As shown in fig. 11, the polishing and grinding cylinder 43 includes C-shaped frames 46 symmetrically arranged, the C-shaped frames 46 are connected through at least three sandblasting pipes 47, the sandblasting pipes 47 are perpendicular to the conveying direction of the clamping and conveying assembly 13, a plurality of high-pressure nozzles 48 are fixedly mounted on the surface of the sandblasting pipes 47, nozzles of the high-pressure nozzles 48 all point to the axial position of the C-shaped frames 46, the C-shaped frame 46 on the side of the polishing and grinding cylinder 43 far away from the clamping and conveying assembly 13 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the polishing box 10, and the high-pressure nozzles 48 are communicated with the rotary joint 44 through an internal pipeline.
When a single stainless steel needle tube rolls off from the feeding plate 11 and then moves to one end of the clamping and conveying assembly 13, the stainless steel needle tube is arranged at one end of the connecting notch groove 42 and can be clamped between the clamping chains 40 of the first chain wheel group 37 and the second chain wheel group 38, the distance between the elastic pads on the surfaces of the clamping chains 40 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the stainless steel needle tube, so that under the driving of the first chain wheel group 37 and the second chain wheel group 38, the clamping chains 40 on the upper side and the lower side can clamp the stainless steel needle tube and arrange at one end of the connecting notch groove 42, then the stainless steel needle tube is driven to be conveyed to one side far away from the arranging mechanism 2, through controlling the rotating speeds of the third motor 41 and the fourth motor 45, when the stainless steel needle tube is conveyed to be close to the polishing and grinding cylinder 43, the notch of the C-shaped frame 46 just faces the stainless steel needle tube, when the stainless steel needle tube is conveyed to the other side of the polishing and grinding cylinder 43, the polishing and grinding cylinder 43 rotates 180 degrees, therefore, the stainless steel needle tube can pass through the polishing and grinding cylinder 43 without resistance, the rotation speed of the conveyor belt 6 and the distance between the finishing grooves 30 on the conveyor belt 29 also need to be accurately set, so that the stainless steel needle tube can be just matched with the clamping and conveying assembly 13 and the polishing and grinding assembly 14 when falling continuously or discontinuously, when the stainless steel needle tube is inside the polishing and grinding cylinder 43, the polishing mortar is sprayed out of the sand spraying pipe 47 parallel to the stainless steel needle to polish and polish the stainless steel needle tube, the polishing mortar flows back to the storage tank of the polishing mortar through a pipeline after being collected at the bottom of the polishing tank 7, the polishing mortar in the storage tank is conveyed to the rotary joint through the sand spraying pump, and when the polished stainless steel needle tube is conveyed to one end of the first chain wheel group 37 and the second chain wheel group 38 far away from the finishing mechanism 2, the stainless steel needle tube can automatically fall off and fall to the surface of the discharge plate 12, and finishing discharging.
One end of the stainless steel needle tube treated by the invention is positioned between the clamping chains 40, and can not be fully polished and cut off in the subsequent processing process or used as one end connected with a needle bolt of the needle.

the polishing mechanism (3) comprises a polishing box (10), a feeding plate (11) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of one side, close to the arranging mechanism (2), of the polishing box (10), a discharging plate (12) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of one side, far away from the arranging mechanism (2), of the polishing box (10), a clamping and conveying assembly (13) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of one side, far away from the clamping and conveying assembly (13), of the polishing box (10), and a polishing and polishing assembly (14) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of one side, far away from the clamping and conveying assembly (13), of the polishing box (10);
the polishing and grinding assembly (14) comprises at least two polishing and grinding cylinders (43), one side, far away from the clamping and conveying assembly (13), of each polishing and grinding cylinder (43) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the polishing box (10), a rotating shaft of each polishing and grinding cylinder (43) penetrates through the side wall of the polishing box (10), a rotating joint (44) is fixedly installed on the rotating shaft of each polishing and grinding cylinder (43), the rotating shafts of the polishing and grinding cylinders (43) are connected through a belt, the rotating shaft of each polishing and grinding cylinder (43) is connected with an output shaft of a fourth motor (45) through the belt, and the rotating joint (44) is externally connected with a sand blasting pump;

the lower end of the scraper (34) is close to the conveyor belt (6), the end part of the lower end of the scraper (34) is arc-shaped, and the height of the scraper (34) is gradually reduced along the transmission direction of the conveyor belt (6).
