In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the dumpling forming device 6 includes a second fixing frame 61, a fourth driving member 62 and a pair of dumpling forming assemblies 63, the second fixing frame 61 is fixed on the machine body 1, the dumpling forming assemblies 63 include a rotating shaft 631 rotatably connected to the second fixing frame 61 and a ring-shaped forming member 632 fixed at one end of the rotating shaft 631 away from the second fixing frame 61, the ring-shaped forming member 632 is provided with a plurality of forming mold grooves 633 along the circumferential direction, the ring-shaped forming members 632 of the pair of dumpling forming assemblies 63 are tangent, and the forming mold grooves 633 of the pair of dumpling forming assemblies 63 are in one-to-one correspondence.
The fourth driving member 62 is used to drive the rotation shaft 631 of a dumpling forming assembly 63 to rotate about its axis. The fourth driving member 62 drives one dumpling forming assembly 63 to rotate around its own axis, so as to drive the other dumpling forming assembly 63 to rotate around its own axis, so that the cylindrical wrapper with stuffing enters between the annular forming members 632 of the pair of dumpling forming assemblies 63 from top to bottom, the tangent line of the annular forming members 632 of the pair of dumpling forming assemblies 63 forms extrusion force on the cylindrical wrapper with stuffing, so that the part of the cylindrical wrapper with stuffing is extruded into the forming die groove 633 to form dumplings, and meanwhile, the tangent line of the annular forming members 632 of the pair of dumpling forming assemblies 63 cuts the dumplings from the cylindrical wrapper with stuffing, and the dumplings fall onto the dumpling conveying device 7.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the dumpling forming apparatus 6 further comprises a scraper 64 fixed to the machine body 1, the scraper 64 is located on the side of the first dumpling forming member 63 facing away from the second dumpling forming member 63, and the cutting edge of the scraper 64 is tangent to the annular forming member 632 of the first dumpling forming member 63. The scraper 64 can scrape off the wrapper adhered to the annular molding member 632, which is advantageous for mass production of dumplings.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the fourth driving member 62 includes a second motor 621, a sixth gear 622, a seventh gear 623 and an eighth gear 624, the housing of the second motor 621 is fixed on the second fixing frame 61, the output shaft of the second motor 621 is fixedly connected to the sixth gear 622, the sixth gear 622 is meshed with the seventh gear 623, the seventh gear 623 is meshed with the eighth gear 624, the rotating shaft 631 of one dumpling forming assembly 63 is fixedly connected to the seventh gear 623, and the rotating shaft 631 of the other dumpling forming assembly 63 is fixedly connected to the eighth gear 624.
Preferably, the dumpling forming means 6 further comprises two protection covers 65, the protection covers 65 are fixed on the machine body 1, the rotating shaft 631 of the first dumpling forming assembly 63 is rotatably connected with the first protection cover 65 through a bearing 66, and the rotating shaft 631 of the second dumpling forming assembly 63 is rotatably connected with the second protection cover 65 through a bearing 66. The rotating shaft 631 is better supported, and the bending of the rotating shaft 631 is prevented from influencing the dumpling forming quality.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the filling injecting device 4 comprises a protective shell 42 fixed on the machine body 1, a stirring chamber 43 arranged on the protective shell 42, a stirring device arranged in the stirring chamber 43 and a filling injecting pipe 41 communicated with the stirring chamber 43, wherein the stirring device is used for stirring the filling in the stirring chamber 43, the filling injecting pipe 41 penetrates through the wrapper folding hopper 3 and the redundant wrapper cutting device 5, and the outlet of the filling injecting pipe 41 is positioned above the dumpling forming device 6. The stirring device stirs the stuffing in the stirring chamber 43, and the stuffing is added into the cylindrical dough through the stuffing injection pipe 41 after the stirring is finished, so that the stuffing can be packed into the dough.
Preferably, the upper end of the stirring chamber 43 is provided with an opening. The stuffing can be conveniently checked and added at any time.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the stirring device includes a third motor 44, a stirring shaft 45 and a spiral blade 46, the third motor 44 is disposed in the protective casing 42, one end of the stirring shaft 45 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the third motor 44, the other end of the stirring shaft 45 penetrates into the stirring chamber 43, and the spiral blade 46 is fixed to one end of the stirring shaft 45 located in the stirring chamber 43.
Preferably, the filling injecting pipe 41 is provided with a control valve 47, and the control valve 47 is used for controlling the speed of the filling output of the filling injecting pipe 41. The speed of the stuffing output by the stuffing injection pipe 41 is adjusted through the control valve 47, so that the speed of the stuffing output by the stuffing injection pipe 41 is matched with the downward conveying speed of the wrapper, and the problems that the wrapper is broken by the stuffing due to the fact that the speed of the stuffing output by the stuffing injection pipe 41 is too high, or the stuffing is too low due to the fact that the stuffing output by the stuffing injection pipe 41 is too low, and the stuffing in the wrapper is too little are solved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the automatic dumpling maker further comprises a control device 8, and the wrapper pressing device 2, the filling injecting device 4, the excess wrapper cutting device 5, the dumpling forming device 6 and the dumpling conveying device 7 are electrically connected with the control device 8 respectively. The through hole control device 8 can better control the making of the dumplings and improve the automation degree of the automatic dumpling making machine.

