SE REDUCE LA PRESION DE LA PRIMERA COLUMNA AL NIVEL ATMOSFERICO Y SE RESTABLECE LA PRESION DE LA TERCERA COLUMNA A UN 40-90% DE LA PRESION DE ADSORCION MEDIANTE LA INTRODUCCION DEL GAS QUE SALE DE LA SEGUNDA COLUMNA Y SE EFECTUA LA REGENERACION DE LA PRIMERA COLUMNA POR VACIO EN LA GAMA DE 70-100 TORR, RESTABLECIENDO TOTALMENTE LA PRESION DE ADSORCION EN LA TERCERA COLUMNA CON LA INTRODUCCION DE GAS ENRIQUECIDO.
