Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of crop seed dressing agents, and particularly relates to a synergistic pesticide seed dressing agent and a using method thereof.
Background
The seed dressing agent is prepared by uniformly coating a layer of agent outside seeds, taking pesticide raw materials (pesticide, bactericide, plant growth regulator and the like), film forming agent and other functional auxiliary agents (antifreeze, drought resisting agent, herbicide safener and the like) as raw materials, and processing the raw materials through a special process, and can be directly or coated on the surfaces of crop seeds after being compounded, dissolved and diluted, thereby being capable of effectively preventing and treating various diseases and insect pests. Since the large-area use of seed coating agent on main grain crops in China begins at the last century, the seed coating agent brings great benefits to agricultural production.
The seed dressing agent in China mainly comprises the following components:
a bactericide: difenoconazole, fludioxonil, metalaxyl-M, tebuconazole, thiram, hymexazol, azoxystrobin and the like;
and (3) an insecticide: imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, fipronil, cypermethrin, carbofuran, chlorpyrifos, phoxim, and the like.
The specific product is compounded by single agent and two or three components.
With the large-area use of seed coating agents, the safety problem of the seed coating agents is also beginning to be paid attention to by students at home and abroad. As early as 1950 Burgesse found that the coating agent resulted in reduced germination vigor of the crop seeds. After a layer of seed coating agent is wrapped outside the crop seeds, the seeds germinate by one process, the seed coats are required to be pierced firstly, then the medicine films are broken through, the germination and the soil emergence can be continued, and if the seeds are not mixed, only the seed coats of the seeds are required to be broken through, so that the time for emergence of the seeds is slow. The pesticide components of the seed dressing agent have no contending effect on seeds and on rhizosphere microorganisms and beneficial insects, and have inhibiting and certain toxic effects on the growth and development of crops, and the symptoms such as germination vigor, germination rate reduction, slow emergence, blade deformity, growth stagnation and the like of crops are easily caused by improper use of the seed dressing agent in agricultural production. The seed dressing agent has the advantages that the varieties of the commercial seed dressing agents are different in proportion of the effective components, the unreasonable formula is more likely to cause phytotoxicity, and once the seed dressing agent affects the emergence of crops, serious loss is caused to production.
The seed coating agent cannot only pay attention to the prevention effect on target organisms in the research and application of the seed coating agent, but also pay attention to and reduce the side effects on the growth of seeds and seedlings and the like, so that the effect of the seed coating agent in the safe production of crops and the healthy development of food safety and agricultural ecological systems is exerted to the greatest extent. Therefore, the invention researches and develops an active ingredient amine-increasing ester matched with a seed coating agent for use, wherein the amine-increasing ester is diethyl aminoethyl octanoate malate, and the amine-increasing ester has the effect of promoting fertilizer synergism according to a report of a patent CN 113754550A, and is prepared according to the method of the patent.

Table 1 test design
TABLE 2 influence of 600g/L Imidacloprid Complex seed dressing agent on wheat seed germination and seedling growth
Note that: the amount is the amount of seed dressing agent used per 100kg of seed, the fresh weight of the plant is the weight of each plant, and the following table is the same.
As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the 600g/L imidacloprid seed dressing has a certain delay effect on the germination of wheat seeds, and the germination rate, the germination vigor and the germination index are reduced. The wheat germination percentage, germination vigor and germination index were all improved after adding the amine-enriched ester according to example 1. The imidacloprid compounded with 600g/L improves the root length, plant height and fresh weight of wheat seedlings compared with blank control, and the imidacloprid compounded with 600g/L has the effect of promoting the germination of wheat seeds by the seed dressing after the imidacloprid compounded with 600g/L, and simultaneously promotes the growth of the wheat seedlings, so that the adverse effects of single imidacloprid seed dressing on the germination of the seeds and the seedlings can be reduced.
TABLE 3 influence of 600g/L Imidacloprid Complex seed dressing agent on seed germination and seedling growth of Cotton
As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the 600g/L imidacloprid seed dressing has a certain delay effect on the germination of cotton seeds, the germination rate, the germination vigor and the germination index are all reduced, but the germination rate, the germination vigor and the germination index of cotton are all improved after the addition of the amine-enriched ester according to the embodiment 1, the root length, the plant height and the fresh weight of the seedling stage are all improved compared with that of a blank control, and the 600g/L imidacloprid seed dressing alone, which shows that the 600g/L imidacloprid compounded amine-enriched ester has a promotion effect on the germination of cotton seeds and also promotes the growth of cotton seedlings.
Table 4 8 effects of fipronil tebuconazole compound seed dressing agent on corn seed germination and seedling growth
As can be seen from the data in Table 4, the 8% fipronil tebuconazole seed dressing has a certain retarding effect on the germination of corn seeds, and the germination rate, germination vigor and germination index are all reduced. The corn germination percentage, germination vigor and germination index were all improved after the addition of the amine-enriched ester according to example 2. The root length, plant height and fresh weight of corn seedlings are improved compared with that of blank control by compounding 8% fipronil and tebuconazole seed dressing, so that the germination of corn seeds is promoted after 8% fipronil and tebuconazole are compounded, and the growth of corn seedlings is promoted.
TABLE 5 influence of 25% thiamethoxam, metalaxyl-fludioxonil compound seed dressing on peanut seed germination and seedling growth
As can be seen from the data in Table 5, the 25% thiamethoxam, metalaxyl-fludioxonil seed dressing has a certain delaying effect on peanut seed germination, and the germination rate, germination vigor and germination index are all reduced. The germination percentage, germination vigor and germination index of the peanuts were all improved after the addition of the amine-enriched ester according to example 3. The 25% thiamethoxam, metalaxyl-fludioxonil mixed seed dressing of the methoxam enables the root length, the plant height and the fresh weight of corn seedlings to be improved compared with that of a blank control, and the 25% thiamethoxam, metalaxyl-fludioxonil mixed seed dressing alone indicates that the 25% thiamethoxam, metalaxyl-fludioxonil mixed seed dressing has a promoting effect on germination of peanut seeds and the metalaxyl-fludioxonil mixed seed dressing of the methoxam, metalaxyl-fludioxonil mixed seed dressing of the 25% thiamethoxam.

The wheat germination percentage, germination vigor and germination index were all improved after adding the amine-enriched ester according to example 4. The problem that the germination rate, the germination vigor and the germination index of wheat are reduced due to the fact that the seed dressing agent is singly used can be relieved by the fact that the seed dressing effect is improved by the fact that 30g/L difenoconazole is compounded with the amine-enriched ester.
The seed dressing test shows that after the conventional seed dressing agent is compounded by adding the amine-enriched ester, the seed dressing agent has promotion effects on seed germination and seedling growth of various crops to different degrees, plays an important role in reducing side effects of the seed dressing agent in delaying seed germination and improving the drug effect of the seed dressing agent, and has positive significance in agricultural production.
While the invention has been further described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made to the specific parameters in the above embodiments without departing from the spirit of the invention, so as to form a plurality of specific embodiments, which are all common variations of the invention and will not be described herein.
