本实用新型涉及水泥发泡保温板生产领域，具体涉及水泥发泡保温板注模用木质模具。
背景技术
发泡水泥保温板是以水泥、粉煤灰、发泡剂、外加剂等为材料，经复合、搅拌、注模发泡、初期养护、脱模、切割、成品养护等工艺制成的轻质气泡状绝热材料，是目前墙体保温和墙体保温防火隔离带最理想的保温材料，其优点是：导热系数低，保温效果好，不燃烧，防水，与墙体粘结力强，强度高，无毒害放射物质，环保。目前注模发泡工序中所用的模具多为钢质模具，生产过程中钢质模具缺陷逐渐体现：一、注模发泡后的半成品需要存放在温室内进行初期养护，因钢质模具自身质量重，注模后更加沉重，只能平铺放置在温室内，占用温室面积，温室利用率低；二、保温效果差，需不断对温室进行调温控制，能源消耗大；三、待发泡水泥保温板完成初凝后，具备初期强度时即可脱模，钢质模具脱模速度慢。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种水泥发泡保温板注模用木质模具，质量轻便，便于立体叠加存放；拆装方便，加快脱模速度，提高生产效率；保温效果好，节约能源。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
水泥发泡保温板注模用木质模具，所述模具由木质的四块围板和底板组成，所述围板与围板、围板与底板连接处设有榫头与榫眼，两者之间采用榫接方式连接。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是，所述围板上方设有紧固杆，紧固杆两端开设榫槽，榫槽卡固在围板上。
本实用新型更进一步改进方案是，所述底板四周设有的榫头与围板底边的榫眼榫接，所述围板两侧开设成凹凸相接的椎头与榫眼，两块围板配合榫接。
本实用新型更进一步改进方案是，所述围板、底板的榫头等距分布。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下明显优点：
一、本实用新型为木质模具，由于木质材料轻便，注模后可立体叠加存放在保温室内进行初期养护，节省空间，提高温室空间利用率。
二、本实用新型的围板与底板采用榫接方式连接，可灵活组装拆卸，脱模时，直接将模具拆除，提高脱模效率；且模具不使用状态下，可拆散保存，不占用存放空间。
三、本实用新型与钢质模具相比，其自身保温效果好，而且一定面积的保温室内立体叠加存放总量多，温室升温后，聚热效果更佳，初始升温后，可保持一定时间段无需加温，节约能源。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型所述模具由木质的四块围板1和底板2组成，所述底板2四周设有的榫头3与围板1底边的榫眼4榫接，围板1两侧开设成凹凸相接的椎头3与榫眼4，两块围板配合榫接。
为了使模具组装后更加牢固，所述围板1上方设有紧固杆5，紧固杆5两端开设榫槽6，榫槽6卡固在围板1上。
所述围板1与底板2的榫头3等距分布，注模后，模具受力均匀，不易损坏、变型。

1. 水泥发泡保温板注模用木质模具，其特征在于：所述模具由木质的四块围板（1）和底板（2）组成，所述围板与围板、围板与底板连接处设有榫头（3）与榫眼（4），两者之间采用榫接方式连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的水泥发泡保温板注模用木质模具，其特征在于：所述围板（1）上方设有紧固杆（5），紧固杆（5）两端开设榫槽（6），榫槽（6）卡固在围板（1）上。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水泥发泡保温板注模用木质模具，其特征在于：所述底板（2）四周设有的榫头（3）与围板（1）底边的榫眼（4）榫接，所述围板（1）两侧开设成凹凸相接的椎头（3）与榫眼（4），两块围板配合榫接。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的水泥发泡保温板注模用木质模具，其特征在于：所述围板（1）、底板（2）的榫头（3）等距分布。
