Description

The invention relates to a tubular steel frame with tubular stands on which these flange-like brackets are fastened at a distance from one another, to which the bars of the scaffold can be connected by means of claws fastened at the ends to the bars and with which the bars can be locked by wedges, the wedges can be driven into openings in the claw.

Such a tubular steel frame is known (DE-OS 24 49 124). In this case, the brackets consist of ring-shaped disks with openings, on which the bolts with their claws can be pushed. The jaws of the claws have mutually corresponding openings for receiving a wedge which, when driven in, penetrates an opening in the disc and the claw. The claws are clamped with the free ends of their jaws on the casing of the pipe stand when the wedge is driven in, in order to ensure a positive and non-positive connection of the belt to the pipe stand. However, the possibility cannot be ruled out that the casing of the pipe stand at the contact points with the claws is dented so strongly after a relatively short time that not only Wedge-free wedging is no longer possible, but the tube stands must also be replaced prematurely due to the weakening caused by the dent.

The invention has for its object to provide a wedge connection, through which the deformation and thus weakening of the pipe stand is avoided.

The solution to the problem is according to the invention that the jacket of each console has a conical surface extending over the circumference of the jacket and an oblique surface for the wedge is arranged in the opening of the shaft of the claw, which in the driven state with one side on the Cone surface of the shell of the console and with its opposite side is supported on the inclined surface.

The positive and non-positive wedge connection of a bolt with the brackets of two pipe stands according to the invention avoids the deformation of the pipe stand that previously resulted from the wedge connection.

An advantageous further development of the tubular steel frame according to the invention is that each bracket is provided with a circular collar which surrounds the tubular stand at a distance and which is tapered in cross-section at the top, and that the jaws of the claws are correspondingly trapezoidal on the inside and corresponding to the curvature of the collar are designed.

With their claws, the bolts are pushed firmly onto the brackets of the brackets. In this way, a further, and indeed a direct, positive connection of the bolts to the brackets and thus greater stability of the scaffold is advantageously achieved. The design of the brackets according to the invention is also progressive in the following respects. When attaching the known brackets to the pipe stands, care must be taken that the openings of the individual brackets are flush with one another, since otherwise the connection of two pipe stands is questioned. This requirement does not apply to the brackets designed according to the invention, whereby the connection of the brackets to the pipe stands is made considerably easier. The console according to the invention also offers the advantage that the latch can be attached at any angle.

The invention is explained in more detail below in an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing. 1 shows a partially drawn tube stand of a steel tube frame and a horizontal bar connected to the tube stand in a side view, partially in section, and FIG. 2 in a top view.

Der Keil lo ist zweckmäßig mit der Klaue 7 unverlierbar verbunden.1 with a tube stand of a tubular steel frame is referred to, on which an annular bracket 2 is fixed by welding. The console 2 has a circular arrangement or the like as passages for rainwater, dirt. serving breakthroughs 3 and a collar 4 enclosing the tube stand 1 at a distance, which is integral with the bracket 2. The collar is 4 tapered upwards in cross-section in a trapezoidal shape. The jacket of the console 2 has a conical surface 5 which extends over the circumference of the jacket. 6 with a horizontal tubular bolt is designated, which carries a claw 7 at its ends. The claw 7 is fastened with a shaft 8 in the bolt 6. The jaws of the claw 7 are designed on the inside in accordance with the curvature and the trapezoidal taper of the collar 4 of the bracket 2. The bolt 6 is firmly pushed onto the collar 4 of the bracket 2 with the claw 7. The shaft 8 of the claw 7 has an oblique opening 9, which serves to receive an elongated wedge 10. The wedge 10 is supported in its effective position on the conical surface 5 of the casing of the bracket 2 on the one hand and on the inclined surface 11 of the opening 9 of the claw 7 on the other hand. The wedge lo is suitably captively connected to the claw 7.
