Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples are not representative of all implementations consistent with the present disclosure.
In the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present disclosure. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary and intended for the purpose of explaining the present disclosure and are not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure. Based on the embodiments in this disclosure, all other embodiments that a person of ordinary skill in the art would obtain without making any inventive effort are within the scope of protection of this disclosure. Embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
With the development of science and technology, mobile terminals are greatly popularized, people can acquire information conveniently and efficiently, and man-machine interaction is more frequent. In addition, with the development of society, people-to-people interaction is becoming denser. At present, people inevitably suffer noise interference from nearby people in living scenes such as public transportation, renting rooms, hotels and the like. In this regard, a reasonably efficient way to improve this problem has not been proposed in the related art. Taking a renting scene as an example, the traditional inter-tenant anti-disturbing scheme is to increase the sound insulation effect between rooms or to forcibly prescribe that tenants must stay quiet between 11 pm and 7 am. In the former, a sound insulation material and a sound insulation design are required, and there is a problem of high cost. In the latter case, the problem cannot be technically solved by the people and consciousness of the tenant, and the tenants often cannot be aware that noise interference may be generated to each other due to different work and rest time caused by different professions and living habits. For example, a programmer may get home from work ten times a night, a doctor may often take duty at night, rest during the day, and a public attendant may work normally about nine days and five nights. The normal activity time of each person may often be the rest time of other tenants, which also indirectly results in the frequency of noise interference.
In view of this, the present disclosure provides an information prompting method, which can implement a tamper-free information prompt between users through interactions between terminals held by the users. Specifically, when it is determined that the trigger condition is satisfied, the indication information may be sent to the server through a terminal, so that the server determines other terminals that are in the same specified range as the terminal. On the basis, the server can acquire the environmental sounds monitored by other terminals and carry out noise reduction prompt according to the environmental sounds. In this process, for the user to whom the terminal sending the instruction information belongs, if the user sends out noise with other users in the specified range, the terminal held by the other users (that is, the other terminals related to the terminal) triggers the noise reduction prompt based on the environmental sound monitoring, so that the user sending the noise can reduce the noise in time, and a quiet and comfortable sound environment is maintained.
For convenience of description, a terminal for transmitting instruction information will be referred to as a first terminal, a terminal for triggering execution of environmental sound monitoring based on an instruction of a server will be referred to as a second terminal, environmental sounds of an environment where the second terminal is located will be referred to as a second environmental sound, and instruction information transmitted by the first terminal will be referred to as first instruction information.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information prompting method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps S11 and S12.
In step S11, in the case where it is determined that the trigger condition is satisfied, first instruction information is generated.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the first indication information is used for indicating the server to determine a second terminal which is currently in a specified area range with the first terminal, and the noise reduction prompt is performed through a second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal.
In step S12, the first instruction information is transmitted to the server.
According to the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the user of the first terminal can monitor noise of other users in the designated area through the first indication information generated and sent by the first terminal, so that a quiet and comfortable sound environment is provided for the user.
In the above embodiment, when the server determines the second terminal, the server may acquire the second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal, so that the server may determine whether to control the second terminal to perform the noise reduction prompt according to the acquired second environmental sound. The server can acquire the second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal in an active or passive mode. For example, the server may instruct the second terminal to send the monitored second environmental sound to the server by sending corresponding instruction information. For another example, the second terminal may actively transmit the monitored second environmental sound in a manner that the server does not transmit the corresponding indication information, and at this time, the server performs passive reception. Of course, besides the server, the second terminal can also perform noise reduction according to the monitored second environmental sound, at this time, the server side does not need to acquire the second environmental sound, and the judgment on whether to perform noise reduction prompt is completed by the single side of the second terminal.
For example, the second terminal may trigger a noise reduction prompt if it detects that the second environmental sound is greater than the second threshold. The noise reduction prompt mode includes, but is not limited to, a bright screen popup prompt, a vibration prompt and a voice prompt, and the device for executing the noise reduction prompt may be the second terminal itself or other devices associated with the second terminal. In a possible implementation manner, the second terminal may control the smart bracelet bound to the second terminal to vibrate when it is detected that the second environmental sound is greater than the second threshold.
