Definitions
- the invention relates to a contact body for receiving a contact blade of a fuse link, in particular an NH (low voltage high power) fuse link, the Contact body is formed from a sheet and at least one for receiving the contact knife Has slot, the contact body one when inserting the fuse link in the Slot of the contact body leading area, which has the function of a switching contact has, as well as a region lagging this area, which has the function of a permanent contact has and the permanent contact takes place in the front areas of the contact body plate.
- NH low voltage high power
- Fuses with knife contacts especially NH fuses, are usually divided into two contacted in different ways.
- the contact can firstly be made between paired flat sides of a resilient Contacting plate, which is usually produced in a U-shape and by self-suspension or if necessary with an additional external suspension, the required contact force is guaranteed.
- a resilient Contacting plate which is usually produced in a U-shape and by self-suspension or if necessary with an additional external suspension, the required contact force is guaranteed.
- the U-shape is usually expanded to a lyre shape.
- the disadvantage of the above-mentioned designs is the low dimensional stability due to aging high temperatures. This can lead to an incidence of contact, which in turn leads to an introduction of the contact knife hindered or even excluded. This drop-in effect can also Intrusion on a short circuit occur because the current dynamic forces contract the contact leg cause. Erosion residues from switching arcs can be handled hinder and reduce the fatigue strength. Increased contact resistance through Dirt lead to higher heating, which in turn has the aging effect described above promote.
- the second common form of contact is via the face of a sheet.
- Such Contacts are often realized in an L-shape by varying the number of contacts cover different current ranges.
- Quadruple contacting can also be done here a U slit in both legs. This shape has the disadvantage that when swiveling in allow the contact blades to bend relatively easily. This effect occurs especially after multiple overload tripping in which the contacts are very strong thermal be charged.
- a contact body in lyre shape is also known, the two, Provide angled slots in the main surfaces parallel to the contact knife are. These serve the purpose of using spring washers, which the four leg halves outside apply.
- the contact knife is used in such a way that it is in the direction of the contact knife facing section of the respective slot away from the insulating body of the fuse link.
- Contact knife also the function of the permanent contact with the above was adverse consequences.
- DE 16 40 552 A describes a contact body for receiving a contact blade of a fuse link described, wherein the contact body has a tapered insertion area for the contact knife having. In this area, in which the knife touches the contact body for the first time, the permanent contact also takes place, so that the above-described ones also apply to this contact body Disadvantages are noted.
- an electrical contact device is known, the several, separate Has contact body, which have the function of a switching contact or a permanent contact.
- Another design provides, in the area of the free ends of the contact knife of the fuse link to provide separate switching contacts, which are installed before the Fuse insert can be contacted in the contact body causing permanent contact.
- the contact body is formed from a sheet metal and has to receive the Contact knife a slot.
- the contact body has one when inserting the fuse link in the slot of the contact body leading area through an upper section a resilient contact leg is formed, while an area lagging this area, which is formed by the lower portion of this resilient contact leg, the function of Has permanent contact.
- the permanent contact takes place in the front areas of the contact body plate.
- the contact body according to the invention essentially has two areas, which are different Functions are assigned. Ensure the front areas of the contact body plate a safe, permanent contact, especially when an additional external suspension is mounted. The area of the contact body that has the function of the switching contact takes over in the event of an arc load, i.e. when switching on or off, the function a victim contact that protects the contact areas for the permanent contact. The contact of the permanent contact over the front areas of the contact body plate ensures that the Contact occurs over a small area with a large surface pressure. Possibly on the contact knife Dirt is effectively removed from the contact blade when it is switched on and off. The permanent contact preferably takes place along a line. The contact knife is now there over the entire length of the area which has the function of permanent contact on the contact body on. The switch contact should also be made in the front area of the contact body plate, because there is an increased amount of burn-up residues due to the arc load.
- the contact knife is angled in the area of the slot, in particular is rectangular, and the area of the switching contact the one angular section of the contact knife and the area of the permanent contact is assigned to the other angular section.
- This training requires increased bending stiffness of the contact body, because a bending only over a twisting of the whole Contact body would be possible. An incidence of the contact is advantageous due to integrated stops prevented.
- the angled design of the contact body ensures that one Area of the contact body that has the function of the switching contact, not simultaneously has the function of permanent contact.
- the contact body designed such that the free End of the area of the contact body having the switching contact in the direction of the free one
- the knife end of the contact knife inserted into the switch contact switches the fuse only in the area of the free end of the contact fair, while the permanent contact at a place of the Contact knife takes place, which is further away from the free end.
