Abstract
Chromium deposited at high current-densities from an electroplating bath of chromic acid containing a considerable proportion of sodium tetrachromate is of a yellowish colour and is readily alloyed with the foundation metal, e.g. aluminium, iron, nickel or zinc by heating below the fusion point of either metal.
