the water tank 1302 is communicated with the water pump 1301 through a second water valve 1502, the outlet of the water pump 1301 is divided into two paths, one path is communicated with the position, close to the top, of the side wall of the urinal 1305 through the first water valve 1501, and the other path is communicated with the transit box 1306 through a third water valve 1503;
the transfer box 1306 is communicated with a vacuum generator 1303 through a first air valve 1201, the vacuum generator 1303 is communicated with a high-pressure air source 1304 through a second air valve 1202, and the high-pressure air source 1304 is communicated with the transfer box 1306 through a third air valve 1203.
The first and second water valves 1501, 1502 are vacuum valves and the third air valve 1203 is a one-way air valve.
A liquid level monitoring instrument is arranged in the excrement collecting box 1307, and a negative pressure monitoring device is arranged in the transit box 1306.
The use process of the excrement collecting system 130 comprises three steps of vacuumizing the transfer box, and pumping dirt and discharging the dirt into the excrement collecting box through the transfer box.
1) And vacuumizing a transfer box:
in this state, the entire fecal collecting system 130 is in a standby state. The first water valve 1501 and the second water valve 1502 are first opened with all valves closed, while the high pressure gas source 1304 keeps continuously outputting steady high pressure gas. The high-pressure gas generates negative pressure by the vacuum generator 1303, and starts to draw air into the tundish 1306, and the pressure in the tundish 1306 decreases. When the negative pressure monitoring device monitors a rated pressure value, the first water valve 1501 and the second water valve 150 are closed, the high-pressure air source 1304 is closed, and the transit box 1306 is in a negative pressure state at the moment.
2) And the transfer box extracts dirt:
in this state, the entire excrement collecting system 130 is in the first working state. The transfer chamber 1306 has been previously maintained in a negative pressure ready state by operation of the vacuum generator 1303 and the pressurized air source 1304. After the waste is accumulated in the urinal 1305 and all the valves are kept closed, the second water valve 1502 is opened and the water pump 1301 is started, and water is drawn out from the water tank 1302. After a certain delay time the water pressure in the water line rises, opening the first water valve 1501 and simultaneously opening the first pneumatic ball valve 1401, the high pressure water is poured from the top of the bowl 1305 to break up the dirt in the bowl 1305 and flush it towards the centre tank 1306. Meanwhile, the middle rotating box 1306 in a negative pressure state sucks dirt into the middle rotating box 1306 under the action of suction formed by the valve port after the first pneumatic ball valve 1401 is opened, and after a certain delay time, the water pump 1301, the first water valve 1501, the second water valve 1502, the first pneumatic ball valve 1401 and the water pump 1301 are closed. And finishing the dirt pumping action and finishing the dirt pumping state.
3) The sewage is discharged into the excrement collecting box by the transfer box:
in this state, the fecal collection system 130 begins the last action in the cycle. After the sewage pumping action is finished, the high-pressure air source 1304 and the third air valve 1203 are opened under the condition that all valves are kept closed, high-pressure air generated by the high-pressure air source 1304 enters the transit box 1306, the steering engine 1601 and the second pneumatic ball valve 1402 are opened after the air pressure in the transit box 1306 is increased for a certain time, and sewage is introduced into the excrement collecting box 1307 from the high-pressure air in the transit box 1306; after a certain time, the operation is stopped, the high-pressure air source 1304 is closed, and all valves are closed. And finishing the sewage draining action, finishing the excrement collecting process and starting to prepare for next excrement collecting.
In addition, there are additional steps:
when the level monitoring instrument in the feces collection tank 1307 monitors the rated value, and all valves are kept closed, the second water valve 1502 is opened and the water pump 1301 is started, and water is extracted from the water tank 1302. After a certain delay time, the water pressure in the water line rises, opening the third water valve 1503 and simultaneously opening the steering engine 1601 and the second pneumatic ball valve 1402. The high-pressure water forms a water circulation in the transit box 1306 to clean the transit box 1306, residual dirt in the transit box 1306 is flushed into the excrement collecting box 1307, the action is finished after a certain delay, the water pump 1301 is closed, and meanwhile all valve closing systems enter a closed state. The excrement collecting box 1307 is disassembled and cleaned and then is reassembled.
