(a)エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体を含む酸素遮断コア層、 (b)2つの外層、および (c)その各々が、コア層(a)と2つの外層(b)の各々の間に配置される2 つの接着層 を含んでなる熱可塑性多層包装用フィルムであって、 少なくとも1つの外層が、3つの成分A、BおよびCを含み、ここで、成分Aは 、0.915g/ccと0.925g/ccの間の密度を有する均質または不均 質エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体であり、成分Bは、>0.925g/cc の密度を有する均質または不均質エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体であり、そ して成分Cは、<0.915g/ccの密度を有する均質または不均質エチレン −α−オレフィン共重合体であることを特徴とするフィルム。 2. 接着層(c)の各々が、コア層(a)に直接接着する請求項1に記載のフ ィルム。 3. ポリアミド含有層(d)が、コア層(a)に直接接着す る請求項1に記載のフィルム。 4. 接着層(c)の各々が、コア層(a)に直接接着しないポリアミド含有層 (d)の各々の表面に直接接着する請求項3に記載のフィルム。 5. 外層(b)の両方が、3つの成分A、BおよびCのブレンドを含む請求項 1、2または4に記載のフィルム。 6. 成分Aが、外層(b)の三元ブレンド中で、より高い重量%で存在する請 求項1に記載のフィルム。 7. 成分Aが、三元ブレンドの重量に対して、約35から約80重量%、好ま しくは約40から約70重量%、より好ましくは約45から約65重量%の量で 、外層(b)中に存在する請求項6に記載のフィルム。 8. 成分Bおよび成分Cが、各々独立に、三元ブレンドの重量に対して、約1 0から約35重量%、好ましくは約15から約30重量%、より好ましくは約2 0から約25重量%の量で、外層(b)中に存在する請求項6に記載のフィルム 。 9. 成分Aの密度が約0.918g/ccと約0.922g/ccの間にある 請求項1に記載のフィルム。 10. 成分Bの密度が約0.928g/ccより高く、そし て好ましくは約0.928と0.938g/ccの間にある請求項1に記載のフ ィルム。 11. 成分Cの密度が約0.895g/ccと約0.912g/ccの間、そ して好ましくは約0.898g/ccと約0.905g/ccの間にある請求項 1に記載のフィルム。 12. 成分Aが不均質エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体である請求項1に記 載のフィルム。 13. 成分Bが不均質エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体である請求項1に記 載のフィルム。 14. 成分Cが均質エチレン−α−オレフィン共重台体である請求項1に記載 のフィルム。 15. 熱収縮性である請求項1に記載のフィルム。 16. 少なくとも1つの方向で少なくとも20%、好ましくは少なくとも1つ の方向で少なくとも30%、より好ましくは少なくとも1つの方向で少なくとも 40%の120℃における自由収縮率(%)を有することを特徴とする請求項1 5に記載のフィルム。 17. コア層(a)に接着しない接着層(c)の各々の表面が外層(b)に直 接接着する、5つの層を有することを特徴と する請求項2に記載のフィルム。 18. 接着層(c)と外層(b)の間の1つまたはそれ以上の追加の層を含む ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルム。 19. 前記追加の層が、相溶化剤と任意にブレンドされた同じフィルムから得 られるリサイクル材料を含有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のフィルム 。 20. 接着層(c)が、約0.880g/ccと約0.908g/ccの間の 密度を有する改質均質エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体を含むことを特徴とす る請求項1、2または4に記載のフィルム。 21. さらに、架橋されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム。 22. 架橋が照射によって達成される請求項21に記載のフィルム。 23. エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体またはポリアミドを含むコア層、 エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体を含む外層、およびコア層および外層の間の 接着層を含んでなる改善されたヒートシール特性を有する熱可塑性多層フィルム であって、 少なくとも1つの前記接着層が、約0.900g/ccと約 0.908g/ccの間の密度を有する改質均質エチレン−α−オレフィン共重 合体を含むことを特徴とする熱可塑性多層フィルム。 24. コア層が、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体を含む請求項23に記 載のフィルム。 25. 両方の接着層が、約0.900g/ccから約0.908g/ccの密 度を有する改質均質エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体を含む請求項23または 24に記載のフィルム。 26. EVOHまたはポリアミドを含むコア層およびエチレン−α−オレフィ ン共重合体を含むシール層を含んでなる熱可塑性多層フィルムから作製される包 装物のシール強度を改善する方法であって、約0.900g/ccから約0.9 08g/ccの密度を有する改質均質エチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体を含む 接着層の手段によってコア層をシール層に接着することを含む方法。
