Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种清扫焦炉炭化室石墨的刮
板机,安装在推焦杆头后面,随推焦杆前进,而把炭化
室顶部和两墙面的石墨刮掉。刮板机的两刮板中间
采用弹簧连接,刮板与底板间采用带有轴套的转轴连
接,使用方便灵活,可减轻工人清扫石墨的劳动强度,
提高焦炭的产量和质量,从而更加提高化产回收率,
并可提高炉体使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种清扫焦炉炭化室石墨的刮板机。
目前,清扫焦炉炭化室石墨的方法有的采用在炭化室结焦后期打开加煤孔盖,上升管盖,小炉门烧石墨的方法,有的采用在推焦后用六棱钢钎(或风镐)人工打石墨的方法,这些清扫方法工人劳动强度大,炭化室温度降低,炉墙易损坏,直接影响到焦炭的产量质量和炉体的使用寿命。为解决上述问题,本实用新型发明人在我国1991年9月出版的“燃料与化工”第22卷第5期(总期第174期)“炭化室石墨的清扫”一文中公开了一种清扫焦炉炭化室石墨的刮板机(图1),这种刮板机的型式为定位置式,安装在推焦杆后面距杆头300-400mm的支撑板部位,随推焦杆前进而把顶部和两墙壁的石墨刮掉。刮板机是由10mm厚的钢板做,刮板前面呈45°的刀形,后面焊在刮板机底板上,底板上、中下三处设有拉筋与推焦杆头连接,刮板宽度小于炭化室宽度,高度低于机侧炉门横砖。这种刮板机虽可减轻工人的劳动强度和提高炉体寿命,但由于两刀形刮板间用钢板支撑仍存当推焦杆头和刮板机与炭化室略有偏斜,则造成炭化室墙壁受损,炭化室顶部的石墨也不易刮净的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的清扫焦炉炭化室石墨的刮板机,它可有效地克服当推焦杆头和刮板机与炭化室略有偏斜就造成炭化室墙壁受损和炭化室顶部石墨不易刮净的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来实现:
本实用新型(图2)是一种清扫焦炉炭化室石墨的刮板机,它由前面呈锐角的刀形刮板(6)(7),刀形刮板连接件(8)拉筋(16)组成。刀形刮板(6)(7)与底板(12)呈钝角(95°-175°)连接,底板(12)和推焦杆用拉筋(16)固定在支撑板部位。两刀形刮板的宽度小于机侧炭化室宽度(5-12mm之间),高度低于机侧炉门横砖;其特征在于刀形刮板(6)(7)间的连接件为弹簧(8),弹簧(8)用固定柱(9)(15)固定在刀形刮板(6)(7)上,刀形刮板(6)(7)后面分别与转轴(10)(11)连接,转轴(10)(11)外面的轴套(13)(14)分别与底板(12)连接,转轴(10)(11)的上下端分别伸出轴套与刮板连接,但高度和刮板(6)(7)等高或低于刮板。
由于本实用新型将刀形刮板间的连接方式由固定连接改为弹簧连接,同时增设了两根转动灵活的转轴,所以在推焦杆头和刮板机对炭化室略有偏斜也不会造成刮坏炭化室的墙壁,既可刮掉炭化室顶部的石墨又可使墙面不受损。有效地克服了现有技术推焦杆头和刮板机对炭化室略有偏斜使炭化室墙面受损和顶部不易刮净的缺陷。
本实用新型附图的图面说明如下:

本实用新型下面将结合附图和实施例作进一步详述:
本实用新型刮板机由20mm厚的钢板制做,刀形刮板(6)(7)的前面呈锐角(10°-60°之间)后面上下分别和转轴(10)(11)焊接在一起,转轴采用φ12×160mm的钢筋,转轴伸出外套上下数厘米,以使刮板和转轴牢固焊接在一起。转轴外套(13)(14)采用φ25×120的钢管与底板(12)呈钝角(95°-175°之间)。刀形刮板(6)(7)间用内径φ10mm外径φ85mm,长194mm的60Si2MnA弹簧(负荷≤0.3kg/cm2)。刀形刮板上焊有70mm长φ12mm的钢筋固定钢弹簧位置的弹簧定位柱(9)(15),底板上、中、下焊有和推焦杆头焊接在一起的三对400mm长的拉筋(16),刀形刮板(6)(7)的宽度小于机侧炭化室宽度(4-12mm之间),高度等高或低于机侧炉门横砖。
将本实用新型用于“七0”型焦化炉,使用效果良好。经使用证明本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、推焦杆头和刮板机对炭化室略有偏斜也不会刮坏炭化室墙面,炭化室顶部石墨易刮净。
2、使用灵活方便。
3、炉体使用寿命高。
4、减轻工人劳动强度。
5、有利于提高焦炭产量质量和化产收率。
6、既经济又省人工。
Claims (1)
- 一种清扫焦炉炭化室石墨的刮板机;它由前面呈锐角(10°-85°)的刀形刮板(6)、(7),与底板(12)呈钝角(95°-170°)连接,底板(12)和推焦杆用拉筋(16)连接,固定在推焦杆头支撑板部位,两刀形刮板的宽度略小于机侧炭化室炉体宽度(5-12mm),高度低于机侧炉门横砖;其特征在于两刀形刮板(6)(7),中间的连接件为弹簧(8),并用固定柱(9)(15)固定在刀形刮板(6)(7)上,刀形刮板(6)(7)后面分别与轴套(13)(14)连接,转轴(10)(11)的上下两端分别伸出轴套与刮板连接,高度和刮板等高。
