direction as described above. When the conductive plate is downsized, it is difficult to form the concave and convex portions. For this reason, the upper surface part which receives the terminal terminal of each electrically-conductive board is flat now, and the terminal terminal is also made into the same shape, It was difficult to eliminate the possibility of an incorrect connection.

Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to ensure that the positive electrode wire and the negative electrode wire can be reliably connected to each connection portion in a state in which the polarities are adapted.

(Invention of Claim 3)
In the terminal block device of the present invention, the obstacle has a pole of the other polarity at a position corresponding to a portion in the vicinity of the terminal mounting portion of the other polarity pole wire connected to the other polarity connection portion. A protruding portion that protrudes upward from below the position where the wire is disposed, and the amount of upward protrusion corresponds to the terminal terminal attached to the polar wire of the one polarity with the connecting portion of the other polarity. In this case, it is preferable that the amount of protrusion is such that the connection portion of the other polarity and the terminal terminal of the one polarity are separated by placing the large-diameter portion.

(Invention of Claim 5)
Furthermore, in another invention, the terminal block device according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is interposed between a DC power generated by renewable energy such as a solar battery and a conversion unit that converts the DC power into an AC power. The positive side of the DC power is connected to the positive line connecting portion of the terminal block device and the negative side of the DC power is connected to the negative line connecting portion of the terminal block device. It is an electric device, and this electric device is provided to solve the above-mentioned problem.

(Effect of the invention of claim 1)
According to the invention of claim 1, when connecting the positive electrode line and the negative electrode line of the pair of cables to the positive electrode line connecting part and the negative electrode line connecting part which are arranged side by side, When the polar wire of one polarity provided with the large diameter portion is made to correspond to the connecting portion having the same polarity as the polar wire of the one polarity, an obstacle is provided on the connecting portion side of the one polarity. Therefore, the one polarity polar wire can be connected to the one polarity connecting portion. In addition, when the other polarity polar wire not provided with the large diameter portion is made to correspond to the other polarity connecting portion including the obstacle, the other polarity polar wire from the obstacle in the other polarity connecting portion. Therefore, the other polar wire can be connected to the other polarity connecting portion.

On the contrary, when the polar wire of one polarity provided with the large diameter portion is made to correspond to the connecting portion of the other polarity having the obstacle, the obstacle in the connecting portion of the other polarity is The large-diameter portion provided on the polar pole wire will ride, and interference from the obstruction will cause the one polar wire to be unable to be attached, and the one polar wire to the other It cannot be connected to the connecting portion of the polarity. In other words, in the case of dealing with an erroneous connection, it becomes impossible to connect a terminal with an incorrect polarity to the connection portion with the other polarity. The worker can easily know that the connection is incorrect and can prevent the erroneous connection in advance.

(Effect of the invention of claim 2)
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the obstacle is provided by using the standing wall that divides the terminal (for example, terminal terminal) side of the positive electrode line and the negative electrode line connected to the positive electrode line connection part and the negative electrode line snow image part. As a result, the formation of the obstruction is simplified, and an excellent effect is obtained in that a terminal block device that does not increase the manufacturing cost can be obtained.

(Effect of the invention of claim 3)
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the obstruction is connected to the other polarity connecting portion of the other polarity at a position corresponding to the vicinity of the terminal mounting portion of the other polarity connecting portion. Since it is composed of convex portions protruding upward from below the arrangement position, it is easy to form the obstacle, and an excellent effect is obtained that a terminal block device can be obtained without increasing the manufacturing cost. It is what you play.

(Effect of the invention of claim 4)
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, when installing a photovoltaic power generation facility in a general house, the large diameter portion is provided on the pole line on the side where the large diameter portion is required in the field work for processing one end of the cable procured in the field. It has an excellent effect of being able to.

(Effect of the invention of claim 5)
According to the invention of claim 5, since the terminal block device is interposed between the DC power from the power generation source and the conversion unit on the DC power supply side that converts the DC power into AC power, the terminal When connecting the positive and negative wires of the cable on the DC power supply side to the stand device, if the polarity is connected incorrectly, the polar wire is in a state where the large diameter part is on the obstacle in the terminal block device. In the connection part where is located, the part of the terminal on the pole side with the wrong polarity is separated so that it cannot be connected, so that the operator can easily know that it is a wrong connection and the wrong connection This is an excellent effect that can be prevented in advance.