Further, it is understood that the identity of the same terminal is not fixed (by way of example, the identity of the terminal refers to the first terminal or the second terminal), but is determined in connection with a particular scenario. For example, if it is determined that the user to which the terminal belongs intends to reduce ambient noise, the terminal held by the user may be regarded as a first terminal, and the terminal instructs the server to trigger ambient sound monitoring of other terminals within a specified range by transmitting first instruction information. For another example, if the terminal receives the second indication information sent by the server, the terminal may be regarded as the second terminal, and perform the noise reduction prompt by monitoring the environmental sound of the environment where the terminal is located.
In general, noise reduction cues based on ambient sound monitoring may be triggered to execute in a variety of situations. In this regard, in the foregoing embodiments of the present disclosure, the trigger condition may be configured correspondingly, so that the first terminal is adapted to different situations where the noise reduction prompt needs to be executed.
The trigger condition set for the first terminal may include, for example, at least one of the following conditions one to three:
condition one: and monitoring that the user bound to the first terminal is in a preset state.
Condition II: the first environmental sound monitored by the first terminal is larger than a first threshold value.
And (3) a third condition: the first terminal enters the range of the designated area.
The preset state represents a specified physiological state of the user, for example, the user enters a sleep state or the user changes from the sleep state to an awake state, and the first ring silence monitored by the first terminal represents an environmental sound of an environment in which the first terminal is located. For example, for the third condition, whether the first terminal enters the specified area range may be determined by the location of the first terminal itself or a wireless access point (router) to which the first terminal has access. For example, it may be determined that the first terminal enters the specified area range in the case where it is detected that the first terminal accesses the specified wireless access point. Wherein a given wireless access point may be understood as a wireless access point within a given area.
Furthermore, the physiological state of the user, the silence of the first ring of the environment in which the first terminal is located and/or the location of the first terminal, which are referred to in the above embodiments, may be monitored by the first terminal itself or by other devices associated with the first terminal. Taking the physiological state of the user as an example, the user bound to the first terminal can wear an intelligent bracelet associated with the first terminal, and then the first terminal can monitor the physiological state of the user through the intelligent bracelet. Further, if the smart bracelet monitors that the user enters the sleep state and the preset state set previously is the sleep state of the user, the first terminal can determine that the user bound to the first terminal is in the preset state, and further trigger to generate first indication information so as to complete a subsequent noise reduction prompt flow.
For example, the above conditions, alone or in combination, may correspond to different possible situations in which a noise reduction prompt needs to be triggered.
For example, if the trigger condition includes only condition three, it is explained that the user needs to trigger the noise reduction prompt as soon as entering the specified area range, and the trigger condition is adapted to a scene such as a rest place or an office place where real-time silence is required.
For another example, if the triggering conditions include the condition one and the condition three, and the preset state specified in the condition one is that the user enters the sleep state, it is indicated that the user only needs to enter the specified area range and enter the sleep state, and other terminals in the specified area range are indicated to specify the noise reduction prompt based on the environmental sound monitoring, and the triggering condition is used for ensuring that the user is in a quiet sleep environment during sleeping.
In addition, the trigger condition may be set to a combination of the condition one, the condition two, and the condition three. For example, the monitoring of the first environmental sound and the physiological state of the user may be turned on when the first terminal is monitored to be within the specified range. Further, when the user is changed from the sleep state to the wake state and the first ring silence of the environment where the first terminal is located is larger than a first threshold value, other terminals in a designated range are triggered to execute the noise reduction prompt based on the environmental sound monitoring, and the triggering condition is used for judging whether the user is relevant to the environmental sound or not, so that the noise reduction prompt fitting the actual scene is realized. And the first environmental sound for performing threshold judgment may be obtained by the first terminal performing single acquisition at the current time when the user wakes up, or may be obtained by the first terminal performing multiple or real-time acquisition in a specified time period before the user wakes up.
In a possible implementation manner, the first terminal can collect and record the first environmental sound of the environment where the first terminal is located in real time in the sleeping process of the user. Further, if it is monitored that the user changes from the sleep state to the awake state at time t1, the first environmental sound recorded in the specified time period Δt from time t1 can be searched, and then the threshold value is determined by the first environmental sound. For example, if there is no first environmental sound greater than the first threshold, it is indicated that the user is naturally awake, and at this time, the second terminal is not required to be triggered to execute the noise reduction prompt, so as to reduce the trouble of other users caused by false triggering of the noise reduction prompt. If the first environmental sound which is larger than the first threshold value exists, the user is indicated to wake up unnaturally, the wake-up reason is that the environmental noise of the user is overlarge at present, and the second terminal is triggered to execute the noise reduction prompt based on the environmental sound monitoring at the moment, so that the user which is in the range of the designated area and is emitting noise at present is timely reminded to reduce the noise, and the trouble of the wake-up user to the noise is reduced.
