Abstract
The invention discloses a functional capsule for disposable hygienic products. The functional capsule is prepared by wrapping a functional material by using a PVA water-soluble film. The functional capsule for the disposable sanitary products is a granular product before use, and the PVA water-soluble film is wrapped outside the functional capsule for the disposable sanitary products, so that the functional capsule has the function of isolating air. The alcoholysis degree of PVA is controlled to achieve the aim of quick dissolution in water at normal temperature. The PVA functional material in a dry state is kept intact when being worn, and after body fluid is discharged, the PVA is dissolved in the body fluid to exert the efficacy.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a functional capsule.
Background
The functional sanitary article is a disposable sanitary article which can improve the comfort of human body and help to relieve the health problems by adding a certain safety limit of functional components or using functional materials.
Natural materials generally include natural oils and fats, natural polymers, plant extracts, and the like. Most natural raw materials are considered to have the advantages of safety and low irritation, and are widely applied to the fields of cosmetics, sanitary products and the like, but the natural raw materials have the problems of easy oxidation and obvious color change. For example, the use of microcapsule technology or the addition of fragrances/perfumes to porous materials, where the perfume, the perfume volatilizes, can fade; it is also possible to apply or add functional materials to the surface of the nonwoven or core, for example, to apply a cooling agent to the nonwoven, but the cooling agent material gradually becomes ineffective over time, etc.

uniformly mixing 20-30 parts by mass of soybean amino acid, 4.5-8 parts by mass of magnolia bark extract, 3-5 parts by mass of cinquefoil extract, 3-5 parts by mass of coffee Huang Kuiguo extract, 1.5-3 parts by mass of swertia extract and 1.5-3 parts by mass of gentian extract;
dissolving 3-8 parts by mass of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 10-25 parts by mass of propylene glycol in the uniformly mixed solution;
slowly (dropwise) adding 15-18 parts by mass of lauryl methacrylate after uniformly stirring;
continuously stirring for 1h to prepare primary emulsion;
transferring the primary emulsion into a high-pressure homogenizer, repeatedly homogenizing for 10 times to obtain transparent uniform nano emulsion with particle size of 68-85nm.

Detailed Description
The functional capsule for the disposable sanitary article is prepared by wrapping a functional material by using a PVA water-soluble film. When the PVA water-soluble film is prepared, the alcoholysis degree of PVA is controlled, so that the PVA can be quickly dissolved in water at normal temperature.
Further, the preparation method of the functional capsule comprises the following steps:
preparing a PVA water-soluble film; the preparation method of the PVA water-soluble film can be selected according to the needs and actual conditions, for example, PVA hydrosol with high water content can be uniformly and consistently coated on a PET film substrate by a coating device, and then the PVA hydrosol is formed by processes of drying, curing, hot pressing and the like; or can be prepared by adopting the modes of melt casting, etc.; similar processes are mature processes and are not described in detail herein.
The functional material is packaged into PVA water soluble film using a packaging machine. For example, using an automatic rotary press (similar to cod liver oil preparation method or laundry beads); the two layers of PVA were wrapped around the contents (basis weight) and bonded together by hot melt extrusion.
The PVA film is adopted as a packaging material, and after the PVA film is contacted with body fluid, the PVA film is quickly dissolved (the dissolution time is controllable), and the content is exposed to generate a functional effect.
The particle size of the functional capsule can be adjusted according to the application scene, and the mold can be replaced.
The functional materials are solid, powder, paste and liquid. The functions of the functional materials include one or a combination of the following:
1. essence-neutralization and deodorization
2. Antibacterial nano silver, preventing oxidation and blackening before use, and improving effectiveness.
3. Carbon powder/porous material-adsorbed odour
4. Microcapsule- -deodorizing: (conventional microcapsule or porous materials technology)
5. Health care: cooling (coolant component), far infrared (ceramic powder, etc)
6. The components of the warmer are as follows: carbon powder and iron powder
7. The health-care components of the traditional Chinese medicine are as follows: mixing the extracts
The following will describe an example of a deodorizing functional liquid material
The manufacturing method of the functional liquid material comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing 25 parts by mass of soybean amino acid, 6.5 parts by mass of magnolia bark extract, 4 parts by mass of cinnamon bark extract, 4 parts by mass of coffee Huang Kuiguo extract, 2 parts by mass of swertia herb extract and 2 parts by mass of gentian extract;
dissolving 6 parts by mass of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 15 parts by mass of propylene glycol in the uniformly mixed solution;
slowly (dropwise) adding 16 parts by mass of lauryl methacrylate after uniformly stirring;
continuously stirring for 1h to prepare primary emulsion;
transferring the primary emulsion into a high-pressure homogenizer, repeatedly homogenizing for 10 times to obtain transparent uniform nano emulsion with particle size of 68-85nm.
The soybean amino acid and the lauryl methacrylate are taken as main deodorizing functional components, and have good effects of removing sulfur-containing and nitrogen-containing peculiar smell small molecules such as amine, hydrogen sulfide and the like.
In the disposable sanitary article, the functional capsule for the disposable sanitary article can be prepared into one or a plurality of sap particle sizes, and then the functional capsule and sap resin are mixed and broadcast together; the core body can be grooved, and the disposable sanitary products can be broadcasted and filled in the groove by functional capsules at fixed points.
Claims (6)
1. A functional capsule for disposable sanitary products is characterized in that the functional capsule is prepared by wrapping a functional material by a PVA water-soluble film.
2. The functional capsule for disposable hygienic products according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the functional capsule comprises the following steps:
preparing a PVA water-soluble film;
the functional material is packaged into PVA water soluble film using a packaging machine.
3. The functional capsule for disposable hygienic products according to claim 1, wherein the functional material is solid, powder, paste, or liquid.
4. The functional capsule for disposable hygienic products according to claim 1, wherein the method for manufacturing the functional material comprises the steps of:

5. The functional capsule for disposable hygienic products as set forth in claim 2, wherein said packing machine is an automatic rotary press.
6. A disposable sanitary article, wherein the functional capsule of claim 1 is provided in the sanitary article.
