インダー、アクリルウレタン樹脂等の湿気硬化型の樹
脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂等の常温反応型の
樹脂、アクリル樹脂等の溶剤系の樹脂、アクリルエマル
ジョン、酢酸ビニルエマルジョン、石油樹脂エマルジョ
ン、SBSラテックス、SBRラテックス、クロロプレ
ンラテックス、天然ゴムラテックス等の樹脂エマルジョ
ン等である。表面に塗布する樹脂を例示すると、アクリ
ル系樹脂がよく、溶剤系のアクリル樹脂、アクリルウレ
タン樹脂、アクリル樹脂エマルジョン等である。また、
上記混合物に砂を混入することにより、各チップ間の空
隙が充填され、より耐久性の高い木質舗装を形成するこ
とができる。使用する砂はどのような砂でもよいが、木
質舗装の透水性を阻害しないためには粒度のそろった6

天然木材の心材を径約10mm以下の寸法にした粒状チ
ップを2.7kg、径を3〜5mm程度に粒径にしたコ
ルク粒を0.4kgを混合し、結合材として湿気硬化型
ウレタンポリマーを1.9kg添加した。この混合物を
基層上に均一に敷き均し、金ゴテ、木ゴテ等を用いて厚
さ15mm程度にして、その表面にアクリルエマルジョ
ンを塗布して木質舗装を得た。このようにして得られた
木質舗装は、木質系の自然な色調を備え、柔らかい歩行
感をもち、弾力性を有し、舗装表面の水はけも良好であ
った。 第2実施の形態例 基層を既設アスファルト舗装とし、その上に本木質舗装
を施工した。本実施の形態例では、基層上に湿気硬化型
ウレタンポリマーの酢酸エチル2倍溶液を塗布して木質
舗装を施工した。木質舗装の配合は、施工面1m2 あた
り、天然木材の心材を径約10mm以下の寸法にした粒
状チップを2.0kg、径を3〜5mm程度に粒径にし
たコルク粒を0.4kgを混合し、結合材として湿気硬
化型ウレタンポリマーを1.9kg添加した。この混合
物を基層上に均一に敷き均し、金ゴテ、木ゴテ等を用い
て厚さ15mm程度にして、その表面にアクリルエマル
ジョンを塗布して木質舗装を得た。このようにして得ら
れた木質舗装は、木質系の自然な色調を備え、柔らかい
歩行感をもち、弾力性を有し、舗装表面の水はけも良好
であった。 第3実施の形態例 基層を既設セメントコンクリート舗装とし、その上に本
木質舗装を施工した。本実施の形態例では、基層上に湿
気硬化型ウレタンポリマーの酢酸エチル2倍溶液を塗布
して木質舗装を施工した。木質舗装の配合は、施工面1
m2 あたり、天然木材の心材を径約10mm以下の寸法
にした粒状チップを2.0kg、径を3〜5mm程度に
粒径にしたコルク粒を0.4kg、硅砂7.0kgを混
合し、結合材として湿気硬化型ウレタンポリマーを1.
9kg添加した。この混合物を基層上に均一に敷き均
し、金ゴテ、木ゴテ等を用いて厚さ15mm程度にし
て、その表面にアクリルエマルジョンを塗布して木質舗
装を得た。このようにして得られた木質舗装は、木質系
