Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a gripper for binding end portions of a plurality of sheets of paper to form a booklet.
Background
A booklet such as a notebook or a book is formed by binding the ends of a plurality of sheets of paper using glue, a thread, or the like. In order to sort and group documents and the like as needed, a user may form a booklet by binding a plurality of sheets of paper. In such a case, a so-called ring folder or the like has been frequently used. For example, a ring-shaped folder has a cover folded in two and a ring-shaped fastener, in which a through hole is formed in a document in advance using a punch or the like as a holding unit for holding a plurality of sheets of paper on the back surface of the cover, and the through hole is inserted into the ring-shaped fastener, whereby the paper can be added or removed as necessary.
Further, the clip device disclosed in patent document 1 includes an elongated cover member disposed along the back of the cover, and the cover member includes a clip as a holding unit. This clip is a conventionally known technique as shown in patent document 2. The clip of patent document 2 is formed by bending a thin metal plate having elasticity, and a pair of opposed clipping pieces are provided extending from the end in the width direction of the base part, and is formed in a substantially コ shape in side view opened in the cover direction. The pair of clamping pieces are formed to gradually expand in the opening direction, and pressing claws are formed at the tips of the clamping pieces so as to be respectively opposed to each other so as to be bent inward toward the base portion. When binding paper, a bundle of a plurality of sheets of paper is inserted between a pair of clamping pieces of a clip, and the bundle of sheets of paper is slid and pushed by a pressing member having a コ -shaped side view. Thus, the pair of nipping pieces are pressed inside the pressing member, and the bundle of sheets can be strongly pressed by the return elastic force of the pair of pressing claws compressed between the nipping pieces and the bundle of sheets. By using such a clip, the document can be bound in a booklet shape without forming a through hole in the document.
When the clamp is released, the sheet bundle and the pressing member may be gripped and pulled in the separating direction. In an initial operation stage when the sheet bundle and the pressing cover portion are pulled in the separating direction, the pressing claws of the clips press the front surface of the uppermost sheet and the back surface of the lowermost sheet which are directly in contact with each other, respectively, and the front surface and the back surface of the sheet bundle are not moved relative to each other due to a frictional force acting on the contact portions. Therefore, the pressing member and the clip are operated to be relatively separated from each other by sliding the inner surface of the opening of the pressing member and the surface of the clamping piece of the clip, and the clamping pressure of the clamping piece of the clip is attenuated as the pressing member and the clip are separated from each other, so that the clamping of the clip can be released by a simple operation.
Returning to patent document 1, in this clip tool, 3 clips are arranged so as to be separated from each other in the longitudinal direction of the elongated cover member. In addition, in patent document 1, for the purpose of protecting paper and improving the appearance, the configuration is such that: the paper binding machine has a double-page-shaped cover member, and a bundle of sheets of paper is sandwiched between the cover members and is bound by 3 clips via the cover members.

Problems to be solved by the invention
In the clip-type file of patent document 1, when the clip is released, the sheet bundle is held from the cover member with one hand, and the cover member is held with the other hand and pulled in the separating direction. In this case, if the cover member is made of synthetic resin or the like and the friction coefficient of the surface is low, the pressing claw of the clip slides on the surface of the cover member, and the clip is separated from the cover member and the sheet bundle in a state where the clip and the cover member are not relatively separated. Therefore, the clip is forcibly detached from the cover member and the sheet bundle without the clamping force of the clamping piece being attenuated, and there is a possibility that the sheet bundle may be out of shape.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a clamping device capable of smoothly performing an operation of adding or removing sheets bound in a booklet shape without being restricted by a material of a cover member.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problem, a gripper according to the present invention is a gripper for binding end portions of a plurality of sheets of paper so as to add or remove the paper, and forming a booklet, the gripper comprising: a cover member in a double-page shape capable of sandwiching a bundle of sheets of paper; an elongated cover member having an opening along a back of the cover member; and a plurality of clips which are arranged in the opening part of the cover component in a mode of being capable of moving forward and backward, wherein each clip is provided with a pair of clamping pieces and claw parts extending inwards from the front ends of the clamping pieces, and through holes for the claw parts of the plurality of clips to penetrate through are formed in the front cover and the back cover of the cover component respectively.
