Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, when in use, an operator firstly adjusts the tightness degree of the water flow massage ring 3 according to the sizes of the limbs of hands and feet of different patients and specific puncture positions, so that the device is fixed at the puncture position of the patient, then water is injected into the water flow massage ring 3 through the water injection port 4, the compression air bag 31 and the massage air bag 32 are both expanded, the expansion of the compression air bag 31 can drive the compression transmission plate 8 and the compression block 9 to synchronously move downwards, and the compression block 9 is contacted with the puncture position of the patient and compresses the puncture position;
after the pressing action is finished, water injection into the water flow massage ring 3 is stopped, the current pressing state is kept unchanged, at the moment, the water stop valve 7 is closed, the water pump 6 is started, water in the pair of massage air bags 32 continuously flows back and forth in the massage air bags 32 at the front end and the rear end through the water guide pipe 33 along with the reciprocating suction action of the water pump 6, so that the massage air bags 32 at the front end and the rear end repeatedly perform contraction and expansion actions in opposite directions, further, continuous massage is performed near the puncture point of a patient, and the possibility of thrombus generation under the long-time pressing state is effectively reduced.
The reciprocating pumping action of the water pump 6 is as follows: when the water pump 6 works in the forward direction, the water pump 6 pumps the water in the massage air bag 32 at the front end of the compression air bag 31 into the massage air bag 32 at the rear end of the compression air bag 31, at the moment, the massage air bag 32 at the front end of the compression air bag 31 contracts, and the massage air bag 32 at the rear end of the compression air bag 31 expands, and when the water pump 6 works in the reverse direction, the water flow direction is opposite to the process, at the moment, the massage air bag 32 at the front end of the compression air bag 31 expands, and the massage air bag 32 at the rear end of the compression air bag 31 contracts, and the cycle is repeated, so that the massage air bags 32 at the front end and the rear end repeatedly contract and expand in opposite directions; supplementary explanation: in the above process, the water stop valve 7 is always in the closed state to avoid that the water in the massage air bag 32 is divided into the compression air bag 31 in the contraction and expansion process, so that the compression air bag 31 is over-expanded, and the situation that the compression block 9 is over-compressed is avoided.
Please refer to fig. 3, the upper end of the compression block 9 penetrates through the compression transmission plate 8 and extends out of the outside, a plurality of bent holes are uniformly drilled in the compression block 9, a cotton sliver 10 is arranged in each bent hole, the cotton sliver 10 penetrates through the bent holes and extends out of the outside, when the compression block 9 is inconsistent with the puncture position of a patient, the cotton sliver 10 is also inconsistent with the puncture position of the patient, if the puncture position of the patient is bleeding, the cotton sliver 10 can absorb the blood, and the blood is guided from the bottom end to the top end of the patient through the osmosis of the cotton sliver 10, an operator can judge whether the patient has the condition of local bleeding by observing the color change condition at the top end of the cotton sliver 10, and timely treatment is provided.
The bottom end of the compression block 9 is made of elastic materials, so that the compression area of the puncture point is effectively increased, the probability of deviation between the compression point and the puncture point is reduced, meanwhile, the contact area of the cotton strip 10 and the skin near the puncture point is increased, and the bleeding detection effect is effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 7, a guide rubber tube is arranged outside the cotton sliver 10 and located inside the bent hole, when the cotton sliver 10 is impregnated with blood, the cotton sliver 10 needs to be replaced, when the cotton sliver 10 is replaced, the cotton sliver 10 is firstly placed into the guide rubber tube, then the guide rubber tube is inserted into the pressing block 9 through the bent hole, the cotton slivers 10 synchronously enter, the guide rubber tube is pulled out, the placement of the cotton sliver 10 in the pressing block 9 is completed, and the accuracy of bleeding detection is further improved by timely replacing the cotton sliver 10.
Referring to fig. 1, the water flow massage ring 3 is made of anti-aging materials, and in high-temperature weather, cold water is injected into the water flow massage ring 3 through the water injection port 4, so that the stuffiness feeling of a patient using the device in high-temperature weather is reduced, on the contrary, in cold weather, warm water is injected into the water flow massage ring 3 through the water injection port 4, the ice-cold feeling of the patient using the device in cold weather is reduced, the use comfort of the patient is effectively improved, meanwhile, the water flow massage ring 3 is made of anti-aging materials, so that the influence of cold and hot changes of weather and water temperature on the service life of the water flow massage ring is reduced, the surface crack rate of the water flow massage ring is effectively reduced, and further, the possibility of water leakage and puncture wound infection is reduced.
Referring to fig. 8, 9 and 10, threaded holes are drilled at the front end and the rear end of the hollow plate 1, a screw 11 is connected to the threaded holes in an internal thread manner, a nut 12 is connected to the screw 11 in an external thread manner, a transmission block 13 is fixedly connected to one end of the screw 11, which is close to each other, a pair of tightness adjusting rods 14 is fixedly connected between the pair of transmission blocks 13, a compression air bag 31 and a pair of massage air bags 32 are both positioned between the pair of tightness adjusting rods 14, the screw 11 is rotated according to the sizes of the limbs of hands and feet of different patients and specific puncture positions, so as to drive the transmission block 13 and the tightness adjusting rods 14 to synchronously rotate, the rotation of the tightness adjusting rods 14 can cause the part of the water flow massage ring 3, which is positioned inside the hollow plate 1, to be twisted, so as to adjust the tightness degree of the water flow massage ring 3, when the tightness degree of the water flow massage ring 3 is adjusted, the nut 12 is rotated to maintain the current tightness degree, both enabling the device to be fully secured to the puncture site of the patient and enabling the compression block 9 to be aligned with the puncture site.
The pressing air bag 31 is made of transparent materials, so that an operator can observe the color change condition of the top end of the cotton sliver 10 conveniently and make timely judgment.
The outer surfaces of the hollow plate 1 and the water flow massage ring 3 are respectively coated with an anti-allergic coating, so that the allergic rate of the patients with low age is effectively reduced, and the practicability of the device is improved.
