Claims (4)
- Wellenricht- und ―härtemaschine, mit einer Aufnahme für ein wellenförmiges Werkstück, in welcher das Werkstück (20) um seine Längsachse drehbar gehalten ist, mit einem Drehantrieb und einem Kühlmittel für das Werkstück, sowie mit wenigstens einer an einer vorgegebenen Richtstelle (21, 23, 25, 27, 29) der Werkstücklänge angeordneten Richteinrichtung (22, 24, 26), welche eine gegen das Werkstück (20) zustellbare Richtrolle (78) sowie ein Paar von auf Wellen gelagerten Gegenrollen (68, 68a) aufweist, wobei die Wellen um eine zur Werkstücklängsachse parallele Achse drehbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Gegenrolle (68; 68a) des Paares auf das freie Ende (64, 64a) ihrer Welle drehfest, jedoch austauschbar aufgesteckt ist, und durch die vorgegebene radiale Abmessung des Werkstückes (20) an der Richtstelle der Durchmesser der Gegenrolle (68, 68a) des Paares bestimmt ist.
- Wellenricht- und -härtemaschine nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf das dem freien Ende (34) der Welle gegenüberliegende Ende (36) derselben eine weitere Gegenrolle (39) eines weiteren Gegenrollenpaares drehfest aufgesteckt ist, wobei der Richteinrichtung (22) eine zweite, dem weiteren Gegenrollenpaar zugeordnete Richtrolle (49) aufweist.
- Wellenricht- und -härtemaschine nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede weitere Gegenrolle (39) des weiteren Gegenrollenpaares einen anderen Durchmesser hat, als derjenige jeder Gegenrolle des ersten Gegenrollenpaares.
- Wellenricht- und -härtemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede eine oder mehrere Gegenrollen (39) tragende Welle in je einem Lagerbock (32, 52, 62) gelagert und von einem Motor drehangetrieben ist.
