Νέαι μέθοδοι προς κατασκευήν εξανθρωπισμένων ανοσοσφαιρινών εχόντων μία ή περισσοτέρας περιοχάς προσδιορισμού συμπληρωματικότητας (CDR's) εκ μιας δότειρος ανοσοσφαιρίνης και μίαν περιοχήν σκελετού εκ μιας ανθρωπείου ανοσοσφαιρίνης περιλαμβάνουσαι πρώτον σύγκρισιν του σκελετού ή της μεταβλητής περιοχής αλληλουχίας αμινοξέως της δοτείρος ανοσοσφαιρίνης προς τας αντιστοίχους αλληλουχίας εις μιαν συλλογήν αλύσεων ανθρωπείων ανοσοσφαιρινών, και επιλογήν ως ανθρωπείου ανοσοσφαιρίνης μιας εκ των πλέον ομολόγων αλληλουχιών εκ της συλλογής. When the immunoglobulins of the present invention are combined into an intact antibody, the humanized immunoglobulins of the present invention will be substantially non-immunogenic in humans and will retain substantially the same chemical affinity as the donor immunoglobulin to the antigen, such as a protein or other composition comprising a on the spot. oh
