Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of small household appliances, and in particular, to a cup lid assembly and a food processor.
Background
With the increasing standard of living, many different types of food processors, such as cooking machines, are on the market. The functions of the food processor may include, but are not limited to, soymilk making, juice squeezing, rice paste making, meat grinding, ice shaving, coffee making, and/or mask blending. Referring to fig. 1-8, the present application provides a lid assembly 100, wherein the lid assembly 100 is disposed at an end of a receiving cavity of a food processor or a storage. The food processor includes an electrically heated food processor and a non-electrically heated cooker. The electric heating food processor comprises a food processor, an electric kettle, an electric pressure cooker, an electric rice cooker, an electric stewpot and the like. The non-electric heating cooker comprises a pressure cooker, a frying pan, a soup pan, a milk pan and the like. The storage comprises a storage tank, a milk powder box, a rice bucket, a fresh-keeping box and the like. The above lists only a partial list of ranges for the food processor and memory, respectively, and is not exhaustive.
The present application also provides a food processor 500. The food processor 500 includes a main body 300, a blending cup assembly 200 and a lid assembly 100. The blender cup assembly 200 is detachably mounted to the main body 300. The stirring cup assembly 200 comprises a stirring cup 80 and a stirring cutter disc assembly 90 arranged at the bottom of the stirring cup 80. The cup cover assembly 100 is arranged on the stirring cup 80 in a covering mode.
The blending blade assembly 90 may be fixed to the bottom of the blending cup 80 or may be detachably mounted to the bottom of the blending cup 80. In the illustrated embodiment, the stirring blade assembly 90 includes a base plate 91 and a blade assembly 92 disposed on the base plate 91, the blade assembly 92 includes a blade shaft 921 and a stirring blade 922, and the stirring blade 922 is disposed on an upper end of the blade shaft 921.
The main body 300 includes a housing 310 and a motor 320 disposed within the housing 310. The motor 320 is used for driving the knife assembly 92 to rotate so as to stir and crush the food materials in the stirring cup 80. In another embodiment, the food processor 500 may be provided without the main body 200, and the motor may be mounted to the blender cup 80 or the lid assembly 100.
The cap assembly 100 includes a cap 10, a fixed ring 21, a moving ring 22, a gasket 23, and a handle 50, the fixed ring 21 is fixed to the cap 10, the moving ring 22 is movable relative to the fixed ring 21, and in some embodiments, the moving ring 22 is movable up and down relative to the fixed ring 21, but not limited thereto. The handle 50 is rotatably mounted to the lid 10.
The handle 50 is provided with a first magnetic element 59, the cup lid 10 is provided with a second magnetic element 109 which is matched with the first magnetic element 59 to generate a repulsive force, and the repulsive force between the first magnetic element 59 and the second magnetic element 109 can enable the handle 50 to rotate so as to drive the moving coil 22 to move, so that the sealing ring 23 is switched between the first state and the second state.
When the cap assembly 100 needs to be removed, the handle 50 is rotated by repulsive force between the first magnetic element 59 and the second magnetic element 109, so that the sealing ring 23 is switched from the first state to the second state, the sealing ring 23 is not contacted with the inner side wall of the stirring cup 80 any more or the contact force is reduced, and the cap assembly 100 can be easily and laborsavingly removed from the stirring cup 80.
In some embodiments, the sealing ring 23 is configured to be engaged with and sealed with the inner sidewall of the mixing cup 80 in the first state, and the sealing ring 23 is configured to be separated from the inner sidewall of the mixing cup 80 in the second state. In other embodiments, the contact force of the gasket 23 with the mixing cup 80 in the first state is greater than the contact force of the gasket with the mixing cup 80 in the second state. Therefore, the cup cover assembly 100 can be easily and conveniently taken down.
In the illustrated embodiment, the sealing ring 23 includes a first end 231 secured to the stationary ring 21 and a second end 232 secured to the moving ring 22. In another embodiment, the sealing ring 23 is fixed to the moving coil 22. In yet another embodiment, the sealing ring 23 is fixed to the stator 21.
In a preferred embodiment, the inner diameter of the blender cup 80 tapers from top to bottom. Thus, the moving ring 22 moves downwards by the same distance, so that the sealing ring 23 is matched with the inner side wall of the stirring cup 80 more tightly. In other embodiments, the inner diameter of the mixing cup 80 is uniform at different positions in the up-down direction.
In the illustrated embodiment, the outer diameter of the seal ring 23 in the first state is larger than the outer diameter of the seal ring 23 in the second state. Thus, when the seal ring 23 is in the second state, the lid assembly 100 can be easily removed.
The handle 50 has a first position and a second position, the lid assembly further includes a latch assembly 40 disposed on the lid 10, and the latch assembly 40 cooperates with the handle 50 to limit the handle 50 to the first position. The handle 50 is retained in the first position by the latch assembly 40 such that the gasket 23 is maintained in the first state, i.e., the gasket 23 forms a seal with the interior sidewall of the blender cup 80.
