Abstract
Kitchen salt, which may be readily strewn or poured and will not cake, may be prepared by the addition of a calcium compound of lactic acid to ordinary kitchen salt. This compound may be either calcium lactate or the double lactate of calcium and sodium and should preferably form from 2--5 per cent of the mixture. The ingredients may be mixed or ground together in the dry state.ALSO:Kitchen salt, which may be readily strewn or poured and will not cake, may be prepared by the addition of a calcium compound of lactic acid to ordinary kitchen salt.