Of course, the above-mentioned conditions one to three may be implemented by other means, alone or in combination, and this disclosure is not limited thereto. Also, the trigger conditions may be set by other means besides the single use or the combined use of the above-described conditions one to three, and the trigger conditions related to the present disclosure are not limited thereto.
In an example, when the first terminal transitions to not meet the triggering condition, the first terminal may instruct the server and the second terminal to stop executing the corresponding procedure of the noise reduction prompt by sending the corresponding instruction information. For convenience of description, the indication information sent by the first terminal and used for instructing the server and the second terminal to stop executing the noise reduction prompting flow is referred to as second indication information.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another information prompting method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, step S21 and step S22 in the embodiment of the disclosure are similar to the execution method of step S11 and step S12 in fig. 1, and are not described herein.
In step S23, in the case where it is determined that the trigger condition is not satisfied, second instruction information is generated.
The second indication information is used for indicating the server to stop the noise reduction prompt based on the second environmental sound and enabling the server to control the second terminal to stop monitoring the second environmental sound.
In step S24, the second instruction information is transmitted to the server.
The method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can stop monitoring the second environmental sound by the server and stop monitoring the second environmental sound by the second terminal when the user wakes up naturally, leaves the appointed place or is quite enough in the appointed area, for example, so that the burden of the server and the power consumption of the second terminal are reduced, and the method fits the actual scene and can meet the lower demands of the user.
The first terminals may exist in the designated area at the same time, and accordingly, the same second terminal may trigger monitoring of the second environmental sound based on the requirements of the first terminals. For such a scenario, the second terminal is controlled to stop monitoring the second ambient sound only when the server receives the second indication information from the respective first terminal. For example, scenes of the first terminal A1, the first terminal A2, and the second terminal B exist for the specified area range. If the server only receives the first indication information sent by the first terminal A1, but does not receive the first indication information sent by the first terminal A2, the server will not control the second terminal B to stop monitoring the second environmental sound because the first terminal A2 still has a need for the noise reduction prompt based on the second environmental sound. Correspondingly, if the server receives the first indication information sent by the first terminal A1 and the first terminal A2 respectively, the server can control the second terminal B to stop monitoring the second environmental sound, and the method can ensure the noise reduction prompt requirements of the first terminal A1 and the first terminal A2 and save the power consumption of the second terminal B.
In an embodiment, the first terminal may perform account association with other terminals in advance according to a user relationship. Further, the server may determine the second terminal from among terminals that are associated with the first terminal in advance with the account based on the user relationship. For example, when a plurality of terminals perform account association, the referred user relationship may be a syndicated lease relationship between users. For example, for a plurality of users in the same house, the terminals of the users are associated with each other by account numbers.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a terminal-based implementation of disturbing noise reduction cues in a rental-closing scenario, according to an example embodiment. For example, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of users having a lease-closing relationship may complete account association between a plurality of terminals by adding terminal accounts held by the respective users to a specified association group. The specified association group can be arranged on the server and used for determining a terminal associated with the first terminal through the specified association group under the condition that the server receives the first indication information and screening a second terminal which is in the range of a specified area with the first terminal from the associated terminals. And aiming at the combined renting scene, the appointed area range which is referred to when the second terminal is screened is the area range of the combined renting house.
As an example, as a possible implementation manner of the combined rental scenario, the first terminal may trigger, by sending the first indication information twice in sequence, the second terminal in the range where the combined rental room is located to execute the noise reduction prompt based on the environmental sound monitoring. For example, when the first terminal enters the area where the renting room is located and the user bound by the first terminal is monitored to enter the sleep state, the first indication information is sent for the first time, so that the server determines the second terminal according to the first indication information, and acquires the second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal. Further, the first indication information can be sent again under the condition that the user bound by the first terminal is changed from the sleep state to the wake state and the condition that the first environmental sound of the environment where the first terminal is located is larger than the first threshold value is monitored, so that the server judges the threshold value of the acquired second environmental sound, and under the condition that the second environmental sound larger than the second threshold value is monitored, the corresponding second terminal is controlled to carry out noise reduction prompt, so that the user bound by the second terminal can know that noise puzzles are generated to other tenants at present, and further the output of the noise is reduced.
