Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Back- und Bratofen nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to an electric baking and roasting oven according to the preamble of claim 1.
Aus der DE-A-36 24 426 ist ein elektrischer Back- und Bratofen dieser Art bekannt. Bei diesem Back- und Bratofen erstrecken sich die in der rückwärtigen Gebläseabdeckplatte angeordneten Heißluft-Ausblasbereiche seitlich und oberhalb der zentralen Ansaugöffnung. Es hat sich nun gezeigt, daß bei Betrieb des Back- und Bratofens ohne Backraumteiler und bei Behandlung von Bratgut, das auf mehreren im Backraum übereinander angeordneten Backblechen gelagert ist, das Erreichen eines gleichmäßigen Backergebnisses zu wünschen übrig läßt. Soll hier nun ein befriedigendes Backergebnis erreicht werden, so müssen bei einem solchen Back- und Bratofen die einzelnen Backbleche nach unterschiedlichen Backzeiten aus dem Backraum genommen werden. Dies erfordert aber wiederum eine regelmäßige Überwachung der einzelnen Backbleche und damit des jeweils erreichten Backzustandes beim betreffenden Backgut. Diese Arbeitsweise ist einem Benutzer eines Back- und Bratofens heute nicht mehr zumutbar.From DE-A-36 24 426 an electric baking and roasting oven of this type is known. This way of working is no longer reasonable for a user of a baking and roasting oven.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen und bei herausgenommenen Backraumteiler und Nutzung des gesamten Backraum-Volumens auch im unteren Etagenbereich des Backraumes eine gleichmäßige Heißluftbeaufschlagung für das dort angeordnete Back- und Bratgut zu erhalten. Dabei soll aber sichergestellt werden, daß die Energiesparvorteile bei Einbringen des Backraumteilers und damit Verkleinerung des nutzbaren Backraum-Volumens weiterhin voll und ganz erhalten bleiben.The invention has for its object to remedy this situation and to obtain a uniform hot air supply for the baked and roasted goods located there when the baking space divider is removed and the entire baking space volume is used, even in the lower level of the baking space. Durch die vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen wird erreicht, daß auch bei voller Nutzung des gesamten Backraum-Volumens in jeder Etage gleich gute Backergebnisse erzielt` werden und der Backvorgang in jeder Etage zeitgleich beendet werden kann. Die Vorteile bei einer Verkleinerung des Backraum-Volumens durch Einbringen des Backraumteilers bleiben aber weiterhin voll und ganz erhalten.The proposed measures ensure that even with full use of the entire baking chamber volume, the same good baking results are achieved on each floor and the baking process can be ended on each floor at the same time. Der dargestellte Back- und Bratofen hat eine Ofenmuffel 1, die einen Backraum 2 begrenzt. Die Ofenmuffel ist von einer üblichen Warmeisolierung 3 umgeben. Die Beschickungsöffnung 4 der Ofenmuffel 1 ist durch eine angelenkte Tür 5 verschließbar. Die Ofenmuffel ist boden- und deckseitig mit je einem Heizkörper 6 bzw. 7 ausgerüstet. Durch eine in der Garraumhöhe versetzbare Platte 8 ist der Backraum 2 in zwei voneinander getrennte Nutzungsbereiche 9 und 10 aufteilbar. Die nachfolgend als Backraumteiler bezeichnete Platte 8, die über eine Steckeinrichtung 11 an eine herdseitige Stromversorgung angeschließbar ist, hat zwei unabhängig voneinander schaltbare Heizkörper 12 und 13. Der Heizkörper 12 ist dabei die Unterhitze für den oberen Nutzungsbereich 9 des Backraumes 2, während der Heizkörper 13 als Oberhitze für den unteren Backraum Nutzungsbereich 10 wirkt. In den beiden Nutzungsbereichen 9 und 10 ist je ein Temperaturfühler 14 und 15 eines thermischen Regelkreises angeordnet. Der Backraum 2 ist rückseitig durch eine an den Backraumwandungen anliegende bzw. sich dort abstützende Gebläseabdeckplatte 16 abgeschlossen, hinter der ein sogenanntes Heißluftgebläse 17 mit einem diesen umgebenden Ringheizkörper 18 angeordnet ist. In der Gebläseabdeckung 16 ist ein außerhalb der Backraum-Mittelebene liegender zentraler gelochter Ansaugbereich 21 sowie seitlich davon mehrere gelochte Heißluft-Ausblasbereiche 22,23 ausgebildet. Weitere Heißluft-Ausblasbereiche 24,25,26 sind zweckmäßig im unteren Teil der Gebläseabdeckplatte 16 und zwar im wesentlichen unterhalb von deren zentralen Ansaugbereich 21 vorgesehen. Die zusätzlichen Heißluft-Ausblasbereiche 24,25,26 sind dabei etwa in horizontaler Ebene verteilt angeordnet. Um nun bei Gebrauch des oberen Backraum-Nutzungsbereiches 9 auszuschließen, daß auch der untere Back- und Nutzungsbereich unnötigerweise mit Heißluft aufgeheizt wird, ist der Backraumteiler 8 so ausgebildet, daß durch diesen in seiner Betriebslage die unteren zusätzlichen Heißluft-Ausblasbereiche 24,25,26 abgedeckt sind. Für diesen Zweck ist der Backraumteiler 8 im hinteren Teil mit einer senkrecht nach unten verlaufenden Verlängerung 27 versehen, die in eingeschobener Lage des Backraumteilers 8 die genannten zusätzlichen unteren Heißluft-Ausblasbereiche in der Gebläseabdeckplatte 16 verschließt. Zweckmäßig ist der Backraumteiler 8 mit einer gegen die Gebläseabdeckplatte 16 wirkenden Dichtung 28 aus hitzebeständigem Material versehen. Dadurch wird verhindert, daß bei Betrieb des oberen Backraum-Nutzungsbereiches 9 heiße Luft aus diesem in den unteren Backraum-Nutzungsbereich 10 gelangen kann. Die Dichtung 28 ist dabei an der Verlängerung 27 in horizontaler Ebene verlaufend angebracht.In the