The upper plate 9a of the conductive plate 9 is positioned on the mounting surface 18 which is the upper stage of the pedestal part 11 in the positive line connecting part 5, and the upper stage of the pedestal part 11 is located in the negative line connecting part 6. The upper plate 10a of the conductive plate 10 is located on the mounting surface 19 (see FIG. 3).

Each of the positive electrode line connection portion 7 and the negative electrode line connection portion 8 is provided with an upper flat plate so that the terminal terminal 20 caulked and fixed to the positive electrode wire 3 and the terminal terminal 21 caulked and fixed to the negative electrode wire 4 can be screwed. A screw hole 14 is provided from 9a, 10a to the lower mounting surfaces 18, 19 so as to be on the center line of the mounting surfaces 18, 19.

Further, on both sides of each of the positive electrode line connecting portion 5 and the negative electrode line connecting portion 6, the height position of the upper end of the wall is set higher than the height position of the screw head of the screw fixed to both the connecting portions 5 and 6. A standing wall 22 integrated with the pedestal portion 11 is provided, and there is one standing wall 22 between the positive electrode line connecting portion 5 and the negative electrode wire connecting portion 6, and both the connecting portions 5 and 6 are the one standing wall. 22 is shared as a wall that rises to the side.

The standing wall 22 secures an electrical safety structure (spatial distance, insulation distance) when a voltage is applied to the terminal terminals 20 and 21 that are screwed. Around the upper plates 9a, 10a of the conductive plates 9, 10 and the terminal terminals 20, 21 connected to the conductive plates 9, 10, and the terminal mounting portion to which the terminal terminals of the positive electrode 3 and the negative electrode 4 are attached 23, each standing wall 22 extends in a direction orthogonal to the connecting direction of the connecting portions so as to extend to a position corresponding to the vicinity 24 of the terminal mounting portion 23 of the positive electrode wire 3 and the negative electrode wire 4. It is formed as an extended partition wall.

In this first example, when the negative electrode line 4 is mistakenly associated with the standing wall 22 on both sides of the positive electrode line connecting part 5 among the positive electrode line connecting part 5 and the negative electrode line connecting part 6, the negative electrode An obstruction 25 is provided to prevent the terminal terminals 21 of the wires 4 from being separated from the upper plate 9a of the conductive plate 9 in the positive electrode connection portion 5 so that they cannot be overlapped.

The obstacle 25 is a pair provided on each of the standing walls 22 on both sides of the positive electrode connection portion 5. The obstacle 25 is integrated with the inner surface of each of the standing walls 22 so as to correspond to the vicinity 24 of the terminal mounting portion 23 in the positive electrode wire 3 connected as a polar wire having the same polarity as the polarity of the positive electrode connection portion 5. Provided at opposite positions as shown in the figure. And the main body part of the standing wall 22 opposes the space | interval which this obstruction 25 opposes by making the standing wall 22 itself thick toward the center part between the standing walls where the positive electrode wire 3 is disposed. It is narrower than the interval. Further, the interval at which the obstacles 25 face each other is larger than the outer diameter of the positive electrode line 3 so that the positive electrode line 3 connected to the positive electrode line connecting portion 5 can be disposed between the obstacle bodies 25. Further, in the illustrated example, each of the obstacles 25 extends from the end of the standing wall 22 along the longitudinal direction of the standing wall 22 and has a height that causes a step with respect to the height of the standing wall 22. Yes.

On the other hand, the obstacle 25 is not provided at all on the inner surface side of the upright wall 22 raised on both sides of the negative electrode wire attachment portion 6 to which the negative electrode wire 4 is connected. In the negative electrode wire 4 connected to the negative electrode wire connecting portion 6 not provided with the obstacle 25 on the standing wall 22, the terminal terminal 21 is overlapped on the upper plate 10a of the conductive plate 10 and screwed, The negative electrode wire 4 from the terminal attachment portion 23 to which the terminal terminal 21 is attached is disposed between the standing walls 22 facing each other.

