Folding seats.-A collapsable article of furniture consists of a folding table with an X-frame seat or seats combined therewith. Fig. 1 shows a table consisting of a top 1 on four pairs of legs 3, 10, 11, 12, each with a stretcher 19-22, to each of which is pivotally attached an X-frame seat consisting of two pairs of inverted U-shaped frames 23, 24 and a rigid seat portion 29. The frames are preferably each one-piece members, but may be built up of wood, metal &c., with tubular arcuate corner connecting-pieces. Adjustable chains, straps 30, and hooks 18, 32 are provided for holding various parts in place when folded or unfolded.
