Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present embodiment provides a method for manufacturing a body-fitting elastic pull-up diaper, comprising the following steps:
(1) Preparing an outer garment layer:
a1. the outer layer non-woven fabric 11 is conveyed along the transverse direction, and the outer layer non-woven fabric 11 is provided with a front area, a middle area and a rear area which are sequentially connected along the longitudinal direction;
a2. the first elastic 12 applying device applies a plurality of first elastic 12 with glue on two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric 11 respectively, the first elastic 12 is transversely arranged in a wave shape, and the two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric 11 are folded through a first folding mechanism to cover the first elastic 12;
a3. the second elastic 13 applying device applies a plurality of second elastic 13 with glue on two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric 11 respectively, the second elastic 13 is transversely arranged in a wave shape, two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric 11 are folded through a second folding mechanism, and the second elastic 13 is coated to form an outer clothing layer; the first elastic threads 12 and the second elastic threads 13 are symmetrically arranged, and the first elastic threads 12 are overlapped with the corresponding second elastic threads 13 along the transverse central line.
(2) Preparation of absorbent core 2:
b1. absorbent layer 21 in manufacturing: the first polymer device 31 feeds the polymer onto the die cavity 40, the die wheel 4 is provided with a plurality of first adsorption cavities 41, the adsorption force of the plurality of first adsorption cavities 41 along the conveying direction is gradually increased, the plurality of first adsorption cavities 41 respectively correspond to a plurality of first adsorption areas 410, the first adsorption areas 410 are provided with a plurality of first adsorption holes, the widths of the plurality of first adsorption areas 410 are reduced stepwise along the conveying direction, the top of the middle absorption layer 21 is in a stepwise structure, the die cavity 40 at the middle absorption layer 21 is in a stepwise structure, and the bottom of the middle absorption layer 21 is in a stepwise structure;
b2. bottom absorbent layer 22 is manufactured: the second polymer device 32 is used for discharging the polymer onto the die cavity 40, a plurality of second adsorption cavities 42 are arranged on the die wheel 4, the second polymer device 32 corresponds to the plurality of second adsorption cavities 42, the plurality of second adsorption cavities 42 respectively correspond to a plurality of second adsorption areas 420, a plurality of second adsorption holes are arranged on the second adsorption areas 420, the die cavity 40 at the bottom adsorption layer 22 is of a stepped structure, the bottom of the bottom adsorption layer 22 is of a stepped structure, and according to the method b1, the top of the bottom adsorption layer 22 forms a planar structure;
b3. the third macromolecule device 33 feeds macromolecule to the die cavity 40, a plurality of third adsorption cavities 43 are arranged on the die wheel 4, the third macromolecule device 33 corresponds to the plurality of third adsorption cavities 43, the plurality of third adsorption cavities 43 respectively correspond to a plurality of third adsorption areas 430, a plurality of third adsorption holes are arranged on the third adsorption areas 430, and according to the method of b1, the top of the top absorption layer 23 forms a ladder structure; a plurality of deflector holes 20 are formed on the middle absorbent layer 21, the bottom absorbent layer 22, and the top absorbent layer 23, respectively, through the orifice pressing mechanism 51;
b4. the first glue spraying mechanism 52 sprays glue at the bottom of the middle absorption layer to form point-shaped glue spraying, the third folding mechanism 53 folds the bottom absorption layer 22 downwards, the bottom surface of the middle absorption layer 21 and the bottom surface of the bottom absorption layer 22 are folded to form a first guide surface 24 in a step shape, the first guide surface 24 is connected and arranged through the point-shaped glue spraying, the bottom surface of the middle absorption layer 21 and the bottom surface of the bottom absorption layer 22 are not completely attached to form a plurality of first guide channels 240, a first leakage-proof channel 25 is formed at the folding position of the bottom absorption layer 22, the first guide surface 24 is downwards arranged along the direction of the first leakage-proof channel 25, and the lower end of the first guide surface 24 is communicated with the first leakage-proof channel 25;
b5. the second glue spraying mechanism 54 sprays glue on the top of the middle absorption layer to form point-shaped glue spraying, the fourth folding mechanism 55 folds the top absorption layer 23 upwards, the top surface of the middle absorption layer 21 and the top surface of the top absorption layer 23 are folded to form a step-shaped second guide surface 26, the second guide surface 26 is connected and arranged through the point-shaped glue spraying, the bottom surface of the top absorption layer 23 and the bottom surface of the middle absorption layer 21 are not completely attached to form a plurality of second guide channels 260, the top absorption layer 23 is folded to form a second leakage-proof channel 27, the second guide surface 26 is downwards arranged along the direction of the second leakage-proof channel 27, and the lower end of the second guide surface 26 is communicated with the second leakage-proof channel 27; part of the diversion holes 20 are communicated with the first diversion channel 240, part of the diversion holes 20 are communicated with the second diversion channel 260, part of the diversion holes 20 are communicated with the first leakage-proof channel 25, and part of the diversion holes 20 are communicated with the second leakage-proof channel 27, so that the absorbent core 2 is formed.
