Claims (13)

  1. Cleaning device for cleaning and thermal disinfection of items to be washed, comprising a washing chamber (1) for receiving items to be cleaned, wherein the washing chamber (1) is provided with a siphon bend for the drain, characterized in that the cleaning device further comprises at least one device for producing a cleaning foam, at least one device for distributing the cleaning foam in the interior of the washing chamber or a combination of the devices for producing and for distributing the cleaning foam,
    wherein the at least one device for producing and/or for distributing the cleaning foam is selected from at least one foam spray nozzle (3, 4) or from at least one foam lance (3, 4),
    wherein the foam spray nozzle (3, 4) or the foam lance (3, 4) are arranged in the inside of the washing chamber (1) in such a way that the cleaning foam is applicable directly onto the items to be washed,
    and wherein the foam spray nozzle (3, 4) or the foam lance (3, 4) are arranged and/or aligned in the interior of the washing chamber (1) so that the cleaning foam is applicable directly to the inner walls of the washing chamber.
  2. Cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the at least one device for producing and/or for distributing the cleaning foam comprises at least one container (8, 23) for providing a foaming agent,
    wherein the foaming takes place by means of a foamer (7), which preferably comprises a sieve appliance, a sponge-like structure made of metals and/or plastics, a meshwork of metals and/or plastics or a similar device for the production of foam.
  3. Cleaning device according to at least one of the claims 1 to 2,
    characterized in that for producing foam a device for inserting air or other gases into the foaming agent is provided.
  4. Cleaning device according to claim 3, characterized in that the device for inserting air or other gases is a venturi nozzle, an air or gas pressure piston, a compressor, an air generator, an air or gas supply opening within the supply line area of the foaming agent, or a combination of said devices.
  5. Method for cleaning and thermal disinfection of items to be cleaned, comprising a cleaning program in whose sequence the following steps are carried out:
    a) providing a cleaning device according to at least one of the preceding claims,
    b) at least one pre-rinsing step,
    c) at least one first rinsing step, optionally with mixed water,
    d) at least one intensive cleaning step,
    e) at least one thermal and/or chemical disinfection step and
    f) carries out at least one cooling step,
    characterized in that
    g) at least one additional foam cleaning step is carried out, wherein
    a cleaning foam is applied to the items to be cleaned and to the inner side of the washing chamber.
  6. Method according to claim 5, characterized in that mixed water is used in the at least one first rinsing step c).
  7. Method according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the cleaning foam according to step g) is applied during the pre-rinsing step b) and/or during the first rinsing step c) and/or during the intensive cleaning step d).
  8. Method according to claim 7, characterized in that the cleaning foam according to step g) is applied several times during steps b), c) or d), optionally carrying out a rinsing step with mixed or pure water to remove the cleaning foam from the items to be cleaned.
  9. Method according to at least one of the preceding claims 5 to 8, characterized in that the foam cleaning step g) is performed after the pre-rinsing step b) and/or after the first rinsing step c) and or after the intensive cleaning step d).
  10. Method according to at least one of the preceding claims 5 to 9, characterized in that the foam cleaning step g) is performed at a temperature between 20 °C to 60 °C, preferably at a temperature of 30 °C to 40 °C, particularly preferable at a temperature of 32 °C to 37 °C.
  11. Method according to at least one of the preceding claims 5 to 10, characterized in that the foam cleaning step g) is performed for 0,25 min to 10 min, preferably 3 min to 8 min, particularly preferable 4 min to 5 min.
  12. Method according to at least one of the preceding claims 5 to11, characterized in that the foam cleaning step g) is performed in such a way as to clean the inner sides of the washing chamber of the cleaning device.
  13. Method according to claim 12, characterized in that the foam cleaning step g) is performed before step b) or after step f) of the method according to claim 5.