According to this feature, since the claw portions of the plurality of clips are inserted into the through-holes formed in the cover member and directly abut against the front surface of the uppermost sheet and the back surface of the lowermost sheet, respectively, when the sheet bundle of the plurality of sheets is held on the cover and pulled in a direction to separate the sheet bundle from the cover member, the clips and the sheet bundle do not move relative to each other due to a frictional force acting at a portion where the claw portions and the sheet bundle abut against each other, the cover member and the plurality of clips operate so as to relatively separate from each other, and a nipping force of the nipping piece of the plurality of clips attenuates in one operation as separation. Further, since the plurality of clips are pulled out from the opening of the cover member and the clamping force is reduced, the paper can be easily inserted into the internal space of the clips again. This makes it possible to smoothly perform an operation of adding or removing papers bound in a booklet shape without being restricted by the material of the cover member.
Characterized in that 2 clips are arranged near the center of the cover member in the longitudinal direction.
According to this feature, since the clips are disposed near the center of the elongated cover member, when the sheet bundle of sheets and the cover member are twisted in a direction of obliquely separating them, the clip located on the side away from the tilting fulcrum in the longitudinal direction moves in a direction of largely separating it from the cover member, and even if the clip located on the other side close to the tilting fulcrum in the longitudinal direction moves in a direction of separating it following the clip on the one side, the clipping force of any one of the 2 clips can be attenuated by one operation.
Characterized in that the size of the clamping piece of the clip from the front end to the rear end is formed to be substantially the same as the size from the back of the cover to the back side edge of the through hole.
According to this feature, when the cover member and the cover member are moved in the separating direction, the inner corner portion which is the boundary between the clamping piece and the claw portion comes into contact with the back side edge portion of the through hole, and the clip moves together with the cover member, whereby the clip can be reliably pulled out from the opening portion of the cover member.
Characterized in that a decorative member which can be externally fitted to the cover member is detachably disposed on the cover member.
According to this feature, the booklet bound by the holding tool can be easily recognized by the decoration member fitted to the cover member.
Characterized in that the through hole is formed to have a smaller front-rear direction than a front-rear dimension of the claw portion.
With this feature, the claw portion inserted through the through hole is less likely to fall off the through hole, and the workability is excellent.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a mode of a clip tool for carrying out the present invention will be described based on examples.
Examples
A clip fitting of the embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 7. Hereinafter, the upper right side of the plane of fig. 1 and the right side of the paper surface of fig. 4 will be described with reference to the vertical, horizontal, front-rear direction as viewed from the front side.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a clip tool 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is a filing tool for detachably clipping and binding a to-be-clipped object P inserted into an internal space S1 of the clip tool 1 into a booklet shape. The holder 1 includes: a cover member 2 which is an elongated member extending vertically, is open at the front surface (upper right in fig. 1) of the cover member 2 in the longitudinal direction, and has a cross-sectional shape of approximately コ;2 clips 3, the 2 clips 3, 3 are arranged in the cover component 2 in a clamping state and separated in the length direction; and a cover member 4 in a double-page shape covering the object P to be clamped.
The object P to be gripped that can be bound by the gripper 1 is a bundle of sheets of A4-size copy paper, such as letters and memos, and other sheets, booklets, and documents.
As shown in fig. 3, the cover member 4 is made of, for example, a deformable sheet material made of polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, other resin having elasticity, paper, or the like. The folded portions 43 and 43 are formed to extend vertically in parallel substantially at the center in the left-right direction of the spread cover member 4, the back 40 having a left-right width is formed between the folded portions 43 and 43 by dividing the folded portions 43 and 43, and the front cover 4A and the back cover 4B are formed on the left and right of the back 40.
