Auch wird durch den Austausch von Pressschuhen 1.1 bzw. 4 eine Anpassung an unterschiedliche Materialien zu biegender Blechplatten B ermöglicht. Ferner umfasst die Steuerungseinrichtung 5 vorteilhaft eine Speichereinrichtung, in der Vorgabewerte für die Bearbeitung bestimmter Produkttypen hinterlegt und für den Bediener leicht abrufbar sind. Mit der Steuerungseinrichtung 5 kann auch die Einspannvorrichtung 10 gekoppelt sein, um die Spannanordnung 12 beim Zuführen oder Abnehmen der Blechplatte B freizugeben und beim Biegevorgang einzuspannen. Für einen automatisierten Ablauf ist weiterhin vorteilhaft vorgesehen, dass auch eine Zuführvorrichtung 20 für die Blechplatte B an die Steuerungseinrichtung 5 angeschlossen und von dieser gesteuert wird. Damit kann die Zuführung der Blechplatte B zu der Bearbeitungsstelle für das Biegen mittels der Steuerungseinrichtung 5, abgestimmt auf den Biegevorgang und die Einspannung, erfolgen. Die Einspannvorrichtung 10 ergibt eine eindeutige Festlegung der Blechplatte B, so dass die Biegung über die Reihen der mit den Pressschuhen 1.1 versehenen Formwerkzeugstempel 1 bei stabiler Ausrichtung und mit hoher Genauigkeit durchgeführt werden kann. Dabei bietet die Abstützung 11 mit ihrer Stirnseite eine eindeutige Bezugslage für die Einstellung der Formwerkzeugstempel 1 und die darüber vorgegebene Krümmung der Blechplatte B, wobei die jeweilige Stärke der Blechplatte B in der Steuerungseinrichtung 5 mit berücksichtigt wird.By means of the

Die Reihen der Formwerkzeugstempel 1 sind dabei mit ihren Stirnseiten auf gleiche Höhenlage bzw. gleichen Abstand von der betreffenden Oberfläche der Blechplatte B eingestellt, während sich der Abstand von Reihe zu Reihe zur Kante des bearbeiteten Blechabschnitts hin zunehmend entlang einer Geraden oder konvex nach außen gekrümmten Kurve zunimmt. Beim Biegen des Bleches mittels der Formstempel 3 treten somit die einzelnen Reihen der Formwerkzeugstempel 1 mit ihren Stirnseiten bzw. Pressschuhen 1.1 zur Blechkante hin nacheinander mit der betreffenden Oberfläche des Blechs in Kontakt, wobei sich der Hebelarm zwischen der betreffenden Reihe der Formwerkzeugstempel 1 und der Reihe der Formstempel 3 zunehmend verkürzt und damit die aufzubringenden Biegekräfte erhöhen. Vorzugsweise sind die Formstempel 3 für höhere Kräftebeanspruchungen ausgelegt als die Formwerkzeugstempel 1, da sie auch dynamisch stärker beansprucht werden. Einem Pressschuh 4 können mehrere Formstempel 3 mit hydraulischen bzw. pneumatischen Antrieben zugeordnet sein, so dass die Anzahl der weiteren Pressschuhe 4 in diesem Falle geringer ist als die Anzahl der Formstempel 3. Auch kann insgesamt die Anzahl der Formstempel 3 in einer Reihe geringer sein als die Anzahl der Formwerkzeugstempel 1 in einer Reihe, wodurch die dynamische Steuerung der Formstempel 3 begünstigt und auch Verschleißteile verringert werden. - Metal-sheet bending machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the forming rams (3) are also provided with press shoes (4).
- Metal-sheet bending machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, for setting the actuating cylinders (2), a control device (5) is present, by means of which the rows of press shoes (1) can be positioned in the direction of the rows at identical distance from the metal-sheet surface and from row to row at an increasing distance towards the metal-sheet edge along a straight line or in a convex curvature, in particular a curvature in the form of a segment of a circle.