The leak-proof isolation edge layer 15 is compounded on the absorption core body 2; the two sides of the leakproof isolation boundaries layer 15 are provided with rubber strings, the rubber strings are cut by a cutting device to form a flaky absorption core body 2, and the absorption core body 2 is compounded in the middle area of the clothing material layer after passing through a transfer wheel.
(3) Folding: the outer garment layers are symmetrically folded by the fifth folding mechanism, fixed by glue or hot pressing at intervals, and fixed portions 16 are formed at intervals.
(4) Cutting: the cutting is performed by a cutting device which cuts along the middle of the fixing portion 16 to form a pull-up diaper.
The first elastic band 12 and the corresponding second elastic band 13 may be disposed asymmetrically, and the positional relationship may be other positional relationships, specifically, according to circumstances.
The hole pressing mechanism 51 may be two press rollers, on which punching blades are disposed, and on which steps corresponding to the absorbent core 2 are disposed, which is a well-known device and will not be described herein.
The first glue spraying mechanism 52, the second glue spraying mechanism 54, the cutting device, the transfer wheel, the first folding mechanism, the second folding mechanism, the third folding mechanism 53, the fourth folding mechanism 55, the fifth folding mechanism, the first polymer device 31, the second polymer device 32, and the third polymer device 33 are well known devices, and will not be described in detail herein.
The first elastic band 12 applying device and the second elastic band 13 applying device are known devices, and reference may be made to chinese patent application No.: 201920020647.9 an S-shaped elastic band applying device is provided, and other structures of the S-shaped elastic band applying device can be adopted to realize the wavy application of the elastic band, and the device is not repeated here.
In the method (1), a third elastic band can be applied, the third elastic band applying device applies a plurality of third elastic bands with glue on two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric 11 respectively, the third elastic bands are arranged in a wave shape, the two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric 11 are folded through a fifth folding mechanism, the third elastic bands are wrapped, the third elastic band is not required to be arranged, and normally, the two layers of the elastic bands can play a good role, and the method is particularly arranged according to the situation.
The first elastic band 12, the second elastic band 13, and the third elastic band may be trapezoidal or rack-shaped, and are specifically set according to circumstances.
The die wheel 4 is divided into a plurality of adsorption cavities, and different adsorption forces are generated respectively, which are known techniques and are not described herein.
The first guide surface 24 may not be connected by a dot-shaped glue spraying, the second guide surface 26 may also be connected by a dot-shaped glue spraying, the first guide surface 24 and the second guide surface 26 may be directly folded and arranged, and the ends of the first guide surface 24 and the second guide surface 26 are fixed by glue.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, after the absorbent core 2 is formed, a blank holder mechanism may be passed through, where the blank holder mechanism includes two blank holders 6 and a heating device 61 connected to the blank holders 6, the blank holders 6 have thermal conductivity, the two blank holders 6 are respectively provided with two blank holding grooves 60, the blank holding grooves 60 are in a cambered surface structure, one of the blank holders 6 presses the first leakage preventing channel 25 of the bottom absorbent layer 22 upwards, and the other blank holder 6 presses the second leakage preventing channel 27 of the top absorbent layer 23 downwards. The edge pressing mechanism can shape the first leakage-proof channel 25 and the second leakage-proof channel 27 on two sides of the absorption core body 2, and has a good leakage-proof function.
