一种输电工程用节能型架空导线,包括芯线及外包的导电裸线,芯线为多股绞合的镀锌钢线,导电裸线为数层绞合在芯线外的铝线,外层的铝线的横截面呈扇形。本实用新型与相同规格的常规钢芯铝绞线相比,传输相同容量电能时可降低线损约3%,节约能源;而且,可以比相同规格的常规钢芯铝绞线增加传输容量50%左右。因此,使用本实用新型,在不改变原有架设杆塔与配套金具的情况下就可达到节能和输送更大电流的目的,节省电网建设投资。

本实用新型涉及一种导线,尤其是输电工程用架空导线。
背景技术
现有作为输电工程用的常规架空导线——钢芯铝绞线,由于其结构等方面的原因,载流量小而且线损偏大,为了增加导线的输送能力,就得增加导线的截面积以加大导线的载流量。这样,电网建设投资增加。
发明内容
为了克服现有输电工程用钢芯铝绞线的不足,本实用新型提供一种输电工程用节能型架空导线,可比相同规格的常规钢芯铝绞线增大导线的载流量,在与相同规格的常规钢芯铝绞线传输相同容量电能时可降低线损,节约能源。
本实用新型提供的一种输电工程用节能型架空导线,包括芯线及外包的导电裸线,芯线为多股绞合的镀锌钢线,导电裸线为数层绞合在芯线外的铝线,外层的铝线的横截面呈扇形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:外层铝线的横截面在被紧压后的呈扇形,相互间紧密接触,减小了导线表面空隙、增加导线表面平滑度,减少电晕的产生,降低了因电晕放电造成的电能损耗,与相同规格的常规钢芯铝绞线相比,传输相同容量电能时可降低线损约3%,节约能源;而且,可以比相同规格的常规钢芯铝绞线增加传输容量50%左右。因此,使用本实用新型,在不改变原有架设杆塔与配套金具的情况下就可达到节能和输送更大电流的目的,节省电网建设投资。

具体实施方式
参照图1,先将数根特高强度的镀锌钢线绞合成芯线1,再在芯线1外绞合数层软铝线后用圆形紧压模对外层铝线3进行拉拔紧压,使紧压后的铝线3的横截面呈扇形,相互间紧密接触,表面光滑平整,空隙减小,即制成本实用新型。
