Abstract
本实用新型属一种外循环烟气湿法脱硫烟囱，其特点是：在烟囱底一侧设有出水管，在烟囱外设有循环水池，循环水池与出水管相连通，在烟道底内侧，横向设有凸台，凸台上固有2排喷淋管，每排有2-4根，每根喷淋管上均布有4-6个单项螺旋喷头。该烟囱具有原烟气湿法脱硫烟囱的优点，既可脱硫又可排烟，脱硫效率可达90％以上，利用现有烟道，工程量小，投资少，不改变原烟囱基础荷载，烟囱根基安全，施工环境好，工作效率高，便于维修和排渣，适于烧结机、火电厂及大型窑炉新建烟囱或改造旧烟囱使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及窑炉烟囱，是一种烧结机、火电厂和大型窑炉使用的外循环烟气湿法脱硫烟囱。
背景技术
目前，烧结机和大型工业窑炉使用的烟囱，都是单一排烟功能，企业为了给烟气脱硫，在原排烟系统内，需再增加一套与烟囱同等风量的脱硫系统，脱硫塔直径与烟囱底段直径基本相同，新建脱硫塔，投资多，占地面积大，两套系统并存，既影响现场环境又造成浪费，在2010年，中国专利公报，公开了一种“烟气湿法脱硫烟囱”，该烟囱既可脱硫又可排烟，脱硫效率可达90％以上，但是，该烟囱结构有缺点：一是原烟道入口需抬高，要重新改造烟道，烟囱上要开孔、加固、结构强度计算等工作量大，施工周期长；二是循环水池设在烟囱内，原烟囱基础荷载会增加，相应设备安装施工环境不好，工作量大、工作效率低，如若发生水泄漏还会影响到烟囱根基的安全。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种外循环烟气湿法脱硫烟囱，以解决现有烟气湿法脱硫烟囱烟道入口需抬高，要重新改造烟道，烟囱上要开孔、加固、结构强度计算等工作量大，施工周期长；二是循环水池在烟囱内，原烟囱基础荷载会增加，相应设备安装施工环境不好，工作量大、工作效率低，如若发生水泄漏还会影响到烟囱根基的安全的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该烟囱是由烟道、单项螺旋喷头、喷淋管、烟囱、衬里、雾化装置、脱水除雾器、双向喷头、冲洗管、操作平台、人孔、爬梯、循环水管、清水管、检查门构成，在烟囱底一侧设有出水管，在烟囱外设有循环水池，循环水池与出水管相连通，在烟道底内侧，横向设有凸台，凸台上固有喷淋管。
凸台呈梯形，高为800-1300mm。
喷淋管有两排，每排有2-4根，每根喷淋管上均布有4-6个单项螺旋喷头。
该实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：1)利用现有烟道，工程量小，节省了烟道改造、烟囱开孔、加固、计算、施工时间和资金；2)循环水池在烟囱外，不改变原烟囱基础荷载，烟囱根基安全，施工环境不好，工作效率高，便于维修和排渣；3)该烟囱具有现有烟气湿法脱硫烟囱的优点。

具体实施方式
图中：烟道1、喷淋管3、单项螺旋喷头4、烟囱5、衬里6、雾化装置7、脱水除雾器8、双向喷头9、冲洗管10、人孔11、操作平台12、爬梯13、循环水管15、清水管14、检查门16均与现有技术相同，所不同的是：在烟囱5底一侧设有出水管17，在烟囱外设有循环水池19，循环水池与出水管17相连通，在烟道底内侧，横向设有凸台2，凸台呈梯形，高为800-1300mm，上面固有2排喷淋管3，每排有2-4根，每根喷淋管上均布有4-6个单项螺旋喷头4，喷出的循环水与烟气流向相同，既可冷却烟气又可脱硫，喷淋管3和雾化装置7均采用循环水18，循环水采用石灰水或钠碱水，由碱水泵经循环水管15供给，冲洗管10采用清水，由水泵经清水管14供给。

1.一种外循环烟气湿法脱硫烟囱，是由烟道(1)、单项螺旋喷头(4)、喷淋管(3)、烟囱(5)、衬里(6)、雾化装置(7)、脱水除雾器(8)、双向喷头(9)、冲洗管(10)、操作平台(12)、人孔(11)、爬梯(13)、循环水管(15)、清水管(14)、检查门(16)构成，其特征在于：在烟囱(5)底一侧设有出水管(17)，在烟囱外设有循环水池(19)，循环水池与出水管相连通，在烟道底内侧，横向设有凸台(2)，凸台上固有喷淋管(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外循环烟气湿法脱硫烟囱，其特征在于：凸台(2)呈梯形，高为800-1300mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外循环烟气湿法脱硫烟囱，其特征在于：喷淋管(3)有2排，每排有2-4根，每根喷淋管上均布有4-6个单项螺旋喷头(4)。