- the Contact body between the area of the switching contact and the area of the permanent contact a tapered section. This is a clear transition between the areas ensured, when the tapered section additionally in the angular range of the contact body is arranged, the bending process of the contact body during its manufacture in particular can be easily accomplished.
- the contact body has two contact legs. These are by means of one of the attachment of the contact body, for example connected to each other on a base, serving web, the one (first) Contact leg the slot with the associated area of the permanent contact as well as the other (Second) contact leg has a slot with an area for permanent contact, and this Permanent contact in the front area of the contact body plate of the other contact leg takes place, the two slots are preferably aligned. This means that there is permanent contact in two areas of the contact body via the end faces of the contact body plate.
- the contact body is designed in the form of a cage.
- the cage through the web, the two legs and a bend including the switching range is formed, one leg and the bend with play in the longitudinal direction of the slot in the area of the bend and / or with play both perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the slot in the area of the bend as well as perpendicular to Longitudinal direction of the slot in the area of the permanent contacts to each other.
- storage with play serves the purpose perpendicular to this too wide spreading or merging of the bends representing the switching range prevent.
- This aforementioned storage with play in two directions can be particularly simple Way to be accomplished when the corresponding parts form-fitting with play interlock, for example when the second leg has pins in the region of its free ends has, which engage with the aforementioned game in recesses in the bends.
- the width of the slot in the area of the switch contact approximately is equal to the width of the slot in the area of the permanent contact.
- the contact knife in the area of its introductory portion which is tapered in relation to its width direction, requires that the contact blade contacts the contact body in the area of the switching contact, and preferably in the process spreads before it touches the area of the permanent contact lagging when inserted.
- the area of the permanent contact should be designed, in particular so long, that the contact knife in its fully inserted position in the contact body out of contact with is the area of the switch contact.
- a particularly useful design of the contact body provides that in this by the Slit two contact body halves are formed, spring means, in particular in the form of a Spring washer are provided, which engage both halves of the contact body and the two halves to brace each other. If the contact body has two contact legs, both should be with Be provided with spring means. When two contact legs are formed, whether spring means are provided, the switching and thus insertion of the contact knife at low Forces, since only one contact leg is to be spread by the contact knife, while bringing about the permanent contact when inserting the contact knife both contact legs be charged. The contact knife retracts relatively smoothly when switching this is a process for effecting the permanent contact, the more power from the operator requires. The switching process is consequently different when switching on Switching off is the area that forms the switching contact, so that the previously described ones Reverse movements and functions.
- the contact body is in the form of a closed cage which is slotted for receiving the contact knife and in the lower area for attachment is flattened on the current-carrying rails and provided with holes.
- Two contact bodies 1 arranged at a distance from one another serve to accommodate the contact knives 2 of a NH fuse link designed in the usual way 3.
- the respective contact knife 2 has a tapering region 4 in the direction of insertion.
- the respective contact body 1 is delta-shaped and in the area of a web 5 by means of two screws 6 screwed to a contact plate 7.
- 2 spring washers 8 are inserted into each contact body 1.
- the contact body 1 is made from a elongated sheet metal stamping formed, which is symmetrical with respect to the axis 9. Of the Short opposite sides of the sheet metal blank extend slots 10 and 11 on top of each other to. Between these are also symmetrical with respect to the axis 9 and symmetrical a transverse to this axis 13 arranged Y-shaped punched recesses 12, the respective V-shaped legs are directed towards each other.
- the axis 13 represents the axis of symmetry of the web 5, on which there are two contact legs 17 and 18 and on the Contact leg 18 connects a bend 19.
- the contact leg 18 to Bend 19 has the sheet metal stamped part in the area of the two contact body halves 15 and 16, Arranged parallel to the axis 13, recesses 20.
- the bend 19 is symmetrical to Axis 9 provided with holes 21 and accordingly each contact body half 15 and 16 in Area of the free ends of the contact leg 17 on trapezoidal lugs 22, which when completely engage contact body 1 formed in the holes 21.
- Figure 11 illustrates in four Score the drilling pattern of the web 5.
- the contact body 1 is either in the area of the center of the hole indicating hole pair 23 or the hole pair 24 can be connected to the contact plate 7.
- the Both contact body halves 15 and 16 point parallel in the area of the contact legs 17 and 18 cut out strips 25 extending to the slots 10 and 11, with the same orientation are bent out of the plane of the remaining sheet metal stamped part 1a and the receptacle the ends of the spring washers 8 serve.
