Preparation method

(c) about 0.1% to about 10% silicone compounds, wherein said silicone compounds is selected from mean diameter in the described compositions and is 300nm or littler those, is dissolvable in water those of described compositions substantially, and their mixture, and wherein said soluble substantially silicone compounds is selected from the amino silicone polyol of amino silicone, amino silicone polyol, hydrophobically modified, the amido silicone copolyol of hydrophobically modified, and their mixture; With
(d) aqueous carrier.

20. as claim 1 or 3 described care compositions, wherein said non-ionic surface active agent is selected from Arlasolve 200, PPG-5-ceteth-20, PEG-40 castor oil hydrogenated, polysorbate-20, laureth-20, ceteth-10, ceteth-20, and their mixture.
21. as claim 1 or 3 described care compositions, wherein said cationic surfactant is selected from two long alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, a long alkyl chain amine, the dialkyl group streptamine of a long alkyl quaternary ammonium salts, two long alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, a long alkyl quaternary ammonium salts of hydrophilic replacement, hydrophilic replacement, and their mixture.
