Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种熄焦塔挡焦罩,包括用于扣罩在熄焦车上的罩体,该罩体包括呈环状的、与熄焦车形状相适配的外挡板和设置于外挡板顶部的钢网,还包括铰接设置在外挡板底部的下挡板,外挡板的顶部连接有上牵拉绳,下挡板上连接有下牵拉绳,外挡板内还设有用于熄焦的喷水装置,该熄焦塔挡焦罩结构简单,使用方便,在熄焦时能够防止沸腾的焦炭飞出熄焦车外。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及焦炭生产设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种熄焦塔挡焦罩。
背景技术
熄焦是对生产出的赤热的焦炭进行降温以便于运输和储存的必要工作,目前常用的熄焦方法是湿法熄焦,即用熄焦车将赤热的焦炭运至熄焦塔处,熄焦塔上方设置多组喷淋水头,直接对焦炭喷洒冷水使其降温,在熄焦过程中,由于赤热的焦炭和冷水突然接触,往往会造成焦炭炸裂而产生沸腾现象,所以在熄焦过程中需要在熄焦车上方扣罩挡焦罩来防止焦炭沸腾到熄焦车外,但现有技术中的挡焦罩往往比熄焦车的尺寸大很多,沸腾的焦炭经常从挡焦罩与熄焦车四周的空隙中飞到外面,导致工作人员的劳动强度增大,而且熄焦时对焦炭喷洒的冷水不均匀,导致熄焦不均匀,焦炭水分超标,最终影响焦炭产品的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种熄焦塔挡焦罩,能够避免熄焦时焦炭沸腾到熄焦车外。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:熄焦塔挡焦罩,包括用于扣罩在熄焦车上的罩体,所述罩体包括呈环状的、与熄焦车形状相适配的外挡板和设置于所述外挡板顶部的钢网,还包括铰接设置于所述外挡板底部的下挡板,所述外挡板的顶部连接有上牵拉绳,所述下挡板上连接有下牵拉绳,所述外挡板内设有用于熄焦的喷水装置。
作为一优选实施方式,所述喷水装置包括穿过钢网伸入所述罩体内的进水管,还包括连接于所述进水管出水口处的多根支水管,所述支水管的出水口连接有散水管,所述散水管上开有若干散水孔。
作为一优选实施方式,所述散水管为两根,所述散水管的两端分别固定于所述外挡板的内壁上,两根散水管呈“X”形设置。
采用了上述技术方案后,本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在外挡板的底部铰接设置了下挡板,而且外挡板的顶部连接有上牵拉绳,下挡板上连接有下牵拉绳,则在熄焦时首先利用上牵拉绳将罩体扣罩在熄焦车上后,再控制下牵拉绳使下挡板将熄焦车和外挡板四周的空隙封挡住,即可避免沸腾的焦炭从熄焦车和外挡板四周的空隙飞出熄焦车外。
由于喷水装置包括连接在进水管出水口处的多根支水管,在支水管的出水口连接有散水管,而且散水管上开有若干散水孔,则熄焦时,冷水依次经进水管、支水管和散水管从散水孔中均匀喷出,可使熄焦均匀,保证焦炭的质量。
由于两根散水管的两端分别固定于外挡板的内壁上,而且两根散水管呈“X”形设置,能够对外挡板起到一定的支撑作用,使其在熄焦过程中保持稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2共同所示,为熄焦塔挡焦罩的一种实施例,该熄焦塔挡焦罩包括用于扣罩在熄焦车上的罩体和设置于所述罩体内的喷水装置5,所述罩体能够将沸腾的焦炭阻挡住,避免焦炭飞到罩体的外面,所述喷水装置5能够对熄焦车中的焦炭均匀地喷水,保证焦炭的质量。
所述罩体包括呈环状的、与熄焦车形状相适配的外挡板11和固定于所述外挡板11顶部的钢网12,所述外挡板11的底部通过铰接轴6铰接有下挡板2,所述外挡板11的顶部连接有用于控制其上下移动的上牵拉绳3,所述下挡板2上也连接有用于控制其转动的下牵拉绳4。
所述喷水装置5包括穿过所述钢网12伸入所述外挡板11内的进水管51,所述进水管51的出水口处连接有多根支水管52,在所述支水管52的出水口处又连接有两根散水管53,所述散水管53上开有若干散水孔(图中未示出),另外,这两根散水管53呈“X”形设置,两根散水管53的两端分别固定于所述外挡板11的内壁上,这样,所述散水管53不仅能够起到均匀喷水的作用,而且对所述外挡板11能起到一定的支撑作用。
该熄焦塔挡焦罩的使用方法是:
首先将装有赤热焦炭的熄焦车移动到挡焦罩的下方,然后通过上牵拉绳3控制外挡板11下降,使其扣罩在熄焦车上,此时通过下牵拉绳4控制下挡板2转动,使其封闭熄焦车与所述外挡板11之间的空隙,最后,向所述进水管51中注入冷水,冷水依次经过进水管51、支水管52和散水管53从散水孔中均匀喷洒到赤热的焦炭上,起到熄焦的作用。
该熄焦塔挡焦罩结构简单,使用方便,在熄焦时能够防止沸腾的焦炭飞出熄焦车外,而且能够保证熄焦时向焦炭喷水的均匀性,最终保证焦炭产品的合格。
本实用新型不局限于上述具体实施方式,一切基于本实用新型的技术构思,所作出的结构上的改进,均落入本实用新型的保护范围之中。
Claims (3)
1.熄焦塔挡焦罩,其特征在于,包括:用于扣罩在熄焦车上的罩体,所述罩体包括呈环状的、与熄焦车形状相适配的外挡板和设置于所述外挡板顶部的钢网;还包括
铰接设置于所述外挡板底部的下挡板,所述外挡板的顶部连接有上牵拉绳,所述下挡板上连接有下牵拉绳;
所述外挡板内设有用于熄焦的喷水装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的熄焦塔挡焦罩,其特征在于:所述喷水装置包括穿过所述钢网伸入所述罩体内的进水管,还包括连接于所述进水管出水口处的多根支水管,所述支水管的出水口连接有散水管,所述散水管上开有若干散水孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的熄焦塔挡焦罩,其特征在于:所述散水管为两根,所述散水管的两端分别固定于所述外挡板的内壁上,两根散水管呈“X”形设置。
