Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein StahlrohrgerUst mit Rohrständern, auf denen diese flanschartig umfassende Konsolen in Abstand voneinander befestigt sind, an die die Riegel des Gerüstes mit Hilfe von endseitig an den Riegeln befestigten Klauen anschließbar sind und mit denen die Riegel durch Keile verriegelbar sind, wobei die Keile in DurchbrUche der Klaue eintreibbar sind.The invention relates to a tubular steel frame with tubular stands on which these flange-like brackets are fastened at a distance from one another, to which the bars of the scaffold can be connected by means of claws fastened at the ends to the bars and with which the bars can be locked by wedges, the wedges can be driven into openings in the claw.
Ein derartiges Stahlrohrgerüst ist bekannt (DE-OS 24 49 124). Bei diesem bestehen die Konsolen aus ringförmigen Scheiben mit DurchbrUchen, auf die die Riegel mit ihren Klauen aufschiebbar sind. Die Backen der Klauen weisen miteinander korrespondierende DurchbrUche zur Aufnahme eines Keiles auf, der beim Eintreiben einen Durchbruch der Scheibe und der Klaue durchsetzt. Die Klauen werden dabei beim Eintreiben des Keiles mit den freien Enden ihrer Backen an dem Mantel des Rohrständers verklemmt, um eine form- und kraftschlUssige Verbindung der Ri.egel mit dem Rohrständer sicherzustellen. Dabei läßt sich jedoch die Möglichkeit nicht ausschließen, daß der Mantel der Rohrständer an den BerUhrungsstellen mit den Klauen bereits nach relativ kurzer Zeit so stark eingebeult ist, daß nicht nur keine spielfreie Verkeilung mehr möglich ist, sondern auch die Rohrständer infolge der durch die Einbeulung erfolgten Schwächung vorzeitig ausgewechselt werden müssen.Such a tubular steel frame is known (DE-OS 24 49 124). Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Konsolen ist auch in folgender Hinsicht fortschrittlich. Bei der Befestigung der bekannten Konsolen auf den Rohrständern muß darauf geachtet werden, daß die Durchbrüche der einzelnen Konsolen genau miteinander fluchten, da anderenfalls die Verbindung zweier Rohrständer in Frage gestellt ist. Dieses Erfordernis entfällt bei den erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Konsolen, wodurch das Verbinden der Konsolen mit den Rohrständern wesentlich erleichtert ist. Es bietet ferner die erfindungsgemäße Konsole den Vorteil, daß der Riegel in einem beliebigen Winkel angebaut werden kann.With their claws, the bolts are pushed firmly onto the brackets of the brackets. Der Kragen 4 ist nach oben im Querschnitt trapezförmig verjüngt. Der Mantel der Konsole 2 weist eine Konusfläche 5 auf, die sich über den Umfang des Mantels erstreckt. Mit 6 ist ein horizontaler rohrförmiger Riegel bezeichnet, der an seinen Enden eine Klaue 7 trägt. Die Klaue 7 ist mit einem Schaft 8 in dem Riegel 6 befestigt. Die Backen der Klaue 7 sind innenseitig der Krümmung und der trapezförmigen Verjüngung des Kragens 4 der Konsole 2 entsprechend gestaltet. Der Riegel 6 ist mit der Klaue 7 senkrecht auf den Kragen 4 der Konsole 2 fest aufgeschoben. Der Schaft 8 der Klaue 7 weist einen schrägen Durchbruch 9 auf, der der Aufnahme eines länglichen Keiles 1o dient. Der Keil 1o stützt sich in seiner wirksamen Lage an der Konusfläche 5 des Mantels der Konsole 2 einerseits und an der schrägen Fläche 11 des Durchbruches 9 der Klaue 7 andererseits ab.