In the negative electrode wire 4, a large-diameter portion 26 having a substantially circular shape is provided in the vicinity 24 of the terminal attachment portion 23. The outer diameter of the large-diameter portion 26 is larger than the outer diameter of the polar wire of the negative electrode wire 4 and is smaller than the interval between the standing walls 22 on both sides of the negative electrode wire connecting portion 6. In addition, the conductive plate The radius of the large-diameter portion 26 is made small with respect to the step from the upper flat plate 10a 10 to the pole-lined bottom surface 27 between the standing walls 22. As a result, the terminal terminal 21 is overlapped and screwed to the upper flat plate 10a of the conductive plate 10 of the negative electrode line connecting portion 6, and the portion where the polar wire from the terminal mounting portion 23 and the large-diameter portion 26 are located between the standing walls 22. Even if the large-diameter portion 26 is positioned in the space where the upright wall 22 is opposed so as to pass through, the upper plate 10a is appropriately disposed between the upright walls 22 without being interfered by the upright wall 22. It is not impeded that the terminal terminal 21 is screwed.

As described above, when the positive line 3 having the same polarity as that of the positive line connecting part 5 is made to correspond to the positive line connecting part 5 in the terminal block device 1, each of the standing walls 22 of the positive line connecting part 5 has an inner surface side. Even if the obstacle 25 is provided, the positive electrode wire 3 is disposed between the obstacles 25, and the terminal terminal 20 can be properly connected by screwing to the upper plate 9 a of the conductive plate 9. Similarly, when the negative electrode wire 4 having the same polarity as that of the negative electrode wire connection portion 6 is made to correspond to the negative electrode wire connection portion 6, the negative electrode wire 4 has a large diameter portion 26 in the vicinity of the terminal mounting portion 23. Even if the large-diameter portion 26 is provided, the large-diameter portion 26 itself is not restricted by the standing wall 22 of the negative-electrode line connecting portion 6, and is inserted between the standing walls 22 without being restricted by the standing wall 22. The terminal terminal 21 can be properly connected by screwing to the upper flat plate 10a of the conductive plate 10.

Contrary to the proper connection of connecting the positive electrode wire 3 to the positive electrode wire connection portion 5 and connecting the negative electrode wire 4 to the negative electrode wire connection portion 6, if the connection position of the positive electrode wire 3 and the negative electrode wire 4 is mistaken, A state in which one polar wire provided with a portion is made to correspond to a connecting portion having a polarity different from the polarity of the one polar wire and having an obstacle on the standing wall, that is, the large diameter portion 26 Therefore, an operation for causing the negative electrode wire 4 provided in the vicinity 24 of the terminal attachment portion 23 to correspond to the positive electrode connection portion 5 occurs.

However, as described above, since the opposing distance between the pair of obstacles 25 of the positive electrode connection portion 5 is smaller than the outer diameter of the large diameter portion 26, the negative electrode wire 4 having the large diameter portion 26 is connected to the positive electrode connection portion 5. Is placed on the obstacle 25 so as to straddle between the upper ends of the pair of obstacles 25 and cannot enter between the obstacles 25. And the said obstruction body 25 leaves | separates between the upper plate 9a and the terminal terminal 20 of the electroconductive board 9 of the positive electrode connection part 5 by placing the large diameter part 26 on this obstruction body 25, and connection of these both In other words, screwing is impossible, and the upper plate 9a of the conductive plate 9 of the separated positive electrode line connecting part 5 and the terminal terminal 20 are not screwed, and the positive line connecting part 5 is maintained while the upper plate 9a of the conductive plate 9 and the terminal terminal 20 are separated from each other. Therefore, on the worker side, the connecting portion as the positive electrode connecting portion 5 and the polar wire as the negative electrode wire 4 It is possible to easily indicate that the association is an erroneous connection.

In addition, although the positive electrode wire 3 which does not have the said large diameter part 26 can be connected corresponding to the negative electrode wire connection part 6 with which polarity is not uniform, even in such a case, the negative electrode which is one polar wire of a cable pair Since there is an operation for making the wire 4 correspond to the positive electrode wire connecting portion 5 side, it can be shown that an erroneous connection has occurred.

