The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the washing of the conventional photosensitive material sheet.
Therefore, the invention aims to provide a device for washing the waste liquid of the photosensitive material plate, and aims to solve the problem that the photosensitive dry plate is difficult to clamp, take and place in the cleaning process.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a washing device for waste liquid of a photosensitive material plate comprises a washing box, a placing unit and a cleaning unit, wherein a washing cavity groove is formed in the inner cavity of the washing box; the placing unit is arranged in the washing cavity groove and comprises a supporting component, a movable frame component connected with the supporting component and a driving component connected with the movable frame component; and the cleaning unit is arranged in the washing cavity groove, is positioned below the supporting assembly, and comprises a guide assembly and a cleaning assembly arranged on the guide assembly.
As a preferable embodiment of the washing apparatus for the waste liquid of the photosensitive material sheet of the present invention, wherein: the top of the washing box is matched with a box cover, and one end of the box cover is hinged to the side wall of the end part of the shell.
As a preferable mode of the washing apparatus of the waste liquid of the photosensitive material plate of the present invention, wherein: the supporting assembly comprises a cross rod and connecting rods symmetrically connected to the end parts of the cross rod; the end part of the rod body of the cross rod is hinged on the side wall of the washing cavity groove; the lateral wall of connecting rod is gone up and is seted up spacing spout along the extending direction of its body of rod, and two spacing spout on the connecting rod lateral wall sets up relatively.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the movable clamping frame is formed by the placing unit through a movable combined structure, so that the photosensitive dry plate can be conveniently placed and can be clamped after being placed, meanwhile, the photosensitive dry plates with different widths and sizes can be stably clamped by adjusting the driving assembly, and the photosensitive dry plates after being placed and clamped can be conveniently cleaned by matching with the cleaning unit at the bottom of the washing box, so that the cleaning process is greatly simplified, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a first embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for washing a waste liquid of a photosensitive material plate, the apparatus comprising a washing box 100, a placing unit 200, and a cleaning unit 300, wherein the washing box 100 is an external housing part of the apparatus, and the placing unit 200 and the cleaning unit 300 are both installed in a cavity of the washing box 100, wherein the placing unit 200 is used for holding and placing the photosensitive dry plate, and the cleaning unit 300 is used for cleaning the held photosensitive dry plate.
Specifically, the washing box 100 has a washing cavity 101 in the inner cavity of the box body, the top of the box body is provided with a box cover 102, the washing cavity 101 is provided with a placing unit 200 and a cleaning unit 300, and the cavity of the washing cavity also contains washing liquid.
The placing unit 200 is arranged in the washing cavity groove 101 and comprises a supporting component 201, a movable frame component 202 connected with the supporting component 201 and a driving component 203 connected with the movable frame component 202; the supporting assembly 201 is used for placing a photosensitive dry plate, and the movable frame assembly 202 is used for clamping the placed photosensitive dry plate and adjusting and maintaining the state of the supporting assembly 201; and the driving assembly 203 is used for driving the movable frame assembly 202 to change in a telescopic manner.
A cleaning unit 300, disposed in the washing chamber 101 and below the supporting component 201, and including a guiding component 301 and a cleaning component 302 disposed on the guiding component 301; the cleaning unit 300 is integrally installed at the lower part of the cavity of the washing cavity 101, the cleaning assembly 302 is used for cleaning the plate surface on which the clamped photosensitive dry plate is placed, and the guiding assembly 301 is used for adjusting the position of the cleaning assembly 302.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, a second embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment, is: the support assembly 201 comprises a cross bar 201a and connecting rods 201b symmetrically connected to the ends of the cross bar 201 a; the end of the rod body of the cross rod 201a is hinged on the side wall of the washing cavity groove 101; the side walls of the connecting rods 201b are provided with limiting sliding grooves 201b-1 along the extending direction of the rod bodies, and the limiting sliding grooves 201b-1 on the side walls of the two connecting rods 201b are oppositely arranged.
