Cependant, certaines matières telles que le verre et la porcelaine (ou autre céramique) sont sujettes, lors de leur fabrication, à de fortes variations de dimensions d'une pièce à l'autre. Aussi, lors de la fabrication du pot en verre ou en céramique, une dispersion significative concernant le diamètre ou la hauteur du col peut avoir lieu. Claims (14)

  1. A cosmetic product pot (1) comprising a base (2) surmounted by a substantially cylindrical neck (201) defining an opening (202) and a lid (3) equipped with a seal (6) having an upper surface (601) and a lower surface (602),
    said neck (201) of the pot (1) possessing a brim (203) having an inside periphery comprising a shoulder (204) and said seal (6) comprising on its lower surface (602) an annular flexible lip (603) which, when the lid (3) is tightened onto the base (2), comes to press sealingly against said brim (203) over its entire inside periphery so as to ensure fluid-tight closure of the pot (1), said pot (1) being characterized in that said shoulder forms a concave surface (205) and in that said annular flexible lip (603) has on an outside peripheral wall (604) a convex form which, when the lid (3) is tightened onto the base (2), espouses said concave surface (205) over at least a portion of the height of the shoulder (204).
  2. A pot (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the base (2) is made from glass or ceramic.
  3. A pot (1) according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the opening (202) has a diameter greater than or equal to 25 millimeters.
  4. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the lid (3) has a system for tightening onto the base (2) by snap engagement.
  5. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the lid comprises a coupling plate (5) and a cap (4), the coupling plate (5) comprising claws (501), at least one slide (502) and a guide stud (503) having at least two positions, i.e. an opening position when the pot (1) is open and a resting position when the pot is closed, the coupling plate (5) and the cap (4) being assembled rotatably relative to each other.
  6. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the lid (3) is configured to close on the base (2) by application of a vertical pressure.
  7. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the neck (201) comprises on its outside periphery an indentation or groove (206) defined under a peripheral rim (207) and in which are provided two guide ramps (208) enabling the closing or opening of the lid (3) on the base (2) to be guided.
  8. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the seal (6) has the general shape of a disk comprising an upper face (601) attached to the lower face (301) of the lid (3).
  9. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the seal (6) has the general shape of a disk comprising the flexible annular lip (603) on its lower face (602).
  10. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the lip (603) is configured so as to shape itself to the concave shoulder (204) of the brim (203) over at least a portion of the height of said shoulder (204).
  11. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the seal (6) is made from elastic material.
  12. A pot (1) according to claim 11, characterized in that the seal (6) is made from polypropylene, polyethylene, from elastomer or from styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS).
  13. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that one dimension (I) of the lip (603) corresponding to the length the of arc formed, in cross-section, by its outside peripheral wall (604), is substantially the same as the developed length of the concavity of the shoulder (204) on the brim (203).
  14. A pot (1) according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that it comprises a tub inside the base (2) configured to receive the cosmetic product.
