Zur Realisierung einer Variationsvielfalt ist der Schlüsselkanal 4 mit Längsrippen 8, 8', 8'' und Längsnuten 9 ausgestattet (diese wurden im wesentlichen nur auf einer Seite des Schlüsselkanals mit Bezugszeichen versehen). Dies geschieht derartig, daß die zylindergehäuseseitigen Enden 13 der Kernstifte 7 mit den zylinderkernseitigen Enden der Sperrstifte eine gemeinsame Berührungsebene bilden, die dann entlang der Mantelfläche 14 (Fig. 1) des Zylinderkerns 3 verläuft, so daß nunmehr eine Verdrehung des Zylinderkerns 3 gegenüber dem Zylindergehäuse 2 ermöglicht wird. Der Flachschlüssel 6 ist nach Fig. 3 weiterhin an seinen Seitenflächen 15 mit Längsnuten 16 und Längsrippen 17 versehen (die Bezugszeichen wurden auf jeder der Seitenflächen nur einmal angetragen), die mit den an den Seitenflächen des Schlüsselkanals 4 befindlichen und als Gegenprofil ausgebildeten Längsrippen 8, 8', 8'' und Längsnuten 9 kommunizieren. Genau in diesem Bereich des Schlüsselkanals 4 vollzieht sich jedoch die abrupte Richtungsverlaufsänderung zwischen dem oberen und unteren Schlüsselkanalabschnitt 19, 20, so daß die Abtastnadel sowohl gegen die oberhalb der Kernstifte 7 angeordnete und vorstehende Längsrippe 8' des oberen Schlüsselkanalabschnitts 19 als auch gegen die im Bereich der Kernstifte 7 angeordnete und vorstehende Längsrippe 8'' des unteren Schlüsselkanalabschnitts 20 stößt und sich somit infolge ihrer Biegsamkeit im Labyrinth verfängt.
Durch den analog mit einem Knick 18 versehenen Schaft 5 des Flachschlüssels 6 ist dieser einerseits selbst bei geringer Dicke 23 des Schlüsselschafts 5 durch die Anwendung eines spanlosen Umformungsverfahrens bei der Knickherstellung, infolge unzerstörter Materialstrukturen und der eintretenden Kaltverfestigung, äußerst stabil und sichert die Funktionsfähigkeit des Zylinderschlosses. Andererseits wird durch den Knick 18 auch eine größere Schlüsselprofilbreite 24 als die Dicke 23 des Schlüsselschafts 5 erzeugt, wodurch eine große Anzahl an Profilvariationselementen 26 bzw. 27 verwendet werden kann.

Claims (5)

Zylinderschloß für Schließanlagen, welches aus einem Zylindergehäuse mit drehbar gelagertem Zylinderkern besteht, wobei der Zylinderkern mit einem nicht geradlinig verlaufenden Schlüsselkanal zum Einführen eines zugehörigen Flachschlüssels versehen und dieser Flachschlüssel an seiner dem Schlüsselschaft zugeordneten Schlüsselbrust über einen Höhenbereich mit Schließkerben ausgestattet ist, die ihrerseits in Bohrungen des Zylinderkerns radial geführte sowie auf der Längsmittenebene liegende Kernstifte und diese wiederum im Zylindergehäuse vorgesehene und federbelastete Sperrstifte beaufschlagen, und der Flachschlüssel an seinen Seitenflächen Längsrippen und -nuten zur Aufnahme von an den entsprechenden Seitenwanden des Schlüsselkanals angeordneten ergänzenden Längsnuten und -rippen aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schlüsselkanal (4) und der Schlüsselschaft (5) im Höhenbereich (11) der Schlüsselkerben (12) einen richtungsändernden Knick (18) aufweisen, dessen Knickwinkel (α) < 180° ausgelegt ist, und daß innerhalb des Höhenbereichs (11) im oberen Schlüsselkanalabschnitt (19) mindestens eine Längsrippe (8') und im unteren Schlüsselkanalabschnitt (20) mindestens eine Langsrippe (8'') angeordnet sind.
