In a preferred embodiment, the third trolley travelling wheel is connected with a third connecting steel plate through a fourth connecting bolt; and the third supporting wheel structure is connected with the belt conveyor frame through a fourth connecting steel plate.
In a preferred embodiment, the belt and the belt on the shield machine are the same belt, and the belt is cut into a length suitable for a belt conveyor frame.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The components of the movable belt unearthing frame for split starting of the shield are all conventional materials, and the movable belt unearthing frame has the characteristics of convenience in assembling and disassembling, reusability of the components and the like, and has wide applicability in narrow space in a tunnel starting hole.

The third supporting wheel structure 4 includes a fourth connecting steel plate 41, a third trolley road wheel and a fourth connecting bolt 43.
The third trolley travelling wheel 42 is connected with the fourth connecting steel plate 41 through a fourth connecting bolt 43; the third supporting wheel structure 4 is connected with the belt conveyor frame 1 through a fourth connecting steel plate 41.
The belt 11 and the belt on the shield tunneling machine are the same belt and are cut into the length suitable for the belt conveyor frame.
The method comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, according to a movable belt unearthing frame for shield split starting, a trolley travelling wheel, section steel and a connecting bolt are used for processing and manufacturing a first supporting wheel structure 2, a second supporting wheel structure 3 and a third supporting wheel structure 4 on site;
