An organ pipe fluid oscillator comprises a main jet-opening into an interaction chamber from which there are two outlets. Control pipes are located on either side of the jet and their dimensions produce standing waves sufficient to switch the main jet between the outlets. The pipes may be open, closed or valve controlled.