An automatic dumpling making machine is characterized by comprising a machine body, a wrapper pressing device, a wrapper folding hopper, a stuffing filling device, an excess wrapper cutting device, a dumpling forming device and a dumpling conveying device, wherein the wrapper pressing device, the wrapper folding hopper, the stuffing filling device, the excess wrapper cutting device, the dumpling forming device and the dumpling conveying device are arranged on the machine body;
the dough pressing device comprises a dough conveying device, a first supporting frame, a first driving piece, a driving roller, a dough pressing roller, a first locking piece and a dough conveying device, the dough conveying device is used for conveying dough to the driving roller and between the dough pressing rollers, the first supporting frame is fixed on the machine body, two ends of the driving roller are rotatably supported on the first supporting frame, the first driving piece is used for driving the driving roller to rotate around the axis of the driving roller, the dough pressing roller is located above the driving roller, one end of the machine body, far away from the first supporting frame, of the machine body is provided with a first strip hole, the extending direction of the first strip hole is perpendicular to the axis of the driving roller, two ends of the dough pressing roller are rotatably supported in the first strip hole, and the dough pressing roller can move along the extending direction of the first strip hole to be close to or far away from the driving roller, the first locking piece is used for temporarily fixing the dough pressing roller on the first support frame, and the driving roller and the dough pressing roller are matched to press dough into dough sheets and convey the dough sheets to the dough sheet conveying device;
the dumpling forming device is used for pressing and combining parts of the columnar wrappers with stuffing to form dumplings and cutting the dumplings from the columnar wrappers so that the dumplings fall on the dumpling conveying device.

The automatic dumpling making machine according to claim 1, wherein the dough conveying device comprises a second supporting frame fixed on the machine body and a dough conveying frame fixed on the second supporting frame, and one end of the dough conveying frame far away from the dough pressing roller gradually inclines towards one end of the dough conveying frame close to the dough pressing roller from top to bottom.

The automatic dumpling maker of claim 2, wherein the dough conveying device further comprises a guide member, a first end of the guide member is fixed to the second support frame and connected to the outlet of the dough feeding frame, and a second end of the guide member is fixed to the first support frame and positioned between the driving roller and the dough pressing roller.

the dough sheet conveying device further comprises a second locking piece, and the second locking piece is used for temporarily fixing the driven shaft on the third supporting frame.

the third driving piece is used for driving a cutting roller of the dough sheet cutting assembly to rotate around the axis of the third driving piece.

The automatic dumpling making machine according to claim 1, wherein the dumpling forming device comprises a second fixing frame, a fourth driving member and a pair of dumpling forming assemblies, the second fixing frame is fixed on the machine body, the dumpling forming assemblies comprise a rotating shaft rotationally connected with the second fixing frame and an annular forming member fixed at one end of the rotating shaft far away from the second fixing frame, a plurality of forming die grooves are formed in the annular forming member along the circumferential direction, the annular forming members of the pair of dumpling forming assemblies are tangent, and the forming die grooves of the pair of dumpling forming assemblies are in one-to-one correspondence;
the fourth driving piece is used for driving the rotating shaft of the dumpling forming component to rotate around the axis of the fourth driving piece.

The automatic dumpling maker of claim 7 further comprising a scraper secured to the body, the scraper being located on a side of a first one of the dumpling forming assemblies facing away from a second one of the dumpling forming assemblies, and a cutting edge of the scraper being tangential to the annular forming member of the first one of the dumpling forming assemblies.

The automatic dumpling making machine according to claim 1, wherein the filling injecting device comprises a protective shell fixed on the machine body, a stirring chamber arranged on the protective shell, a stirring device arranged in the stirring chamber and a filling injecting pipe communicated with the stirring chamber, the stirring device is used for stirring and crushing filling in the stirring chamber, the filling injecting pipe penetrates through the dough sheet folding hopper and the redundant dough sheet cutting device, and an outlet of the filling injecting pipe is positioned above the dumpling forming device.
10. The automatic dumpling maker according to claim 1, further comprising a control device, wherein the wrapper pressing device, the filling injecting device, the excess wrapper cutting device, the dumpling forming device and the dumpling conveying device are electrically connected to the control device, respectively.