(Second example)
FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show a second example, between the standing walls 22 on both sides of the positive line connecting part 5 and in the vicinity of the terminal mounting part 23 of the positive line 3 connected to the positive line connecting part 5. An obstacle body 25 is disposed at a position corresponding to the portion 24, and the obstacle body 25 is formed by a convex portion protruding upward from the polar wire bottom surface 27 which is the lower surface of the position where the positive electrode wire 3 is disposed. ing.

When the negative electrode wire 4 is made to correspond to the positive electrode connection portion 5 so that the terminal terminal 21 is positioned above the upper flat plate 9a of the conductive plate 9 of the positive electrode connection portion 5, The provided large-diameter portion 26 is placed and the amount of protrusion of the obstacle 25 upward is determined when the terminal terminal 21 of the negative electrode wire 4 is made to correspond to the positive electrode connection portion 5. The large-diameter portion 26 is placed so that the upper plate 9 a of the conductive plate 9 of the positive electrode connection portion 5 and the terminal terminal 21 of the negative electrode wire 4 are separated from each other. That is, in the same manner as the obstacle 25 in the first example, the large-diameter portion 26 is placed on the obstacle 25 made of this convex portion, so that the upper plate 9a and the terminal terminal 21 are properly connected. The connection between the two is made impossible so as not to be superposed.

Regarding the connection of the positive line 3 in the terminal block device 1 of the second example, when the positive line 3 is made to correspond to the positive line connection part 5, the obstacle 25 is raised, but the positive line 3 itself has a large size. Even if the diameter portion 26 is not provided and the obstacle 25 is not in contact with or in contact with the positive electrode wire 3 that is the same polarity as the polarity of the positive electrode connection portion 5, The protruding height that allows connection to the positive electrode line connecting portion 5 is restricted, and the terminal terminal 20 of the positive electrode line 3 is overlapped on the upper flat plate 9a and screwed.

In each of the above examples, the obstacle 25 is provided on the positive electrode line connecting portion 5 side, and the large diameter portion 26 is provided on the negative electrode wire 4, but the obstruction 25 is provided on the negative electrode wire connecting portion 6 side as an opposite configuration. It is also possible to provide the large-diameter portion 26 on the positive electrode wire 3.

The large-diameter portion 26 included in the negative electrode wire 4 has been described as being integrally formed with the negative electrode wire 4. However, the large-diameter portion 26 is formed by attaching a separately formed synthetic resin member as follows. May be. For example, FIG. 7 shows an example, and the large-diameter portion 26 is sandwiched between a pair of half members 28 and 29 in which the negative electrode wire 4 has an arc shape with the negative electrode wire 4 being the center. A cylindrical portion having a diameter larger than that of the negative electrode wire 4 can be formed in the vicinity 24 of the terminal mounting portion 23 of the negative electrode wire 4.

In this example, one half member 28 having a substantially arc-shaped cross section is provided with a locking claw 30 on the opposite surface facing the other half member 29, and the other half member 29 is A locking hole 31 into which the locking claw 30 is inserted and locked is provided at a position corresponding to the locking claw 30, and the vicinity portion 24 of the terminal mounting portion 23 of the negative electrode wire 4 is in between. As described above, the half member 28 and the half member 29 are combined, and the latching claw 30 of the half member 28 is inserted into the latching hole 31 of the half member 29 to be locked. The member 29 is connected to each other, and the half member 28 and the half member 29 connected together form the large-diameter portion 26. The half member 28 and the half member 29 connected to each other strongly tighten the negative electrode wire 4 which is positioned at the center, and the large diameter portion formed in the vicinity 24 of the terminal mounting portion 23 of the negative electrode wire 4. 26 is prevented from moving by the tightening force.

FIG. 9 shows a modification of the example in which the large-diameter portion 26 is formed from the combination of the half member 28 and the half member 29 described above. The terminal attachment portion 23 is provided on each of the half member 28 and the half member 29. It is also possible to provide a structure in which an extending portion 32 having an arcuate cross section extending to the side is provided, and the terminal mounting portion 23 is surrounded and protected by the pair of extending portions 32.