The movable frame assembly 202 includes a guide rod 202a, a guide block 202b slidably sleeved on the guide rod 202a, and a diamond-shaped movable plate 202d connected to the guide block 202b and the sleeve 202 c; the end part of the guide rod 202a is matched and slides in the limiting sliding groove 201 b-1; the number of the guide block pieces 202b and the sleeve pieces 202c is not less than 2, and the guide block pieces and the sleeve pieces are correspondingly connected to the movable connection part of the rhombic movable plate 202d one by one;
the sleeve member 202c comprises a middle sleeve 202c-1, a sliding sleeve 202c-2 and a driving sleeve 202c-3, the middle sleeve 202c-1 is fixedly sleeved at the middle part of the driving rod 203a, the sliding sleeve 202c-2 and the driving sleeve 202c-3 are symmetrically distributed at two ends of the rod body of the driving rod 203a, and the driving sleeve 202c-3 is positioned at the outer side; the sliding sleeve 202c-2 is slidably sleeved on the rod body of the driving rod 203a and is positioned on one side of the limiting ring 203a-2 far away from the middle sleeve 202 c-1; the driving sleeve 202c-3 is connected to the rod body of the driving rod 203a in a matching way through the external thread 203 a-1; a tension spring 202c-4 is disposed between the sliding sleeve 202c-2 and the driving sleeve 202 c-3.
The drive sleeve 202c-3 has an ear plate E on the side wall of the end remote from the slide sleeve 202 c-2.
The driving assembly 203 comprises a driving rod 203a, a driving piece 203b symmetrically arranged at the end of the driving rod 203a, and a driving motor 203c connected with the driving piece 203 b; the rod bodies at the two ends of the driving rod 203a are provided with external threads 203a-1, and are matched and connected with a limiting ring 203a-2 through the external threads 203 a-1; the sleeve member 202c is slidably sleeved on the driving rod 203 a.
The driving part 203b comprises a driving section 203b-1, an elastic part 203b-2 connected with the driving section 203b-1, and a coupler 203b-3 connected with the elastic part 203 b-2; the driving section 203b-1 is slidably sleeved on the driving rod 203a, a clamping groove K is formed in the side wall of one end of the driving section, and a driving clamping groove Q is formed in the side wall of the other end of the driving section; the elastic piece 203b-2 comprises a limiting spring 203b-21 and a limiting bearing 203b-22, one end of the limiting spring 203b-21 is connected in the cavity of the driving clamping groove Q, and the other end of the limiting spring 203b-21 is connected to the side wall of the coupler 203b-3 through the limiting bearing 203 b-22; the side wall of the coupler 203b-3 connected with the limit bearing 203b-22 is provided with a driving tooth 203b-31, and the driving tooth 203b-31 can be matched in the driving clamping groove Q.
The ear plate E can be matched and clamped in the clamping groove K.
Compared with the embodiment 1, further, the supporting component 201 is of a U-shaped structure as a whole, and includes a cross rod 201a and a connecting rod 201b located at two ends of the cross rod 201a, two ends of the cross rod 201a are both hinged to the side wall of the washing cavity groove 101, one end of the connecting rod 201b, which is far away from the cross rod 201a, is suspended, a limiting sliding groove 201b-1 is formed in the side wall of the end, and the limiting sliding groove 201b-1 is formed along the extending direction of the rod body of the connecting rod 201 b. The limiting sliding grooves 201b-1 on the side walls of the two connecting rods 201b face each other and correspond to each other.
The movable frame assembly 202 is connected with the support assembly 201 in a matching manner, wherein two ends of the guide rod 202a slide in the limiting sliding grooves 201b-1 respectively, and the rod body of the guide rod 202a is sleeved with the guide block 202b in a sliding manner, the lower end of the guide block 202b is provided with a sleeve pipe, the upper end of the guide block 202b is provided with a guide block, one end of the rhombic movable plate 202d is connected to the side wall of the guide block, and the other end of the rhombic movable plate 202d is connected to the side wall of the sleeve pipe 202 c; the guide block members 202b and the sleeve members 202c are the same in number and correspond to each other one by one.
