Description
Strangpressenmundstück zur Herstellung feingeaderter Stränge aus plastischen Massen. Die Erfindung betrifft ein in seiner' technischen Gestaltung einfaches, dabei zweckmäßig und zuverlässig wirksames Strangpressemundstück, das zur Herstellung sehr feingeaderter Stränge aus plastischen Massen dient. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß im Innern eines kegelförmigen,, mit einem zylindrischen Ansatz versehenen Mundstückes ein kegeliger Hohldorn angeordnet ist. Dieser Hohldorn ist in beliebiger Zahl mit radial gerichteten Düsen versehen, die das der Aderung dienende Material unmittelbar in den an ihnen vorbeistreichenden Grundstrang hineinpressen.Extrusion die for the production of finely veined strands from plastic Crowds. Das Mundstück ist doppelwandig, die äußere Kegelwandung ist mit a bezeichnet, sie mündet in einen zylindrischen Ansatz b aus. Die Innenwandung stellt- einen kegeligen Hohldorn c dar,- der- mit radialen Düsen; d versehen ist, die zweckmäßig spiralförmig in der Innenwandung- C zusammengestellt sind. Das Grundmaterial wird dem von. den beiden Wandungen c und a gebildeten Hohlraum in Richtung des Pfeiles x zugeführt, gleichzeitig wird das der Aderung dienende Material in. den Hohldorn -c und von hier aus durch die Düsen d in das von ihnen vor..-beistreichende Grundmaterial eingepreßt. Der die Austrittsöffnung verlassende Materialstrang zeigt dann eine Aderung, deren Feinheit abhängig ist von der Zahl der Austrittsöffnungen d. Bei sehr feinen Maserungen wird mit dem neuen Mundstück so gearbeitet, daß einmal dunkleres Material mit hellen Streifen, das zweite Mal helleres Material mit dunklen Streifen aus dem Mundstück herausgepreßt und die Stränge dann in dünne Felle geformt und in Streifen abwechselnd nebeneinander in Blockpressen gestellt werden.
