Abstract

Das Verfahren zur Entfernung von ammoniumstickstoffhaltigen Substanzen aus Industrieabwaessern waehrend der Destillation unter Verwendung von Natriumhydroxid betrifft die Reinigung und Ableitung von Industrieabwaessern aus der Chemieindustrie, der Kokschemie und der Treibstoffherstellung. Die Erfindung loest die Frage der Beseitigung von frei und fest gebundenem Ammonium aus Abwaessern vor ihrer Reinigung in den weiteren Stufen und vor der Einleitung in oeffentliche Gewaesser. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dasz bei der Entfernung des frei gebundenen Ammoniums durch Destillation das fest gebundene Ammonium einschlieszlich der anderen stickstoffhaltigen Substanzen wie z.B. organischer Basen mit Hilfe von Natriumhydroxid ausgetrieben werden, das dem thermisch angepaszten Wasser zugesetzt wird. Der als Abprodukt gewonnene Ammoniumrohstoff kann z.B. bei der Herstellung von fluessigem wasserfreiem Ammoniak genutzt werden. Die Erfindung kann vor allem bei der Reinigung von Abwasser in sogenannten Primaerreinigungsstufen Anwendung finden.The process for removing ammonium nitrogen-containing substances from industrial wastewater during the distillation using sodium hydroxide relates to the purification and discharge of industrial waste from the chemical industry, coke chemistry and fuel production. The invention solves the question of the removal of free and firmly bound ammonium from effluents prior to their purification in the further stages and prior to discharge into public waters. The essence of the invention is that upon removal of the free-bound ammonium by distillation, the tightly bound ammonium, including the other nitrogen-containing substances, e.g. organic bases are expelled by means of sodium hydroxide, which is added to the thermally modified water. The recovered ammonium raw material may be e.g. used in the production of liquid anhydrous ammonia. The invention can be found especially in the purification of wastewater in so-called Primaerreinigungsstufen application.
