Abstract
【解決手段】車両用の組電池は、互いに平行に配置されると共に、電池1の端部電極6を露出させる貫通孔41を設けてなる一対のエンドプレート4と、このエンドプレート4の間にあって、エンドプレート4に直交する姿勢で互いに平行に配設されてなる複数の電池1と、貫通孔41からエンドプレート4の外側に露出してなる電池1の端部電極6に連結されて、隣接する電池1を接続してなるバスバー5とを備える。バスバー5は、その中間部をエンドプレート4の外側に突出するように中央凸に湾曲して、エンドプレート4の外面との間にリード線7の挿通隙間8を設けており、この挿通隙間8に電池1に接続してなるリード線7を挿通している。

この組電池は、複数のバスバー5の挿通隙間8にリード線7を挿通するので、リード線7を安定してエンドプレート4の定位置に配線できる特徴がある。

Claims (3)
- 互いに平行に配置されると共に、電池(1)の端部電極(6)を露出させる貫通孔(41)を設けてなる一対のエンドプレート(4)と、このエンドプレート(4)の間にあって、エンドプレート(4)に直交する姿勢で互いに平行に配設されてなる複数の電池(1)と、貫通孔(41)からエンドプレート(4)の外側に露出してなる電池(1)の端部電極(6)に連結されて隣接する電池(1)を接続してなるバスバー(5)とを備える車両用の組電池であって、
前記バスバー(5)が、その中間部をエンドプレート(4)の外側に突出するように中央凸に湾曲されてエンドプレート(4)の外面との間にリード線(7)の挿通隙間(8)を設けて、この挿通隙間(8)に前記電池(1)に接続してなるリード線(7)を挿通してなる車両用の組電池。 - 前記エンドプレート(4)の間に複数段、複数列に電池(1)を配置して、隣接する前記バスバー(5)が互いに平行に配列され、平行に配列された複数列のバスバー(5)の挿通隙間(8)にリード線(7)を挿通してなる請求項1に記載される車両用の組電池。
- 前記エンドプレート(4)の間に配列される電池(1)が、複数の素電池(1A)を直線状に連結してなる電池モジュールである請求項1に記載される車両用の組電池。
