A film covering workshop: as one of the core processes of automobile manufacturing, coating requires independent quality, personnel, equipment, energy, and the like to be managed, and therefore, an independent coating workshop is established. And finishing the appearance color of the vehicle body frame and the sub-pasting piece in a film covering workshop. The efficiency of the film coating workshop is lower than that of the whole vehicle assembly and antiseptic treatment, so that a plurality of film coating lines can be provided for capacity matching according to the production takt. The film coating workshop comprises two working sections of a vehicle body part film coating (namely a vehicle body frame film coating) and a separate pasting part film coating.
Assembly workshop: after the film covering of the car body frame is finished, the car body frame is transported to a final assembly station by a main final assembly traditional belt, and the sub-adhesive piece is transported to a corresponding installation position of a final assembly line by factory logistics after film covering. Compared with the traditional assembly, the vehicle body frame and the adhesive separating piece are not assembled at the moment, so that the installation stations of the vehicle body frame and the adhesive separating piece are increased.
The main conveying line conveys the car body frames to a branch conveying line of an idle car body film covering workshop section of the film covering workshop, and after film covering is finished in the film covering workshop section of the branch conveying line, the car body frames return to the main traditional line and continue to be conveyed to the general assembly workshop; the sub-pasting pieces are delivered from the storehouse, are conveyed to corresponding sub-pasting piece film covering stations of the film covering workshop by the workshop logistics vehicle, are sent to corresponding installation stations of the general assembly workshop by the workshop logistics vehicle after film covering is finished, and can also be conveyed to the storehouse for standby according to the capacity.
The vehicle body frame enters a main line mounting platform of a general assembly workshop, and sub-attaching pieces are manually mounted to be assembled into a complete white vehicle body; the original assembly process needs to take down the vehicle door from the vehicle body for assembling the vehicle door system, and based on the process of the film coating of the invention, the vehicle door is not installed at the moment, so the step of taking down the vehicle door is omitted, and the vehicle door system is directly subpackaged. The rest of the final assembly process is the same as the conventional process.

The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for coating a film on an automobile body is characterized in that the method is used for coating the film on the automobile body frame and a sub-pasting piece after electrophoresis treatment, and comprises the following steps:
coating a vehicle body frame:
dedusting and positioning the electrophoresis-treated vehicle body frame;
cutting the car film according to the shape and the size of the film attached to the car body frame;
adsorbing the front side of the car film, and spraying glue on the back side of the car film;
aligning the vehicle film to the outer surface of the vehicle body frame to be filmed to carry out attaching treatment, and flattening by adopting a following roller to realize the film covering of the vehicle body frame;
laminating a sub-part:
carrying out dust removal and glue spraying treatment on the sub-pasting piece subjected to electrophoresis treatment; the sub-pasting piece comprises a vehicle body covering piece, a front anti-collision beam, a rear anti-collision beam and a door handle;
and introducing compressed air into the bagging type car film, placing the sub-pasting piece into the bagging type car film, sealing and vacuumizing, sealing and pressing the bagging type car film by adopting a heating roller, and realizing the film covering of the sub-pasting piece.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the pallet roller flattening comprises primary pallet roller flattening and secondary pallet roller flattening;
the primary flattening of the following roller is as follows: moving the following roller to be attached to the outer surface of the vehicle body frame, vibrating at a high speed to enable the roller to change between stressed state and unstressed state, moving the roller to keep the shape following with the vehicle body frame, and achieving the primary paving of the vehicle body frame vehicle film;
the secondary flattening of the following roller is as follows: moving the following roller with temperature to be attached to the outer surface of the vehicle body frame, and then vibrating at a high speed to ensure that the roller is changed between stress and non-stress, and moves to keep following with the vehicle body frame, so that the adsorption force of the vehicle body frame and the vehicle membrane is increased;
the following rollers are made of non-Newtonian fluid materials.

The automobile body film coating method according to claim 2, wherein the body frame film coating is specifically: carrying out dust removal treatment on the electrophoresis-treated vehicle body frame by adopting compressed air, and positioning the vehicle body frame by using a limiting device; cutting the car film according to the shape and the size of the film attached to the car body frame; adsorbing the edge part of the front side of the turning film through a tool for adsorbing the turning film, and spraying glue on the back side of the turning film; and aligning the vehicle film to the outer surface of the vehicle body frame to be filmed to carry out attaching treatment, and flattening twice by adopting a following roller to realize the film covering of the vehicle body frame.

The automobile body film coating method according to claim 1, wherein the sub-part film coating specifically comprises: carrying out dust removal and glue spraying treatment on the sub-pasting piece subjected to electrophoresis treatment; expanding the bagging type vehicle film, placing the expanded bagging type vehicle film in a vehicle film expanding tool groove, and introducing compressed air into the bagging type vehicle film; placing the sub-pasting piece in a bag-type turning film, positioning the sub-pasting piece through a positioning part at the bottom of a turning film unfolding tool groove, sealing and vacuumizing to enable the bag-type turning film to wrap and paste the sub-pasting piece; and cutting the edge of the seal by adopting laser, and pressing the seal by adopting a heating roller to realize the film covering of the sub-pasting piece.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the temperature in the film unwind tool tank is between 45 ℃ and 60 ℃.
6. The method for coating the automobile body as claimed in claim 4, wherein the vacuum pressure in the vacuumizing process is between 0.3 and 0.5 mpa.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the body panels comprise a front bumper, a rear bumper, a door, a left fender, a right fender, a hood, a trunk lid, and a tank cap.
8. The method for laminating the automobile body according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the automobile film is less than or equal to 0.2mm, and the automobile film substrate is PVC or TPH.
9. The automobile body machining process is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
manufacturing a vehicle body frame and a sub-pasting piece by adopting a stamping process and a welding process;
respectively carrying out electrophoresis treatment on the vehicle body frame and the sub-pasting pieces;
respectively laminating the body frame and the sub-mount by using the automobile body laminating method according to any one of claims 1 to 7;
and assembling the separate pasting piece and the vehicle body frame.
10. The automotive body processing process of claim 9, wherein the electrophoresis treatment comprises degreasing, surface conditioning, phosphating, electrophoresis and baking process treatments.