In addition, for the tenant who frequently manufactures noise, information such as the noise threshold (i.e. the maximum value of the monitored second environmental sound), the number of times that other users are awake, and the time of each noise occurrence can be recorded in the first terminal, the second terminal and/or the server, so as to provide a more visual noise reduction prompt when the tenant subsequently manufactures noise. For example, the second terminal is controlled to display a prompt message "the tenant M has been disturbed N times by you in the near future, please reduce the volume in time" on the screen. In addition, the information can be sent to the server, so that the server can perform risk assessment on the user.
Based on the same conception, the disclosure also provides an information prompting method applied to the server.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an information prompting method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, including the following steps S31 and S32.
In step S31, in response to receiving the first indication information sent by the first terminal, it is determined that the second terminal is currently within the specified area with the first terminal.
The first indication information is generated by the first terminal under the condition that the trigger condition is met.
In step S32, a noise reduction prompt is performed based on the second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal.
For example, a corresponding threshold (represented by a second threshold in the example) may be set for the second environmental sound, so as to determine that the second terminal needs to make a noise reduction prompt when the second environmental sound is monitored to exceed the threshold. For example, if the second terminal B1 is present and the second environmental sound C1 monitored by the second terminal B1 is greater than the second threshold, it is indicated that the noise exists in the environment where the second terminal B1 is located, and at this time, a noise reduction prompt needs to be performed by the second terminal B1.
For convenience of description, the second environmental sounds greater than the second threshold value are referred to as target environmental sounds for the second environmental sounds from different second terminals acquired by the server, and the second terminals for monitoring the target environmental sounds are referred to as target terminals. For ease of understanding, the following will describe an exemplary target environment sound and target terminal. For example, if there are currently the second terminal B1 (for example, the second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal B1 is C1), the second terminal B2 (for example, the second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal B1 is C2), and the second terminal B3 (for example, the second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal B1 is C3), and the second environmental sounds C2 and C3 are detected to be smaller than the second threshold value, respectively, and the second environmental sound C1 is greater than the second threshold value, the second environmental sound C1 is the target environmental sound, and the second terminal B1 for monitoring the second environmental sound C1 is the target terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the noise reduction prompt based on the second environmental sound may be performed by the server or the second terminal. Taking the server side for execution as an example, the second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal can be obtained through the server, and then the target terminal for monitoring the target environmental sound in the second terminal is controlled to carry out noise reduction prompt under the condition that the target environmental sound larger than the second threshold exists in the second environmental sound.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an information prompting method for performing second environmental sound monitoring through a server according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, step S41 in the embodiment of the present disclosure is similar to the execution method of step S31 in fig. 4, and will not be described herein.
In step S42, a second environmental sound monitored by the second terminal is acquired.
In step S43, in response to detecting that there is a target environmental sound greater than the second threshold in the second environmental sound, the target terminal that detected the target environmental sound is determined.
In step S44, the control target terminal performs noise reduction prompt.
Accordingly, taking the second terminal side as an example, the second terminal can execute the noise reduction prompt based on the second environmental sound according to the instruction of the server. The present disclosure is described below for convenience of description, and the indication information transmitted by the server in this case is referred to as third indication information.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of an information prompting method for performing second environmental sound monitoring through a second terminal according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 6, step S51 in the embodiment of the present disclosure is similar to the execution method of step S31 in fig. 4, and is not described herein.
In step S52, third instruction information is sent to the second terminal, so that the target terminal that monitors the target environmental sound carries out noise reduction prompt.
According to the information prompt method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the noise reduction prompt based on the second environmental sound can be completed through the server or the second terminal, and a plurality of selectable options are provided for the implementation mode of the noise reduction prompt.
In this disclosure, corresponding to the foregoing embodiment, the first indication information may be generated by the first terminal when determining that a trigger condition is satisfied, where the trigger condition includes at least one of:
Condition one: the user bound to the first terminal is in a preset state.
Condition II: the first environmental sound monitored by the first terminal is larger than a first threshold value.
And (3) a third condition: the first terminal enters the range of the designated area.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the first terminal performs account association with a plurality of terminals in advance according to the user relationship. In an embodiment, the second terminal may be determined from among terminals that are associated with the first terminal in advance with the account based on a user relationship.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating another information prompting method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, step S62 in the embodiment of the present disclosure and step S32 in fig. 4.
In step S61, in response to receiving the first instruction information sent by the first terminal, among terminals that are associated with the first terminal in advance with an account based on the user relationship, a second terminal that is within a specified area range with the first terminal is determined.
