背景技术
双管系统是法律要求的,或者由终端用户安装,以便防止危险化学品意外排放到环境中或防止对人的伤害。此外,双管系统用于特别保护昂贵的设备(机器、IT基础设施)。次级管线由保护管构成,该保护管包封内或主流体传导管。次级保持系统可设计成在压力下或作为排水系统被掩埋或在地上,并且大体上具有用以识别泄漏的一种类型的检测系统。目前的系统借助于同步或级联焊接来连接于彼此。连接技术在大洲与大洲间显著不同。然而,特别是在欧洲,越来越多地通过热焊接建立连接(在聚烯烃的情况下)。
从现有技术已知的是,已经预制的配件生产有内配件和外配件,并且这些配件接着在每种情况下连接于内管和外管。由于内管和外管的许多不同直径以及必须预制的各种配件(诸如三通管、弯头等),故高水平的库存为必要的,这在当今不再是期望的。以类似的方式生产次级容纳管,其中较小的内管/主管插入到较大的外管/容纳管中并且设有定心件。管至成型件的连接接着是最困难的任务。现有系统需要相当大数量的同时连接来用于安装。执行典型的粘合连接,其中首先,底漆施加到配合在一起的两个表面上;渗碳体接着施加到两个表面上,后接的是具有直角转弯的对应部分快速连结在一起,并且接着使部分固定达30秒至1分钟,直到渗碳体凝固。
如果试图同时产生内连接和外连接,则该方法为可理解地更加难以实现的。存在必须准备的两倍的表面,并且内管必须紧固于保护管,以便确保套管的完全插入。此外,在同时连接的情况下,内连接是“盲”执行的。现有系统的另外的缺点还包括无法在压力测试期间检查内连接,以及如果发生泄漏则难以定位和修理有缺陷的连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种用于双管系统的次级管线的配件,其可以以简单且低成本的方式生产,并且可能的是在组装期间检查主管线和次级管线的连接点。
该目的根据本发明实现,其中配件具有布置在半壳的内圆周上的间隔元件,用于配件相对于主管线的同心布置。
根据本发明的配件用于连接双管系统的次级塑料管线,包含由塑料构成的两个半壳。半壳在每种情况下具有集成的加热丝,其中加热丝在每种情况下布置在连接件的区域中。加热丝在连接件的区域中具有若干迂曲绕组,即,加热丝沿着半壳的内径上的凹槽或在该凹槽中延伸,其中优选地,加热丝沿着平行于彼此延伸且经由半径连接于彼此的线延伸。加热丝布置在半壳中为此提供的凹槽中,其中优选地,加热丝通过埋入(ploughin)而并入到半壳中。此外,配件具有连接两个半壳的连接元件。为了实现良好焊接,两个半壳由优选地以规则的间隔沿着分离平面布置在外径上的连接元件夹在一起。配件具有布置在半壳的内圆周上的间隔元件,用于配件相对于主管线的同心布置。次级管线的配件的根据本发明的构造使得可能将两个半壳围绕已经组装的主管线放置。因此,可提前检查主管线的焊接或连接,并且随后可围绕该主管线安装次级管线。
显示有利的是,间隔元件形成为支承抵靠主管线的外径的圆形节段状盘。间隔元件同心地布置在半壳中,并且优选地与半壳一体地形成或者注射模制在其上。有利的是,间隔元件布置在半壳在连接件的区域之间的中心区域中。
优选地,加热丝沿着半壳的边缘延伸。半壳由分离平面形成,该分离平面沿着且穿过配件的中心轴线或纵向轴线延伸,由此形成半壳的开放边缘。
优选地,布置在连接件的区域中的加热丝绕组经由沿着边缘延伸的加热丝连接于彼此。由此,实现均匀加热。
有利的是,半壳具有焊接显示部,由此识别是否已经进行焊接。优选地,焊接显示部沿着半壳的边缘布置。由于连结在一起以形成配件的两个半壳的优选点对称的形成,故配件具有在每种情况下布置在中心区域的开始处和结束处的两个焊接显示部。连接件在每种情况下邻接中心区域。
显示为优选实施例的是,连接元件形成为分开的卡扣连接或集成地布置在其上的卡扣连接。有利的是,连接元件沿着组装成形成配件的两个半壳的分离点布置。出于该目的,优选地,半壳具有相对的贯穿开口,连接元件或卡扣连接布置在该相对的贯穿开口中,或者它们直接注射模制在半壳上。
显示为有利的是,卡扣连接由可插入到半壳中或形成或注射模制在其上的固定件和可插入到半壳中或形成或注射模制在其上的夹具形成。优选地,固定件布置在半壳的一个侧部上,并且夹具布置在半壳的另一个侧部上,并且在相对的半壳中对应地反过来,使得半壳可连接于彼此。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于连接双管系统的次级塑料管线的配件(1),所述配件(1)包含由塑料构成的两个半壳(2),以及连接所述两个半壳(2)的连接元件(7),其中在每种情况下,所述半壳(2)中的每个具有集成的加热丝(3),其中所述加热丝(3)在每种情况下布置在所述连接件(4)的区域中,并且所述加热丝(3)具有若干迂曲绕组(5),其中所述加热丝(3)在每种情况下布置在所述半壳(2)中为此提供的凹槽(6)中,其特征在于,所述配件(1)具有布置在所述半壳(2)的内圆周(8)上的间隔元件(9),用于所述配件(1)相对于主管线(10)的同心布置。

6.根据权利要求1至权利要求5中任一项所述的配件(1),其特征在于,所述连接元件(7)形成为分开的卡扣连接或集成地布置在所述配件上的卡扣连接。
7.根据权利要求1至权利要求5中任一项所述的配件(1),其特征在于,所述卡扣连接由可插入所述半壳(2)中或集成地布置在其上的固定件(15)和可插入到所述半壳(2)中或集成地布置在其上的夹具(14)形成。
8.根据权利要求1至权利要求7中任一项所述的配件(1),其特征在于,所述配件(1)形成为三通管、弯头或弯曲区段。
9.根据权利要求1至权利要求8中任一项所述的配件(1),其特征在于,所述半壳(2)对称地或点对称地形成。
