Definitions
- the invention relates to a nozzle for a hair dryer, with which an air stream can be discharged to the outside via an inlet opening, a passage channel and an outlet opening.
- nozzles for hair dryer devices are generally known. These nozzles are either connected in one piece to the hair dryer housing or can be plugged or clipped on as an independently manageable additional part.
- the currently known nozzles for hair dryers are either only suitable for bundling or for expanding the air flow emerging from the hair dryer. A dynamic influencing of the exiting air flow, for example in the form of pulse-like temporal and / or spatial air flow variations, is not possible with the known nozzles.
- the invention is based on the problem of designing a nozzle for a hairdryer in such a way that the exiting air flow can be subjected to dynamic, temporal and / or spatial changes. It should also be possible to vary the temperature of the escaping air flow with a nozzle, which can be placed in particular on the hair dryer and removed from it as an independently manageable part, so that with one and the same heating level of the hair dryer two different temperature levels of the escaping Air flow is made possible by attaching or removing the nozzle.
- the hair dryer and the nozzle are provided with connecting means for connecting the nozzle to the hair dryer, which means that the nozzle rotates with respect to the hair dryer allow and that the nozzle has air guide means which, in cooperation with the air flow flowing through the nozzle, exert a torque on the nozzle.
- the nozzle can be set in rotation by means of the air flow flowing through, the emerging air flow is subjected to temporal and / or spatial, dynamic changes, which in particular promote rapid drying of the hair. This effect is particularly advantageous when the outlet opening of the nozzle is, for example, oval or rectangular.
- the warm air flow exiting the hair dryer is mixed with the surrounding cold air, which overall leads to a reduction in the temperature of the air flow.
- This measure allows the number of available temperature levels of the hair dryer to be doubled by plugging in or removing the nozzle.
- the connecting means are designed as an axis and associated receiving bearing and are each alternatively assigned to the nozzle or the hair dryer. This provides a structurally simple solution for a nozzle, regardless of whether it is removable or permanently connected to the hair dryer.
- the air guiding means are formed by air guiding elements arranged on the inner wall of the passage opening of the nozzle or by an asymmetrical shape of the outlet opening of the nozzle.
- the air guiding elements can, for example, be of helical design in order to hit them to generate a corresponding torque acting on the nozzle of the air flow on the air guiding elements.
- An alternative embodiment is to design the outlet opening of the nozzle asymmetrically with respect to a plane of symmetry, for example to provide offset recesses or the like, in order to generate a torque by means of a correspondingly reduced flow resistance in regions of the outlet opening lying approximately diametrically opposite one another.
- the nozzle has two or more channel-like openings enables in particular spatial variation of the air flow, for example a fanning out of the air flow in the form of a conical jacket. This favors the drying process of the hair. It is advantageous to design the air guiding means as one or more channels, the channels being arranged eccentrically and inclined with respect to an axis of rotation of the nozzle.
- the nozzle 1 is shown in perspective.
- the hair dryer 2 and the nozzle 1 are drawn here in a disassembled position.
- the axis 3 of the nozzle 1 is provided at its free end with a slit or a gap 4 and has a spherical shape 5.
- the axis 3 can be mounted in the receiving bearing 6 of the protective grid 7 of the hair dryer 2, so that the nozzle 1 can rotate in this bearing 6.
- the receiving bearing 6 is preferably located in the longitudinal axis of the fan motor shaft of the hair dryer 2.
- the nozzle 1 has a narrow air outlet opening 8 and concave surfaces 9.
- the course of the longitudinal edges 10 shows recesses 10a which are arranged asymmetrically.
- the axis 3 of the nozzle 1 is placed in the middle of the support beam 12 (FIG. 5), which is attached to the round base edge 13, which is adapted to the contours of the blow-out opening of the hair dryer 2.
- FIG. 1 shows straight longitudinal edges 10 of the air outlet opening 8.
- FIG. 2 shows straight longitudinal edges 10 of the air outlet opening 8. However, they are designed in such a way that they show a reverse slope in side view (FIG. 3).
- the dashed line marks the obstructed course of one longitudinal edge 10.
- the stop edge 14 of the axis 3 can also be seen in FIG. 3. Your task is not to let the base edge 13 come into contact with the hair dryer during the rotation of the nozzle 1.
- FIG. 4 shows the embodiment of the nozzle shown in perspective in FIG. 1 in a schematic side view.
- the longitudinal edges 10 of the surfaces 9 of the air outlet opening 8 here show an asymmetrical arrangement of the cutouts 10a.
