Abstract

Tradesmen's retailing vehicles; drawer fittings.-A wheeled foodcarrier comprises a body having its sides, ends, roof, and bottom lined or covered with heat-insulating material, and a metal foodcontainer having a heating gra.te connected with it so that the heat may pass through spaces or flues around the container which is provided with food-carrying trays. In the form shown, the food-container 1 comprises double walls, the outer one of which is insulated, and the heating grate 20 is adapted to be placed in the bottom so that the heated gases may pass through the spaces 8 surrounding the inner wall. Suitable food-containing trays 10 are provided and doors 12 to close the end of the container. In modifications, the container 1 may be single-walled and heated by an external grate or by elements heated by an electric current. The food-carrier may be propelled by animal, man, or motor power.