The second terminal and the first terminal are subjected to account association in advance based on a user relationship, and the user relationship can be a renting relationship, for example.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server may determine, through a wireless access point to which the terminal accesses or a location where the terminal is located, a second terminal that is in a range of a designated area with the first terminal. The present disclosure exemplifies an implementation manner of determining the second terminal using location information as an example.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating yet another information prompting method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, step S72 in the embodiment of the present disclosure and step S32 in fig. 4.
In step S71, in response to receiving the first indication information sent by the first terminal, a terminal connected to the same wireless access point as the first terminal is determined as a second terminal within the designated area range as the first terminal.
Further, the second terminal may be determined by the wireless access point information to which the terminal accesses, for example, a terminal that connects to the same wireless access point as the first terminal may be determined as a second terminal that is within a specified area range as the first terminal.
For example, the server may stop the noise reduction prompt based on the second environmental sound when receiving the second indication information sent by the first terminal, and control the second terminal to stop monitoring the second environmental sound.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of another information prompting method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 9, step S81 and step S82 in the embodiment of the present disclosure are similar to the execution method of step S31 and step S32 in fig. 4, and are not described herein.
In step S83, in response to receiving the second instruction information sent by the first terminal, the noise reduction prompt based on the second environmental sound is stopped, and the second terminal is controlled to stop monitoring the second environmental sound.
The second indication information is generated by the first terminal under the condition that the triggering condition is not met.
The method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can stop the monitoring of the second environmental sound by the server and stop the monitoring of the second environmental sound by the second terminal when the user wakes up naturally, leaves a designated place or is quite enough in a designated area, so that the burden of the server and the power consumption of the second terminal are reduced.
Based on the same conception, the disclosure also provides an information prompting method applied to the second terminal.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of an information prompting method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, including the following steps S91 and S92.
In step S91, a second environmental sound of the current environment is monitored.
The second indication information is sent by the server when the first indication information sent by the first terminal is received.
In step S92, a noise reduction prompt is made based on the second ambient sound.
The second terminal performs noise reduction prompt under the condition that the second environmental sound is larger than a second threshold value. And, account association is performed in advance between the second terminal and the first terminal based on a user relationship, and the user relationship may include a lease relationship, for example.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the noise reduction prompt based on the second environmental sound may be performed by the server or the second terminal. Taking the server side as an example, the second terminal may send the second environmental sound to the server, so that the server monitors the second environmental sound. Further, the server may control the second terminal when it is detected that the second environmental sound is greater than the second threshold, so that the second terminal performs noise reduction prompt based on control of the server. Correspondingly, taking the second terminal side as an example, the second terminal can monitor the second environmental sound of the current environment under the condition that the second terminal receives the third indication information sent by the server. Further, the second terminal may perform a noise reduction prompt when it is detected that the second environmental sound is greater than the second threshold.
In addition, the second terminal may stop monitoring the second environmental sound based on control of the server in a case where the server receives the second instruction information.
The information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure has the advantages of simple technical implementation, low cost, high efficiency, good user experience and the like, and is specifically as follows. In one aspect, the server can know whether the terminal is currently in the area of the rented room only by the position information or the wireless access point access information sent by the terminal. Moreover, the technology of detecting the physiological state of the user and/or detecting the environmental sound is mature and easy to realize. On the other hand, the terminal and the intelligent bracelet are popular at present, and the terminal positioning or wireless access point is common household equipment. In addition, in the related art, when a tenant is noisy, it is necessary to communicate with other tenants in face-to-face manner, and the tenant who produces noise does not recognize that the tenant produces noise in time when the tenant has just started to produce noise. The timeliness of the noise reduction prompt is guaranteed by the noise reduction prompt mode based on the environmental sound monitoring, and the problem that a rest tenant is disturbed by noise for a long time can be effectively solved. In addition, the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure does not need user surface communication, so that user communication cost can be reduced and user experience can be improved in a user resting stage.
The information prompting method applied to the server or the second terminal provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is implemented based on the foregoing information prompting method applied to the first terminal, and any embodiment of the information prompting method applied to the first terminal may be referred to where it is unclear to the related embodiments.
Based on the same conception, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides an information prompting device.
It can be understood that, in order to implement the above-mentioned functions, the information prompting apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules that perform each function. The disclosed embodiments may be implemented in hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software, in combination with the various example elements and algorithm steps disclosed in the embodiments of the disclosure. Those skilled in the art may implement the described functionality using different approaches for each particular application, but such implementation is not to be considered as beyond the scope of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