The front cover 4A and the back cover 4B of the cover member 4 are formed with through holes 41 and 42 having the same rectangular shape, respectively. The through holes 41 and 42 are formed at positions near the center of the cover element 4 in the vertical direction. The through holes 41 and 42 of the front cover 4A and the through holes 41 and 42 of the back cover 4B are formed close to the back 40 in the left-right direction. The through holes 41, 41 and the through holes 42, 42 are formed symmetrically with respect to the back 40, and when the folded portions 43, 43 are folded in the same direction, the through holes 41, 41 and the through holes 42, 42 face each other (see fig. 4). In addition, fold portions 44 and 44 are formed along the back side edge portions 41a, 42a, and 42a of the through holes 41 and the through holes 42 and 42 on the back 40 side in the vertical direction of the cover member 4, respectively, so that the front cover 4A can be easily folded in accordance with the opening operation.
The opening width in the front-rear direction from the back side edge portions 41a, 42a to the end side edge portions 41b, 42b of the through holes 41, 42 is formed smaller than the front-rear dimension of the claw portions 3A, 3A described later. Thus, the claw portions 3A and 3A inserted through the through holes 41 and 42 are less likely to come off the through holes 41 and 42, and the workability is excellent.
Next, the structure of the clip 3 and the cover member 2 will be described with reference to fig. 7. The clip 3 is an elastically deformable fastening tool mainly made of metal, hard synthetic resin, or the like, and is formed in a cross-sectional shape of approximately コ by the base portion 33, the clamping pieces 31, 32, and the claw portions 3A, 3A. More specifically, a base portion 33 having a base width X1 is formed by bending from the center side of the base portion 33, clamping pieces 31 and 32 are formed continuously and spread out from both ends of the base portion 33, and a pair of claw portions 3A and 3A extending inward toward the base portion 33 are formed facing each other at the front ends of the clamping pieces 31 and 32.
The cover member 2 is formed of metal, hard synthetic resin, or the like so as to be less deformable than the clip 3, and a pair of pressing pieces 21 and 22 are formed on the distal end side of the cover member 2 so as to have a cross-sectional shape of approximately コ with a base 23 interposed therebetween. The outer surface side of the base 23 functions as a back, and a sticker or the like can be attached. The insertion width Y1 formed between the distal ends of the pair of pressing pieces 21 and 22 is formed to be narrower than the width X1 of the base portion 33 of the clip 3. The insertion width Y1 in the natural state is narrower than the width Y2 of the base 23 of the pressing cover 5.
Further, engaging convex portions 21a and 22a are formed so as to protrude from the inner surfaces of the pressing pieces 21 and 22 of the cover member 2, and engaging concave portions 3B and 3B (see fig. 1 and 2) as slits are formed in the pinching pieces 31 and 32 of the clip 3. The engaging convex portions 21a and 22a of the pressing pieces 21 and 22 are fitted into the engaging concave portions 3B and 3B of the clamping pieces 31 and 32 in a clearance fit manner, so that the cover member 2 and the clips 3 and 3 are slidably prevented from coming off. The cover member 2 is attached to the clip 3 as follows: inner side surfaces of the pressing pieces 21 and 22 are slidable relative to each other along outer surfaces of the clamping pieces 31 and 32 of the clip 3 in a manner slidable in an insertion direction (approaching direction) and a removal direction (separating direction) of the object P to be clamped.
Next, a mode of clamping the object P by the clamp 1 will be described with reference to (a) to (c) of fig. 4. First, as shown in fig. 4 (a), a clamped object P obtained by stacking a plurality of paper sheets is gripped and inserted into an internal space S1 formed by the front cover 4A and the back cover 4B of the cover member 4 facing each other. Specifically, the bound end P3 of the object P to be clamped is inserted until it abuts against the back 40 of the cover member 4. In this insertion process, the tips of the pair of claw portions 3A, 3A of the clip 3 inserted into the through holes 41, 42 of the cover member 4 and disposed projecting into the internal space S1 are brought into contact with the front surface P1 and the back surface P2 of the object P to be clamped, respectively.
Next, as shown in fig. 4 (b), when the object P to be clamped is further pushed in from the state where the bound end portion P3 of the object P to be clamped is in contact with the back portion 40 of the cover member 4, the back portion 40 of the cover member 4 is in contact with the base portion 33 of the clip 3, and when the back portion 40 of the cover member 4 is further pushed in, the clip 3 is pushed in toward the base portion 23 of the cover member 2 by the back portion 40 of the cover member 4.