Further, the top of the guide block at the upper end of the guide block member 202b is higher than the top of the rod body of the connecting rod 201 b. It should be further noted that, the top side walls of the two connecting rods 201b are provided with notch grooves T, the corresponding side walls of the guide block and the cross rod 201a are provided with arc grooves H, and the notch grooves T and the arc grooves H are favorable for placing the photosensitive dry plate and are limited after being placed so as to keep the stability of the photosensitive dry plate during cleaning after clamping.
Furthermore, the sleeve member 202c is divided into a middle sleeve 202c-1, a sliding sleeve 202c-2 and a driving sleeve 202c-3, the sliding sleeve 202c-2 and the driving sleeve 202c-3 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the middle sleeve 202c-1, and the middle sleeve 202c-1 can be fixedly sleeved on the driving rod 203a, so that two sides of the diamond-shaped movable plate 202d symmetrically move along the middle part; the sliding sleeve 202c-2 is slidably sleeved on the rod body of the driving rod 203a and can slide between the middle sleeve 202c-1 and the driving sleeve 202c-3, and it should be noted that the sliding sleeve 202c-2 does not act on the external thread 203a-1 on the driving rod 203 a; the drive sleeve 202c-3 may engage the external threads 203a-1 on the drive rod 203a, and when the drive rod 203a is rotated, the drive sleeve 202c-3 may be caused to move axially on the shaft of the drive rod 203 a. The tension spring 202c-4 can maintain the spacing between the sliding sleeve 202c-2 and the driving sleeve 202c-3, thereby indirectly defining the degree of clamping of the guide block member 202b to the photo dry plate.
Further, the ear plate E may be adapted to the driving section 203b-1 of the driving member 203b, so that the driving member 203b drives the movable frame assembly 202 to generate a deflecting motion around the driving rod 203 a.
The driving rod 203a in the driving assembly 203 is a driving shaft, a driving member 203b is mounted on an end of the driving shaft, and the driving rod 203a is driven by a driving motor 203 c. Specifically, an external thread 203a-1 is formed on a rod body of the driving rod 203a, and the limit ring 203a-2 is in threaded connection with the driving rod 203 a; the position of the stop collar 203a-2 may limit the sliding range of the sliding sleeve 202 c-2.
The driving member 203b is installed at an end of the driving rod 203a, wherein the driving segment 203b-1 is sleeved on the driving rod 203a and does not rotate synchronously with the driving rod 203a, and it should be noted that the driving segment 203b-1 can be limited and supported by a connecting seat with a bearing existing on the market, so that it is sleeved on the driving rod 203a and does not rotate synchronously with the driving rod 203 a. The clamping groove K on the side wall of one end of the driving section 203b-1 can be matched with the lug plate E to connect the driving sleeve 202c-3 and the driving section 203b-1 into a whole, the side wall of the other end of the driving section 203b-1 is provided with a driving clamping groove Q, one end of a limiting spring 203b-21 in the elastic part 203b-2 is connected into the groove cavity of the driving clamping groove Q, the other end of the limiting spring is connected onto the side wall of a limiting bearing 203b-22, and the side, away from the limiting spring 203b-21, of the limiting bearing 203b-22 is in rotating contact with the side wall of the end part of the coupler 203 b-3. And drive teeth 203b-31 are provided on the side wall of the end of the coupling 203b-3, the drive teeth 203b-31 being able to fit within the drive socket Q when the limit spring 203b-21 is compressed.
The rest of the structure is the same as that of embodiment 1.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a third embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the second embodiment, is: the guide assembly 301 comprises a transverse guide rail 301a and a longitudinal guide rail 301b disposed on the transverse guide rail 301 a; the cleaning assembly 302 is disposed on a longitudinal rail 301b, which includes a cleaning machine body 302a and a cleaning tray 302b disposed on the top of the cleaning machine body 302 a.