Before passing through the edge pressing mechanism, glue can be sprayed on one side of the top absorption layer 23, and glue can be sprayed on one side of the bottom absorption layer 22; the folding position of the bottom absorption layer 22 is fixedly adhered to the top absorption layer 23, the folding position of the bottom absorption layer 22 is higher than the top surface of the top absorption layer 23, the folding position of the top absorption layer 23 is fixedly adhered to the bottom absorption layer 22, and the folding position of the top absorption layer 23 is higher than the top surface of the top absorption layer 23. By the structure, the first leakage-proof channel 25 and the second leakage-proof channel 27 on two sides of the absorbent core body 2 are symmetrical relatively, the first leakage-proof channel 25 and the second leakage-proof channel 27 pass through the three-layer structure, the folded position of the top absorbent layer 23 is higher than the top surface of the top absorbent layer 23, and the structure has the functions of flow resistance and liquid absorption and has a better leakage-proof function.
The partial diversion hole 20 is arranged at the upper end of the turnover part of the top absorption layer 23 and the upper end of the turnover part of the bottom absorption layer 22, the diversion hole 20 is communicated with the first leakage prevention channel 25 or the second leakage prevention channel 27, and the diversion hole 20 is arranged along the first leakage prevention channel 25 or the second leakage prevention channel 27 in a downward inclined way. With this structure, the liquid diffused to the two sides of the top of the absorbent core 2 can enter the first leakage preventing channel 25 or the second leakage preventing channel 27 along the diversion holes 20, so that the good diversion and leakage preventing effects are achieved.
The heating device 61 may be a heating tube or other heating devices, which are well known devices and will not be described herein.
The using mode of the pull-up pants is as follows:
the pull-up pants are worn on a human body, the elastic waistline 14 of the pull-up pants has a two-layer elastic structure, and is a wavy first elastic 12 and a wavy second elastic 13, the elastic waistline 14 of the pull-up pants can be stretched in all directions, and after the liquid absorption weight of the pull-up pants is increased, the elastic waistline 14 can be properly stretched and buffered in the longitudinal direction, so that the pull-up pants cannot fall down, and side leakage of the pull-up pants is prevented; when a baby urinates, the first diversion surface 24 and the second diversion surface 26 have diversion functions, the first diversion channel 240 and the second diversion channel 260 have the function of buffering diversion liquid, the first leakage-proof channel 25 and the second leakage-proof channel 27 have the functions of good leakage prevention and diversion, the diversion holes 20 have the functions of infiltration and diversion, and when more liquid exists, part of colloid can be degummed, so that the first diversion surface 24 and the second diversion surface 26 form a buffering space, thereby being beneficial to diversion and absorption of liquid in the absorption core 2, improving diversion and absorption speed of the absorption core 2, and being simple and practical.

