Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Frachtbehälter für Lufttransporte mit auf einer Bodenplatte angeordnetem Traggerüst, welches von der Bodenplatte aufragende Vertikalhohlprofile und diese verbindende Horizontalprofile aufweist, sowie mit einer das Traggerüst wenigsten teilweise ausfachenden und an Stegen der Vertikalhohlprofile angebrachten Beplankung, wobei vertikale Hohlprofile der Frachtbehälters mit beidseits einer Profilwand fluchtenden Stegen und die Hohlprofile an Knotenstellen zumindest teilweise durch ebene Knotenblechen verbunden sind.The invention relates to a cargo container for air transportation with a support frame arranged on a base plate, which has vertical hollow profiles projecting from the base plate and connecting horizontal profiles, as well as with a paneling that at least partially fills out and is attached to webs of the vertical hollow profiles, vertical hollow profiles of the cargo container having on both sides of a Profile wall aligned webs and the hollow profiles at node points are at least partially connected by flat gusset plates.
Ein solcher Frachtbehälter ist aus der FR-A-2 256 078 bekannt, die sich insbesondere mit der Tür-Ausbildung und mit Luftklappen befaßt, dank deren das Innere des Frachtbehälters ohne ein Öffnen der Tür befüllt zu werden vermag. An der Tür dieses Frachtbehälters verläuft ein Vertikalprofil mit Stegen, an denen eine geriffelte seitliche Beplankung mittels Nieten angebracht ist. Die Stege fluchten mit einer Profilwand des Pfostens und verlängern dieses über hohlprofilartigen Abschnitt hinaus. Auch sind hier ebene Knotenbleche zu erkennen. Außerdem ist dort zwischen dem Firstprofil und einem Vertikalpfosten ein Knotenblech zur Versteifung angenietet, wobei der Vertikalpfosten offenbar L-förmig und das Firstprofil ein Nutprofil mit einseitig abstehendem Steg ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Hohlprofile führt dazu, daß auch beim Zusammenflüchen von Profilen in einem Winkel oberhalb oder unterhalb von 90° keine Verformungen der Knotenbleche mehr erforderlich sind. Dies ermöglichen die Verlängerungsstege der einen Profilwand. Für dieses Merkmal der durch Stege einseitig oder beidseits verlängerten Profilwand wird für den Einsatz bei Lufttransportbehältern ein besonderer Schutz begehrt, da diese Ausbildung im Containerbau unüblich ist. Die Verlegung der Stege in die Ebene einer Seitenwand führt zu einer außerordnetlichen Verbesserung der Gesamtkonstruktion des Frachtbehälters.The inventive design of the hollow profiles means that even when profiles are cursed at an angle above or below 90 °, no more deformation of the gusset plates is required. Ein Frachtbehälter 9 für Luftransporte ist über einer -- mit Laschenleisten 10 versehenen -- Bodenplatte 11 mit einem Traggerüst ausgestattet, welches zwei Seitenrahmen aus jeweils zwei Vertikalprofilen 12, 13 einem Firstprofil 14 bzw. 15, einem davon nach unten ragenden kurzen Rahmenprofil 14, 16 und einem in einem Winkel w geneigten Schrägprofil 18 besteht. Die beiden Seitenrahmen sind durch Querprofile 20 verbunden und nehmen Blechtafeln 22 als Ausfachungen auf.A
Die Profile 12 bis 16, 18 sind miteinander sowie mit den Laschenleisten 10 der Bodenplatte 11 durch ebene Knotenbleche 30 verbunden. Um eine Verformung der Knotenbleche 30 zu vermeiden sind gemäß Fig. 5, 6, 7 die Vertikalprofile 13, 12 sowie die Firstprofile 15 von besonderer Ausbildung; sie bestehen aus einem rechteckigen Hohlprofil mit Seitenwänden 28, 29 der Außenlänge a von beispielsweise 35 mm und einer Dicke b von 1,4 mm. Die Seitenwand 29 ist in Fig. 5 beidseits über das Hohlprofil hinaus durch Stege 27 verlängert (Kraglänge e = 23 mm) zu einer Gesamtlänge i von 81 mm. Im Beispiel der Fig. 6, 7 besteht nur eine einseitige Verlängerung durch einen Steg 27 (Gesamtlänge i der Wand 29 bis 27 hier: 58 mm).The

- Freight container for air transport with a supporting frame which is arranged on a bottom panel and which comprises vertical hollow profiles extending up from the bottom panel and horizontal profiles connecting then, as well as with sheeting which at least partially lines the supporting frame and is mounted on webs of the vertical hollow profiles, wherein vertical hollow profiles of the freight container are connected to webs aligned on both sides of a profile wall, and the hollow profiles are at least partially connected by flat gusset plates at junction points, characterised in that hollow profiles (12) serving as corner profiles comprise a web (27) aligned with a profile side wall (29), as well as a web at right angles thereto and projecting approximately centrally from this profile side wall.