Since the clamping pieces 31 and 32 of the clip 3 are formed to be wider than the insertion width Y1 of the cover member 2, the clamping pieces 31 and 32 of the clip 3 are gradually accommodated in the cover member 2 while being compressed from the top-bottom direction by the pressing pieces 21 and 22 of the cover member 2 and elastically deformed. Since the claw portions 3A and 3A are compressed in the vertical direction by the pressing pieces 21 and 22, the elastic force of the claw portions 3A and 3A gradually increases as the clip 3 is gradually housed in the cover member 2, and the object P to be clamped is strongly clamped.
As shown in fig. 4 (c), the clip 3 can be inserted until the base 33 abuts against the base 23 of the cover member 2, and the state in which the base 33 of the clip 3 abuts against the base 23 of the cover member 2 is a completely housed state. This state is a state in which the gripping force of the pair of claw portions 3A, 3A is maximum, and in this state, the binding of the object P to be gripped using the gripper 1 is completed. Although the description has been given of the manner in which the clamped object P is gripped and pushed into the cover member 2 side at the time of binding, the binding can be performed similarly, without being limited thereto, even if the clamped object P is gripped from the cover member 4 covering the clamped object P.
Next, a mode of releasing the clamped state between the clamp 1 and the object P to be clamped will be described with reference to (a) to (c) of fig. 5.
When the object P to be clamped is detached from the clamp 1, the object P to be clamped is held by the cover member 4 while being held near the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the cover member 2, and is relatively moved in the direction of separating from each other. When the pair of claw portions 3A are moved relatively in the direction of separation, the base portion 23 of the cover member 2 is separated from the base portion 33 of the clip 3, and the clip 3 protrudes from the cover member 2, because the clip 3 is intended to remain on the cover member 4 side due to the frictional force between the tips of the pair of claw portions 3A and the front surface P1 and the back surface P2 of the object P to be clamped. Accordingly, the compression force applied to the claw portions 3A, 3A in the vertical direction from the pressing pieces 21, 22 is weakened, and as the clip 3 is gradually pulled out of the cover member 2, the elastic force of the claw portions 3A, 3A is weakened, and the holding force for the object P to be held is weakened, and the state shown in fig. 5 (a) is obtained.
When the cover member 2 and the object P to be clamped are further moved in the direction of separating from each other by gripping the object P from the cover member 4, the cover member 4 moves to the front side of the object P to be clamped, and therefore the inner corner 34 formed at the boundary between the claw portions 3A and 3A comes into contact with the back side edge portions 41a and 42a of the through holes 41 and 42, and the state shown in fig. 5 (b) is obtained.
When the cover member 2 and the cover member 4 are further moved in the direction of separating from each other from the state shown in fig. 5 (b), the back side edge portions 41a and 42a of the cover member 4 come into contact with the inner corner portions 34 and 34 of the clip 3, and therefore the cover member 4 plays a role of pulling out the clip 3 from the cover member 2. Since the clamping force of the claw portions 3A, 3A becomes weaker as the cover member 4 is pulled out by the inside corner portion 34, the amount by which the cover member 4 pulls out the clip 3 from the cover member 2 becomes gradually larger when the cover member is moved relatively in the separating direction. As a result, the clip 3 shown in fig. 5 (c) is completely pulled out from the cover member 2, and is in the storage released state. The gripping force of the claw portions 3A, 3A at this time is minimum.
When the object P to be clamped is detached from the clamp 1, for example, when the object P to be clamped is held in the vicinity of the upper end portion in the longitudinal direction of the cover member 2 and the lower end portion of the cover member 4 and is unexpectedly moved in a direction of being obliquely separated from each other, the clip 3 (upper side of the paper surface) located on the side away from the tilting fulcrum in the longitudinal direction is moved in a direction of being largely separated from the clip 3 by the friction with the object P to be clamped, and the clamping force of the claw portion 3B is weakened, so that the clip 3 is in a state of being protruded. In the clip 3 (upper side of the paper surface) and the cover member 2 located on the other side in the longitudinal direction near the tilt fulcrum, since the cover member 2 is formed to extend in the vertical direction and the clips 3, 3 are disposed closer to the center side than the end portion of the cover member 2, the clip 3 located on the other side also moves in the direction of separating following the clip 3 on the one side, the clipping force of the claw portion 3B is weakened, and the clips 3, 3 are in the state shown in fig. 6 in which they protrude. This enables smooth replacement of the object P.