Claims (7)

1. A preparation method of a body-fitting elastic pull-up diaper is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing an outer garment layer:
a1. the outer layer non-woven fabric is conveyed along the transverse direction and is provided with a front area, a middle area and a rear area which are sequentially connected along the longitudinal direction;
a2. the first elastic band applying device is used for respectively applying a plurality of first elastic bands with glue on two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric, wherein the first elastic bands are transversely arranged in a wave shape, a trapezoid shape or a rack shape, and the two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric are folded through a first folding mechanism to cover the first elastic bands;
a3. the second elastic applying device is used for respectively applying a plurality of second elastic applied with glue to two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric, the second elastic is transversely arranged in a wave shape, a trapezoid shape or a rack shape, and the two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric are folded through a second folding mechanism to cover the second elastic to form an outer clothing layer;
(2) Preparing an absorbent core: the absorption core is formed on a die wheel, the absorption core is cut by a cutting device to form a sheet-shaped absorption core, and the absorption core is compounded in the middle area of the clothing material layer after passing through a transfer wheel; the molding of the absorbent core on the mold wheel comprises the following steps:
b1. absorbent layer in manufacturing: the first high polymer device is used for discharging high polymers onto a die cavity, a plurality of first adsorption cavities are arranged on a die wheel, the adsorption force of the plurality of first adsorption cavities along the conveying direction is gradually increased, the plurality of first adsorption cavities respectively correspond to a plurality of first adsorption areas, a plurality of first adsorption holes are formed in the first adsorption areas, the widths of the plurality of first adsorption areas are reduced stepwise along the conveying direction, a stepwise structure is formed at the top of a middle absorption layer, the die cavity at the middle absorption layer is of a stepwise structure, and the bottom of the middle absorption layer is of a stepwise structure;
b2. manufacturing a bottom absorbing layer: the second polymer device is used for discharging the polymer onto the die cavity, a plurality of second adsorption cavities are arranged on the die wheel, the second polymer device corresponds to the plurality of second adsorption cavities, the die cavity at the bottom adsorption layer is of a step structure, the bottom of the bottom adsorption layer is of a step structure, and according to the method b1, the top of the bottom adsorption layer forms a plane structure;
b3. manufacturing a top absorption layer, namely blanking the high polymer onto a die cavity by a third high polymer device, wherein a plurality of third absorption cavities are arranged on a die wheel, the third high polymer device corresponds to the plurality of third absorption cavities, and the top of the top absorption layer forms a step structure according to the method of b 1;
b4. the third turnover mechanism turns down the bottom absorption layer, the bottom surface of the middle absorption layer and the bottom surface of the bottom absorption layer are folded to form a first diversion surface in a ladder shape, the bottom surface of the middle absorption layer and the bottom surface of the bottom absorption layer are not completely attached to form a plurality of first diversion channels, and the turnover position of the bottom absorption layer forms a first leakage-proof channel;
b5. the fourth turnover mechanism turns the top absorption layer upwards, a second leakage-proof channel is formed at the turnover position of the top absorption layer, the top surface of the middle absorption layer and the top surface of the top absorption layer are folded to form a step-shaped second diversion surface, the bottom surface of the top absorption layer and the bottom surface of the middle absorption layer are not completely attached to form a plurality of second diversion channels to form an absorption core, the absorption core passes through a blank holder, the blank holder comprises two blank holders and a heating device connected to the blank holder, the two blank holders are respectively provided with two blank holder grooves, the blank holder grooves are of cambered surface structures, one blank holder upwards extrudes the first leakage-proof channel of the bottom absorption layer, the other blank holder downwards extrudes the second leakage-proof channel of the top absorption layer, and the blank holder shapes the first leakage-proof channel and the second leakage-proof channel at two sides of the absorption core;
(3) Folding: the outer clothing layer is symmetrically folded through a fifth folding mechanism, and fixed through glue or hot pressing at intervals to form fixed parts which are arranged at intervals;
(4) Cutting: cutting is carried out through a cutting device, and the cutting device cuts along the middle part of the fixing part to form pull-up pants.
2. The method of making a body-fitting elastic pull-up pant of claim 1, wherein: the first elastic strings and the second elastic strings are symmetrically arranged, and the first elastic strings are overlapped with the corresponding second elastic strings along the transverse central line.

The method of making a body-fitting elastic pull-up pant of claim 1, wherein: in the method (1), a plurality of third rubber strings applied with glue are respectively applied to two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric by a third rubber string application device, the third rubber strings are transversely arranged in a wave shape, a trapezoid shape or a rack shape, and the two side edges of the outer layer non-woven fabric are folded through a fifth folding mechanism to cover the third rubber strings.
4. The method of making a body-fitting elastic pull-up pant of claim 1, wherein: after the absorbent core body of the method (2) is molded, the leak-proof isolation edge layer is compounded on the absorbent core body; rubber strings are arranged on two sides of the leak-proof isolation edge layer.