- the visually blocked course of the one recess 10a is indicated with a broken line.
- FIG. 5 shows the nozzle 1 in the direction of view towards the base edge 13.
- the air outlet opening 8 with the asymmetrically arranged recesses 10a can be clearly seen here.
- the position of the support beam 12 with the axis 3 also reflects the design features of the pulse nozzle.
- the surfaces 9 of the air outlet opening 8 act like a rotating propeller, so that air is laterally drawn in at room temperature and conveyed onward in the blowing direction. This process causes the special cooling effect of the nozzle 1.
- FIG. 6 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a nozzle 1, in which the nozzle has two channel-like openings.
- the openings are formed by channels 16, 17, which are arranged eccentrically and inclined with respect to the axis of rotation 15 of the nozzle 1.
- the means for mounting or attaching the nozzle 1 to the hair dryer 2 are not shown in the drawing, but essentially correspond to those of the previous description or figures.
- this nozzle When the hair dryer is switched on, this nozzle generates a rotating air flow consisting of one or more individual jets that circulate on a cone jacket.
- the rotational speed of the nozzle 1 or a bundling or scattering of the air flow can be set.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a nozzle for a hair dryer, with which an air stream can be discharged to the outside via an inlet opening, a passage channel and an outlet opening. Such nozzles for hair dryer devices are generally known. These nozzles are either connected in one piece to the hair dryer housing or can be plugged or clipped on as an independently manageable additional part. The currently known nozzles for hair dryers are either only suitable for bundling or for expanding the air flow emerging from the hair dryer. A dynamic influencing of the exiting air flow, for example in the form of pulse-like temporal and / or spatial air flow variations, is not possible with the known nozzles.
The invention is based on the problem of designing a nozzle for a hairdryer in such a way that the exiting air flow can be subjected to dynamic, temporal and / or spatial changes. This problem is solved in that the hair dryer and the nozzle are provided with connecting means for connecting the nozzle to the hair dryer, which means that the nozzle rotates with respect to the hair dryer allow and that the nozzle has air guide means which, in cooperation with the air flow flowing through the nozzle, exert a torque on the nozzle. Characterized in that the nozzle can be set in rotation by means of the air flow flowing through, the emerging air flow is subjected to temporal and / or spatial, dynamic changes, which in particular promote rapid drying of the hair. This effect is particularly advantageous when the outlet opening of the nozzle is, for example, oval or rectangular. In addition, as a result of the rotation of the nozzle and the associated rotation of the exiting air flow, the warm air flow exiting the hair dryer is mixed with the surrounding cold air, which overall leads to a reduction in the temperature of the air flow. This measure allows the number of available temperature levels of the hair dryer to be doubled by plugging in or removing the nozzle.
In one embodiment of the invention, the connecting means are designed as an axis and associated receiving bearing and are each alternatively assigned to the nozzle or the hair dryer. This provides a structurally simple solution for a nozzle, regardless of whether it is removable or permanently connected to the hair dryer.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the air guiding means are formed by air guiding elements arranged on the inner wall of the passage opening of the nozzle or by an asymmetrical shape of the outlet opening of the nozzle. The air guiding elements can, for example, be of helical design in order to hit them to generate a corresponding torque acting on the nozzle of the air flow on the air guiding elements. An alternative embodiment is to design the outlet opening of the nozzle asymmetrically with respect to a plane of symmetry, for example to provide offset recesses or the like, in order to generate a torque by means of a correspondingly reduced flow resistance in regions of the outlet opening lying approximately diametrically opposite one another.
The fact that the nozzle has two or more channel-like openings enables in particular spatial variation of the air flow, for example a fanning out of the air flow in the form of a conical jacket. This favors the drying process of the hair. It is advantageous to design the air guiding means as one or more channels, the channels being arranged eccentrically and inclined with respect to an axis of rotation of the nozzle.

In Figure 1, the nozzle 1 is shown in perspective. The
While in FIG. 1 the
Der sichtversperrte Verlauf der einen Aussparung 10a ist mit gestrichelter Linie angedeutet.FIG. 4 shows the embodiment of the nozzle shown in perspective in FIG. 1 in a schematic side view. The
Dieser Vorgang ruft den besonderen Kühleffekt der Düse 1 hervor.5 shows the nozzle 1 in the direction of view towards the
Je nach Neigung der Kanäle 16, 17 kann die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Düse 1 bzw. eine Bündelung oder Streuung des Luftstroms eingestellt werden.6 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a nozzle 1, in which the nozzle has two channel-like openings.