The cover member shown in fig. 7 shows a modification in which the positions of the pair of through holes 41 and 42 are changed. The pair of through holes 410 and 420 of the cover member 400 shown in the modification changes the distance from the outer surface of the back 40 of the cover member to the back side edge of the through hole. Specifically, in the modification, the distance b from the outer surface of the back 40 of the cover member 400 to the back side edge portions 410a and 420a of the through holes 410 and 420 is formed to be substantially the same as the distance a from the inner surface of the base portion 33 of the clip 3 to the inner corner portion 34 of the claw portion 3A turned back toward the inner surface.
When the cover member 400 is attached to the clip 3, the clip 3 is slid in the forward direction from the cover member 2 to be placed in the released state, the one claw portion 3A of the clip 3 is inserted into the one through hole 410 formed in the cover member 400, and the inner corner portion 34 of the claw portion 3A and the back side edge portion 410a of the through hole 410 are brought into contact with each other, whereby the one claw portion 3A of the clip 3 and the one through hole 410 are brought into the engaged state. Since the cover member 400 is formed into a deformable sheet shape, when the other claw portion 3A is engaged with the other through hole 410, as shown in fig. 8, the other claw portion 3A of the clip 3 is inserted into the other through hole 410 formed in the cover member 400 by bending the cover member 400 inside the clip 3, and the inner corner portion 34 of the claw portion 3A and the back side edge portion 410a of the through hole 410 can be brought into contact with each other.
Fig. 9 (a) shows modification 1 of the cover member described above, and in modification 1, the cover member 20 has vertically extending projections 2b, 2c, and 2c formed at the rear end portion and both side portions of the outer surface 2a of the cover member 20. A decorative member 6 that can be externally fitted to the cover member 20 is detachably disposed on the cover member 20. The decorative member 6 is substantially コ in cross section, extends vertically, and is formed one turn larger than the cover member 20. The upper and lower dimensions of the decorative member 6 are formed to be substantially the same as those of the cover member 20. Further, concave portions 6b, 6c extending vertically are formed at the rear end portion and both side portions of the inner surface 6a of the decorative member 6, and the lower end portion of the decorative member 6 is brought into contact with the upper end portion of the cover member 20 and slid, whereby the protruding portions 2b, 2c are engaged with the concave portions 6b, 6c, and the decorative member 6 is externally fitted to the entire outer surface 2a of the cover member 20.
The decorative member 6 is formed of synthetic resin or the like, and the cover member 20 is externally fitted to the decorative member 6, whereby the strength of the cover member 20 is improved, and the objects P to be clamped bound to the clamp 1 can be easily recognized by further changing the color and texture of the decorative member 6. In addition, the decorative member 6 is made of a transparent material, so that the appearance of the clip 1 is improved. The decorative member 6 has a display portion 6A provided by applying a coating process or sticking a sticker on the outer surface thereof, and the display portion 6A records the title, contents, and the like of the object P to be gripped, thereby allowing the contents of the object P to be gripped by the gripper to be recognized. Further, since the display portion 6A of the decorative member 6 has a flat display surface formed at a position outside the outer surface of the base portion of the cover member, characters and the like can be easily written on the display portion 6A, and thus the display portion can be easily recognized.