Further, when the photosensitive dry plate is held by the holding unit 200 in the cavity of the washing box 100, the cleaning unit 300 cleans one side wall of the photosensitive dry plate, compared to embodiment 2. Specifically, the cleaning machine body 302a may be an existing cleaning device, and the output end of the cleaning machine body is provided with a cleaning disc 302b, and the cleaning disc 302b cleans the sidewall of the photosensitive dry plate when rotating. The movement of the washing machine body 302a is defined by the guide assembly 301, wherein the lateral guide rails 301a define the movement in the lateral direction and the longitudinal guide rails 301b define the movement perpendicular to the lateral direction. Both of them define a range of a plane where the cleaner body 302a can move, which is the same size as the area of the photosensitive dry plate held by the placing unit 200.
The rest of the structure is the same as that of embodiment 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in the use of the device, in the initial state, the placing unit 200 is entirely retracted into the cavity of the washing box 100, the tension spring 202c-4 maintains the initial length, the distance between the sliding sleeve 202c-2 and the driving sleeve 202c-3 is minimum, the movable frame assembly 202 maintains the maximum length, and the guide rod 202a is located at one end of the limiting chute 201 b-1; meanwhile, the limit spring 203b-21 is at the original length, the driving section 203b-1 is separated from the coupler 203b-3, and the driving sleeve 202c-3 is not in contact with the driving section 203 b-1.
When the photosensitive dry plate needs to be placed for cleaning, the box cover 102 is opened, the driving motor 203c works to enable the driving rod 203a to rotate, the driving sleeve 202c-3 axially moves along the rod body of the driving rod 203a under the action of the external thread 203a-1, gradually gets away from the sliding sleeve 202c-2 and gradually gets close to the driving joint 203b-1, and the tensioning spring 202c-4 is gradually stretched; when the ear plate E at the end of the driving sleeve 202c-3 is inserted into the slot K at the end of the driving section 203b-1 in a matching manner, and the driving section 203b-1 is gradually pushed to approach the coupler 203b-3, the limiting spring 203b-21 is compressed, and finally the driving teeth 203b-31 can be matched in the driving slot Q, so that the driving section 203b-1 can rotate along with the coupler 203b-3, at this time, the whole movable frame assembly 202 has the shortest width, the coupler 203b-3 rotates to drive the whole movable frame assembly 202 to deflect, at this time, the guide rod 202a can slide from one end of the limiting sliding groove 201b-1 to the other end, the free end of the supporting assembly 201 deflects, and finally, the movable frame assembly 202 and the connecting rod body 201b of the supporting assembly 201 generate an obtuse angle supporting structure, at this time, the free end of the supporting assembly 201 deflects out of the washing cavity slot 101, and the photosensitive dry plate can be placed in along the U-shaped open end of the supporting assembly 201. It should be noted that, at this time, the position of the limiting ring 203a-2 can be adjusted according to the width of the photosensitive dry plate to be cleaned, so as to adapt to clamping.
At this time, the driving motor 203c is driven reversely, the movable frame assembly 202 deflects reversely, and returns to a parallel state again from a state perpendicular to the support assembly 201, the driving sleeve 202c-3 gradually approaches to the sliding sleeve 202c-2 with continuous rotation of the driving rod 203a, in the process, the limiting spring 203b-21 gradually resets to push the driving knob 203b-1 to separate from the driving teeth 203b-31, and then with rotation of the driving rod 203a, the ear plate E at the end of the driving sleeve 202c-3 gradually separates from the driving knob 203b-1, the driving knob 203b-1 returns to an initial position, the driving sleeve 202c-3 continues to approach to the sliding sleeve 202c-2, the whole length of the movable frame assembly 202 extends, the guide block 202b is pushed to approach to the photosensitive dry plate, the photosensitive dry plate is stably limited, and after stabilization, the driving motor 203c stops moving.
After the photosensitive dry plate is stably clamped, the position of the cleaning machine body 302a on the guide rod assembly 301 is adjusted, so that the cleaning area of the cleaning machine body 302a corresponds to the panel area of the photosensitive dry plate, then the cleaning machine body 302a is controlled to work, and the panel of the photosensitive dry plate is cleaned through the cleaning disc 302b.
And after the cleaning is finished, restarting the cleaning operation, taking out the cleaned photosensitive dry plate, and then putting the photosensitive dry plate to be cleaned next.