The locking assembly 40 includes a locking member 41, a first resilient member 42, a button 43, and a second resilient member 44, wherein the first resilient member 42 applies a resilient force to the locking member 41 to enable the locking member 41 to be locked and engaged with the handle 50, the button 43 is engaged with the locking member 41, and the second resilient member 44 applies a resilient force to the button 43. Thus, the button 43 is pressed to disengage the latch 41 from the handle 50, so that the handle 50 is rotated from the first position to the second position under the action of the repulsive force between the first magnetic element 59 and the second magnetic element 109, and the sealing ring 23 is switched from the first state to the second state, thereby facilitating the removal of the lid assembly 100.
The cup cover 10 includes a cover body 11 and a cover plate 12 installed in cooperation with the cover body 11, the locking assembly 40 is disposed between the cover body 11 and the cover plate 12, and the cover body 11 is provided with a through hole 119 for the button 43 to extend out. In this manner, assembly of the latch assembly 40 is facilitated.
The catch piece 41 is provided with a first drive surface 411 and the push button 43 is provided with a second drive surface 431 which cooperates with the first drive surface 411. In this way, the first driving surface 411 and the second driving surface 431 are engaged, so that the button 43 can drive the locking member 41 to slide in a direction away from the handle 50 when being pressed. In the illustrated embodiment, first drive surface 411 and second drive surface 431 are both beveled. In other embodiments, first drive surface 411 and second drive surface 431 may also be arcuate, and so forth.
The handle 50 is provided with a groove 58 which cooperates with the catch member 41. Thus, the handle 50 can be more reliably limited to the first position by the engagement of the groove 58 with the locking member 41. In the illustrated embodiment, the end of the locking member 41 that engages with the handle 50 is provided with a slope or a curved surface, so that when the handle 50 rotates from the second position to the first position, the handle 50 presses against the slope or the curved surface of the locking member 41, so that the locking member 41 moves away from the handle 50, and when the handle 50 reaches the first position, the locking member 41 moves toward the handle 50 and engages with the groove 58 of the handle 50.
The cover plate 12 is provided with a cylindrical stopper 121, and the second elastic element 44 is disposed in the stopper 121 and abuts against the button 43. In this way, a good limit for the second elastic element 44 can be formed. The second elastic element 44 may be any one of: spring, metal shell fragment, elastic rubber spare. In the illustrated embodiment, the second resilient element 44 is a spring.
The button 43 is provided with a matching limiting part 435 sleeved outside the limiting part 121. When the push button 43 is pressed, the fitting limit portion 435 slides with respect to the limit portion 121. In this way, the fitting engagement between the stopper 121 and the fitting stopper 435 can provide a good guiding effect for the push button 43 when pressed. In the illustrated embodiment, the position-limiting portion 121 and the mating position-limiting portion 435 are both cylindrical, but are not limited thereto.
The locking member 41 is provided with an avoiding hole 415 for the limiting portion 121 and the matching limiting portion 435 to pass through. The size of the avoiding hole 415 is larger than that of the matching limiting part 435, so that the locking piece 41 can move back and forth without being affected by the limiting part 121 and the matching limiting part 435.

The first magnetic element 59 is exposed to the bottom surface of the handle 50 (when the handle 50 is in the first position), the second magnetic element 109 is exposed to the surface of the cover plate 12, and the first magnetic element 59 and the second magnetic element 109 are correspondingly positioned, so that the distance between the first magnetic element 59 and the second magnetic element 109 is shortest, the repulsive force between the first magnetic element 59 and the second magnetic element 109 is maximum, and the handle 50 can be quickly bounced when the button 43 is pressed.
The lid assembly 100 further includes a driving mechanism 30, and the handle 50 drives the moving ring 22 to move through the driving mechanism 30, so as to drive the sealing ring 23 to switch between the first state and the second state. In this way, the moving coil 22 can be driven to move relative to the fixed coil 21 more easily. In the illustrated embodiment, the driving mechanism 30 is configured to drive the moving coil 22 to move up and down relative to the fixed coil 21, thereby causing the sealing ring 23 to switch between the first state and the second state. In other embodiments, the driving mechanism 30 may also be used to drive the moving coil 22 to move in a radial direction, thereby causing the sealing ring 23 to switch between the first state and the second state. In the illustrated embodiment, the driving mechanism 30 includes a cam disposed on the rotating shaft 55, the cam is engaged with the moving coil 22, and an elastic member 24 is disposed between the fixed coil 21 and the moving coil 22. Thus, the handle 50 is operated to control the cam to rotate in different directions, so as to drive the moving ring 22 to move upwards or downwards, and further to switch the sealing ring 23 between the first state and the second state.
The elastic member 24 includes any one of: a spring, an elastic rubber ring, and a metal spring, but not limited thereto. In the illustrated embodiment, the resilient member 24 is a spring.
The lid assembly 100 also includes an ear clip 60 that is rotatably mounted to the lid 10. The shaft portion 61 of the ear clip 60 is cooperatively defined by the cover 11 and the cover 12.
The lid 11 is provided with a central hole 118, the cup lid 10 further includes a first metal piece 19 disposed on the lid 11, the first metal piece 19 is disposed at the central hole 118, and the first metal piece 19 is provided with an exhaust hole 193.