Fig. 9 (b) shows modification 2 of the cover member described above, and in modification 2, the cover member 12 has vertically extending projections 12b, 12b formed on the rear end side of both side portions of the outer peripheral surface 12a of the cover member 12. A decorative member 60 that can be fitted to the rear end of the outer peripheral surface 12a is detachably disposed on the cover member 12. The decorative member 60 is substantially コ in cross section, extends vertically, and has both side portions formed shorter than both side portions of the decorative member 6 of modification 1. The upper and lower dimensions of the decorative member 60 are formed to be substantially the same as those of the cover member 12. Further, recesses 60b, 60b extending vertically are formed at the rear end portion and both side portions of the inner surface 6a of the decorative member 60, and the lower end portion of the decorative member 60 is brought into contact with the upper end portion of the cover member 12 and slid, whereby the protruding portions 12b, 12b are engaged with the recesses 60b, and the decorative member 60 is externally fitted to the entire outer surface 2a of the cover member 20. Further, since both side portions of the decorative member 60 are formed shorter than both side portions of the decorative member 6, the cover member is light in weight, easy to process, and easy to attach to the cover member.
In this way, in the gripper 1 for forming a booklet by binding the end portions of a plurality of sheets of paper so as to be able to add or remove paper, since the gripper 1 has a plurality of clips 3 and through holes 41 and 42 through which the claw portions 3A of the plurality of clips 3 are respectively inserted are formed in the front cover 4A and the back cover 4B of the cover member 4, and therefore the claw portions 3A of the plurality of clips 3 are respectively inserted into the through holes 41 and 42 formed in the cover member 4 and directly abut against the front face P1 of the uppermost sheet and the back face P2 of the lowermost sheet, respectively, when the bundle of sheets of paper is gripped from the cover and pulled in a direction to separate the bundle of paper from the cover member 2, the clip 3 and the cover member P do not move relative to each other due to a frictional force acting at a portion where the claw portions 3A and the object P abut against each other, and the clip 2 and the plurality of clips 3 move relative to each other, and as the clip 3 and the cover member 3 move relative to each other easily in one operation. Further, since the plurality of clips 3 are pulled out from the opening of the cover member 2 and the clamping force is reduced, the paper can be easily inserted into the internal space of the clips 3 again. In this way, the operation of adding or removing the bound booklet-like sheets can be smoothly performed without being restricted by the material of the cover member 4, both at the time of removal and at the time of insertion. In addition, when the cover member 4 is moved in a direction to separate the cover member 4 from the cover member 2 by bringing the back side edge portions 41a and 42a of the cover member 4 into contact with the inner corner portions 34 and 34 of the clip 3 in a new use, the cover member 4 functions to pull out the clip 3 from the cover member 2, and thus the cover member can be easily put into the storage released state.
Further, since the plurality of clips 3 are arranged 2 by 2 in proximity to the center in the longitudinal direction of the cover member 2, the clips 3 are arranged in proximity to the center of the long cover member 2, and therefore, when the sheet bundle of sheets of paper and the cover member 2 are twisted in a direction of obliquely separating them, the clip 3 positioned on the side away from the tilt fulcrum in the longitudinal direction moves in a direction of greatly separating it from the cover member 2, and even the clip 3 positioned on the other side close to the tilt fulcrum in the longitudinal direction moves in a direction of separating it following the clip 3 on the one side, and the gripping force of any one of the 2 clips 3 can be attenuated by one operation.
Further, since the clip 3 is formed with the inner corner 34 folded back from the front ends of the clamping pieces 31 and 32 into the internal space and the size from the rear end of the clip 3 to the inner corner 34 is formed to be substantially the same as the size from the back 40 of the cover member 4 to the back side edge portions 41a and 42a of the through holes 41 and 42, when the cover member 2 is moved in the direction of separating from the object P to be clamped, the inner corner 34 comes into contact with the back side edge portions 41a and 42a of the through holes 41 and 42, and the clip 3 moves together with the cover member 4, and the clip 3 can be reliably pulled out from the opening of the cover member 2.
Further, since the decoration member 6 that can be externally fitted to the cover member 2 is detachably disposed on the cover member 2, the objects P to be clamped that are bound to the clamp 1 can be easily recognized by attaching the decoration member 6 to the cover member 2.
Further, since the opening widths of the through holes 41 and 42 in the front-rear direction are formed smaller than the front-rear dimension of the claw portion 3A, the claw portion 3A inserted through the through holes 41 and 42 is less likely to fall off the through holes 41 and 42.
While the embodiments and modifications of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, the specific configurations are not limited to these embodiments, and modifications and additions within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention are also included in the present invention.
